This particular Mcdonalds food quality is insane. Not the typical mcdonalds. Best Mcdonalds I've ever been to as far as food quality. I've spent alot of time in central pa and the mcdonalds there are trash in comparison like quarter pounder with cheese comparison I literally throw in the garbage. Don't listen to these 1 star trash ratings

Me and my Daughter went here today for lunch. The Staff\Employees were very Pleasant and Service was Fast. The food we ordered\received, was the Best,out of the 1,001 time's We've Ordered from McDonald's! The Buns from the Burgers were so Fresh and Soft. All of the food we ordered was Hot and you can tell that None of the food was sitting underneath those "Heat Lamps" and just Drying Out! Found my Number 1 McDonald's in New York State! Keep up the Great Work 'Spencerport, N.Y.!

They are usually pretty consistent in orders and food. We only get a few wrong or missing items but has been very inconsistent so not an issue for me. There flowers or landscaping is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I would love a list of there plants!

Shockingly good. The food is the food. So that won't change but ordering in the app I've never had to wait more than 5 min for them to bring the food out. And now that they have the new spicy chicken there's a food reason to be there too.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was simply amazing. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. Plus, the prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were generous. Overall, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Purchased two 1/4 lb. with cheese and two large fries Wednesday 1/3/2024. I have to say that we enjoyed our meals and they were the best burgers and fries we've had in a long time from any McDonalds in the area. The service workers were very friendly as well. Thank you!!

It's McDonald's. There isn't much to say that's not already known to the general public. Key notes: fries are always fresh and hot, they actually remember the sauces for chicken nuggets, staff is always friendly. Drive thru moves pretty quickly.

Blown away! While placing my order at the kiosk I observed an irate customer clearly overreacting over a perceived problem with her order. The employee who was handling her complaint (Hailey*) couldn’t have handled it any better! Despite being over talked and interrupted, Hailey kept a calm and pleasant demeanor. She listened attentively, addressed every need down to the smallest detail, and invited the customer back again. McD’s should be proud to have such a terrific team member!

This is a good McDonald's location, especially during peak hours. It seems like that is when they have their best staff and and food roles out quickly. During slower hours, things can get stale or food is slow to arrive. Ive had a very good quarter pounder from here that I absolutely loved, but in that same order a batch of nuggets that were lackluster. I will keep coming back because it is the closest mcdonalds, and does a good job overall.

Quick, accurate and hot fast food!! Its soo nice to find a McDonalds that actually puts out quality looking food! I can taste the freshness of the burgers and the fries everytime I come here..its worth the drive compared to other mcdonalds in the city where the food sits and you can tell they don't care when ur burger is half on the bun and all the toppings are on the wrapper...

I don't understand why they have to use so much salt on the fries. The fries are good and don't need a salt bath. A little salt goes a long way. Other than that, the food is decent.

Even through businesses are short staffed. This McDonald's is fast. They do such a great job working together being a team. It was a very long line and I was about to get out of it but I thought I should give them a try knowing their track record. And they didn't disappoint. It was fast and the order was correct. Great staff. The only good review I could give a fast food restaurant

I ordered through the kiosk. There was no paper in the kiosk so I had no idea what my order number was. The fries were undercooked and slightly raw in the middle. They were almost completely white.

Had self order kiosks that were very user friendly. They even ask about what condiments you would like! The only letdown was that you weren't able to use the credicard pay feature. You needed to take a printout of your order to the cash register. Speed and efficiency were good up to that point. If you still had to wait in line for the register, then why bother with the kiosk?

Older lady at counter is a witch. I gave her 2 coupons for me and my sister. Sister in the car because knee transplant operation 2 weeks ago. I can understand 1 coup per person. I told this "woman" that my sister as in the car. She glared at me and asked "where are you parked?" I pointed. She left the counter and went outside to see my car with my sister in it. She stormed back in and rang up the order and said that she needed to come in next time and that she was being nice today . She said that people try to trick her all the time and use 2 coupons and say someone is in the car. I got the order and went outside to my car. My sister said the woman went right up to her window and asked to see the crutches. Honestly. We are over 50 years old. Not trying to be "sneaky". Poor lady needs some tranquilizers! Really puts a damper on your eating experience

Drive thru was mobbed. They did a decent job getting people through even though it did take over ten minutes. I'm beginning to wonder if there is such a thing as "fast food" anymore. This seems to be a problem just about everywhere these days.

I don't even remember going to McDonald's 3 weeks ago. TBH, I've been on a health binge since Christmas. That being said, no matter which McDonald's you go to, you're always gonna get a decent meal. If you're not worried about your health so much and you want something quick and yummy, go to McDonald's, or Burger King, Wendy's etc.. the service is what you would expect, some happy food service representatives and some miserable representatives. Atmosphere: greasy floors and if you're lucky, a toilet worthy of sitting on if the need arises.

I usually ever order through the drive thru. Semi frequently since I'm very much a binge eater. It's McDonalds. It's not 5 star cuisine. The food is okay, but it is always very messy (like ketchup all over the wrappers for burgers) or not prepared correctly (asked for no onions, onions, asked for pickles, no pickles...). Staff is okay, depending on who is working. Usually, they're not outright rude or disrespectful. Basically, it is an average fast food place. Just messy with their prep.

I went inside and placed my order. I dined in, but they gave me my food in a bag without asking if I was dining in or take out. Also, the soda machine nozzles have not been cleaned and soaked as they should be every night. Some were clogged, which forces the soda to leak around the threads. Need trash receptacles at all doors.

