First time patron. We had a chicken dinner and macaroni and cheese delivered. Both were excellent. We will definitely order again!

Marks is very good, fresh pizza. The wings I like because they have no breading, not sure if you can get them breaded. The people are always friendly and nice and polite. Marks is our go to for pizza after trying others in the area. Great job!!

This is the best run, highest quality Marks around. They always have my order correct and delivered in no time. If you’re in Brockport looking for a lunch idea, give them a call, they won’t disappoint!

I LOVE Marks Pizzeria, it's honestly the only place I'll order pizza from. Every other pizza place has just gone downhill as far as quality and price. Marks always has great food, reasonable prices and has always had wonderful customer service. Not to mention they have a points system where you can get free food. Marks pizzeria is the best, hands down.

This is the best pizza place in Brockport. It’s always amazing, but they truly go above and beyond. I had an order of wings and there wasn’t a lot of sauce. I called and not only did they replace my order, but they delivered it so I wouldn’t have to come back out. Thank you so much!

Hubby likes pepperoni sasuge x cheese. Their sauce is the best. Not very acidic.I don't get acid reflux after I eat. They are quick to greet you when you enter and all so friendly. Delivery drivers are all respectful and usually on time or a little earlier than they quote. Dustin's is also all that but this is a review for Marks.

Last night I ordered my Mom's and mine favorite pizza Buffalo Blue Cheese chicken finger pizza and it was the Absolute best I have had yet from the Brockport Mark's Pizzeria!!!! I have ordered Several times from the Mark's Pizzeria in Brockport and the staff is always so friendly and now that I can't drive. It's convenient that they deliver. Clayton Champion has some awesome and amazing employees. Jared Champion and Dylan Champion are the absolute best. And the driver who delivered my food was the best and friendly Amy Dawn!!

Placed very large order, Pizza, Wings, Subs and appetizers. Everything was ready when expected and delicious when we ate it. Service friendly and best of all HONEST. I had left my credit card in their machine, never heard my phone ring that night and didn't notice till next morning that my card was missing. We're from out of town and we're leaving. After searching and then thinking let me call them, they had kept it safe and sound. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU AT Mark's, not only GREAT FOOD but HONEST EMPLOYEES! We'll be back next time in Brockport.

I have been coming to this marks location for years. We enjoy how friendly they are, blunt to mention fast. They really do meet the estimated times for the food to be completed. I have never had an issue and in the summer they have a picnic bench out front for customers to enjoy the outdoor experience. Their prices are reasonable and the food is great. We walked in & they gave the kids a small sample slushy while we ordered. Super friendly counter staff! She knew everything on the menu & helped us order a great combo. When we got home we were surprised they had even put a few extra lollipops in as a treat. Food was really good too! Thanks for making our night fantastic!

Always a pleasure receiving a delivery from Marks at my home or business here in Brockport. We are all loving the pan pizza. Wings are delicious as well.

It's a classic pizza place, for those who's guilty pleasure is yummy greasy foods. Greasy might not sound appealing but it certainly is delicious. They have everything a pizza place has to offer.

Great pizza (thick, soft, chewy crust, fresh ingredients), good sandwiches. Don't plan on dining in, as there's just a couple of chairs for folks that are waiting.

Ordered a delivery pizza and sticks.Was given a 40 to 45 minute eta. App showed driver pick up about 25 minutes later.We received cold pizza and sticks almost over an hour and half later from order. We live about 8 minutes away seriously rethinking future orders from this establishment

Customer service was good for awhile it wasn't why I stopped now the food has gone down hill pizza was barley cooked wing we're not cooked so they went in the garbage an I ate what was good of the pizza

I love Mark's Pizza. With that said, they are way overpriced and this location is not very "customer friendly". For $11 less I recieved the same pizza with better service from the Hut. Sorry not sorry.

Honestly the subs aren't that bad (although the meatball one is gross). Burgers ok. Everything else just lacks. Either there is too much breading (specifically with the pastries), too much sauce with the pizza, or the stuffed breads are super greasy.

I don't order here anymore. They raised the delivery charge to $4 now and I heard the delivery person gets none of that. We used to order calzones from here weekly. They were so big and good. They kept getting smaller and smaller though. So we've moved on.

They don't know what well done means. I ask every time and they never do it, even when they call me to clarify the thing I get every time. Manager was gloveless and maskless today (07/15), which if I'm required to wear one to be in your restaurant, you need to wear one while making food.

We order from this location 3 or more times a month. At least 50% of the time, something is incorrect. Never had this much of a problem with the Hamlin location, but we moved and can no longer get delivery from there. Very disappointing.

Used to love their subs. Ordered tonight and was disappointed. Received a DRY chicken parm sub with barely any sauce and barely any cheese. The chicken was burnt and extremely dry...I don't see myself ordering again.

First of all I asked for extra sauce and didn't get it. Secondly I feel bad that this is what upstate calls pizza... at least buffalo has some flavor. It was also really expensive for this tiny bland pizza that honestly I just regret not getting a frozen one

$13 for 4 chicken tendies is wild... And they weren't even full sized. Two were tiny and two were big.

I ordered 30 Garlic parm chicken wings and when they were delivered they were dry as the Sahara desert and there wasn’t any sauce at all. I even gave them a tip which is obvious that they didn’t deserve. Do better!!

Love their food always good but I don't think it's right when the delivery guy drops your food off and doesn't give you change back from the order he got to decide how much his tip way not me which is messed up. I should have gotten my change n then got to decide how much I was gonna give him..

Have ordered from them twice now and both times they have messed up my order. First time the delivery kid forgot to take my payment so I called them to let them know, he came back took ALL of my money and left again I had to go into their store just to get my change. This time I ordered a chicken finger salad. There were no chicken fingers in it. The girl on the phone tried to tell me she made it and theres chicken fingers in it. I told her I wouldnt be calling to complain if there was. This is my last time ordering from here.

At 2:45 pm this afternoon, my husband placed an order for a sheet pizza and 2 orders of chicken wings to be picked up at 5:30. When he arrived at the Brockport Mark's at 5:33pm, they informed him he was early and he would have to wait 20 minutes. After several minutes, an employee informed him that they had given our order to someone else and he had to wait until they remade our order. Several minutes later an employee informed him that they had made the food at 2:45 then thrown it away because it had sat there for 2 hours. After waiting almost 45 min he was given a free 2L as an apology. This was not the first problem we have had there but it will be our LAST because we will never order from them again. Completely ridiculous.
