Great food. Nice clean and spacious restaurant. My fiance loved the great plate and so did I!! I had the cheesburger/hot dog combo on top of French fries and baked beans!! Highly recommend if in the area.

Went to Bill Gray's Brockport and tried the "Great Plate" on a Tuesday for their $9.99 special. Got one cheeseburger and one Zweigle white hot with Mac 'n homefries for the first time. It was FANTASTIC, and what a great deal! I will be back! I only wish I had room for Abbott's ice cream afterwards!

It's a standard bar with a great atmosphere. The bartender is the reason to come here. She is a star at her craft. She made a personal touch and I overheard her noticing people needing another drink by their actions not them level of their fluid left. The chicken wings were awesome and they had a special on them which made it even better.

Service with a smile 10/10 times, Amber is the source of the great turnout on a weekly basis at the brockport location. All of the staff in general are great people and it is a great atmosphere.

Deluxe cheeseburger and everything cheeseburger without hot sauce were cooked perfectly and not greasy. Fries were also good. Everything was hot and delicious. Only reason 5 stars not given was the wait for our order was a bit longer than normal and it wasn't that busy.

The food was good we were in the tap room. Other than the pool cues needing to be replaced the atmosphere was fine at the time we went it was slow so we got right in.

Tonight I ordered Take out . The cashier stated the two cheeseburger garabge plates will be done in 10 minutes. Showed up abou15 minutes after. Cashier states I dont see you order. She checked in the front and the back , no order. She proceeds to go to the far cash register and notices that the was never processed and told me I will have again. Poor service.

The food was really good, and the service was friendly. Fountain beverage dispenser wasn't working properly. No carbonation, and only ice at one dispenser.

Went to the Tap Room with a group. When the burgers arrived, surprise!, no hard roll. We all know this makes the burgers special. They were served on the lowest grade roll possible. I'll wait to go back until hard rolls are served gain. And why is this not noted anywhere. I was so disappointed. I would have ordered something that comes without a roll.

Every time we come here (my beautiful girlfriend and I) it takes us a minute to find a clean booth/seat, it seems like they are never cleaning the booths, bc of nimrod people/kids not cleaning up after themselves which makes sense when you look around... anyways food is always good, and the service is great. Went to get a burger with my father in law The kids working there were too busy flirting with each other to take our order for 2min, when they did finally take it they treated us like they Idiot’s… mind you I’m a well travelled individual and culturally diverse. Anyway, I tipped them as per American custom, I ordered my burger without tomato and yet came with tomato (it even says on the receipt) there were no forks and when asked the teenage boy came over and gave 1 fork… what did he think , that we would share a fork ??? Anyway, food was ok but for the love of God get new staff.

This is a tap room review. The food is always good. And the service always SUCKS!!!! the staff is ALWAYS more interested in talking amongst themselves rather than serving guests

I've been a longtime customer of Bill Gray's, having worked at the Henrietta and Penfield locations in the past. Since moving to Brockport, this location has been my go to. Unfortunately, I've had repeated concerns here. The last time I ordered, I woke up during the night with the worst case of food poisoning I've ever experienced, which kept me away for about six months. Today I decided to give it another try, but my experience was no better. As soon as I sat down to eat my great plate, the curly fries were soggy and had an unusually strong chemical taste, almost like cleaning product. I couldn't bring myself to eat more and ended up throwing the whole meal away. This is not what I expect from Bill Gray's. Something feels wrong at this location.