My order is almost always wrong. I thought onions were a standard on a cheeseburger, but even when I order double, I get none. The fries are hit and miss, sometimes they're great and others they're cold and unsalted. Once there was ketchup so all over the place that it covered the outside of the bun and I could barely even pick it up. Another time I got no patties at all, only cheese and condiments. Last time they forgot the sauce for my daughter's nuggets. I always get drive through on my way to a class so I don't have time to check it for correctness. A little bit of attention to detail would be great.

For anyone who is familiar with McDonald's and has been dealing with them since we were a kid. You better check the menu. Watch those prices. A large fry is like $7 now and their sandwiches are over 10..... You can get a better cheeseburger somewhere else for the same money or less. Is it really worth eating all those micro plastics?

I often come here for a salad after going to the gym next door. There are often teenage workers looking bored, working extremely slowly. My salad order is wrong over 50 % of the time, I have to go in and get a fresh salad (over expire date) and or get the extra chicken I paid for. Talking to managers don't help, they don't care at all. Considering just going to a different place for after workout salad...not worth the hassle!

Over the past year this location has gone down. The new staff members likes to argue with you about your order. I have been going to this location for 2 years now, and order the same thing and every time there is a problem with the order, the best part is, it is on the screen right in front of them and they just have to read the screen. Not everyone wants it the way it comes.

Not very clean I had to wait at least 20 mins before they took my order. there where flys flying around and going onto my food kinda gross probably just stick to the drive thru on this people where nice tho

I got the 2 for 6.00 deal. Barely any tarter sauce on the fish sandwich. The chicken sandwich was plain a piece of chicken on a bun. Sandwiches were cold.

Honestly how do you include the dipping sauce but forget the nuggets? No quality control at all. I thought this was a “good” McD’s where I didn’t have to check my bag. The staff is really friendly but clearly not qualified.

I walked into McDonlds after 3 guys on the kiaas machine to wait good 20 minutes to even be knowledged because the employees were to busy laughing and not paying attention to customers. Then when I got my food I ordered the pancake meal to not get my tator tot that took another 10minutes of employees talking and not paying attention to their job. Definitely not be back

I ordered three breakfast sandwiches, only got two, one was burnt to high hell. I ordered three hash browns to go with it, I only received one. I think I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to not have to worry about whether or not I’ll get what I paid for.

Was there around lunch time got few orders fries.. was really sad they tasted like cold stale oil. You could tell they were in a warmer or some sort of heat buttt... Luke warm, Bad taste of oil .. ask for fresh hot fries . Usually this is what I do at all the fast food chains.. but got distracted. Still I shouldn't have to ask for fresh hot fries or any food when ordering ..

The drive thru was packed, therefore I went inside. There was 1 other person waiting for his order. It was at least 5 minutes before I placed an order and 10 more minutes to just get a Frappe. Disappointing for "fast" food.

I will never stop at this one again. The double cheeseburger was literally dripping grease. The grease was all over the outside and streamed from the inside. This was a horrible choice for a stop. It is a disgrace to the name. If I wasn't on my way to an event I would have turned around and handed the slop back to them to show the garbage they served.

Checked hours before leaving, said open until midnight..... got there at 11:35 and drive-thru was closed. Workers clearly inside despite exterior lights being turned off. Would’ve been nice to know the hours were just “suggested” and the people working nights at this location close whenever they feel like it.

I went through the drive thru on 12/3/15 at 8:25 pm after a long night of Christmas shopping. I ordered a simple meal with drink and paid for it on a debit card at the first window. The girl at the 1st window was extremely flustered with orders coming in and trying to run the cash register at the same time. Went to the second window and when I questioned the order, she said that the girl in the 1st window charged me for the order in the car in back of me which was a much larger order. I gave her my card back and she returned with a "refund" receipt and then charged my card for my actual order. Yes! I was inconvenienced but I seeing that it was the holiday season and all I decided to give them all a break. Here it is 4 days later and I see the 2 charges on my on-line banking statement but NO refund. I called and spoke to the Manager and she said that there was nothing that they could do and that I should call my bank. I called M&T and they checked for any outstanding or in-coming credits to my account and there was none. Their suggestion was to go back to McDonalds and tell them this. So, McDonald’s tells me to go to my bank and the bank tells me to go back to McDonalds. I shouldn’t have given the flustered worker a “break” and the Manager at McDonald’s should be dealing with this since it was their mistake to begin with.

I've been coming to this McDonald's location since it opened, and was always satisfied, until about the last year or so. I feel this restaurant has back-slid in a big way. Slow, indifferent service, and order errors are commonplace now. I'm sitting in the eating area right now with 3 other disgruntled customers. Honestly, I wish I could rate it less. The employers were having drama while getting my order, they didn't even give my full order because they were too focused on having their drama. So I had to go back inside to get half of my order. I dont understand what happend to the place since i've went there 2 months ago. Please work on the employers customer service and behavior.

I don't normally rate McDonald's as it is McDonald's. There's going to be an array of experiences. We stopped here as a family after a recent lacrosse game. We were tired of being outside and wanted to use the curbside pickup app. We waited over 10 minutes for our food. Fine. It was 8pm and we placed an order for 3 meals. The restaurant was NOT busy. There was some in and out but not overwhelming. Chalking it up to staffing we waited and didn't say anything. We get our food. I wish I took a pic. 2 of the 3 cheeseburgers had cheese. It was already a long day so I took the burger without cheese. Then comes dividing up the fries. 2 of the 3 fries were fine. The 3rd fry was literally placed in the bag upside down and spilled all over the bag. Not an 'ooops' it tipped over, but literally facing upside down like it was purposefully placed in the bag this way. Highly do NOT reccomend this Nichols St restaurant. Go somewhere else or to another McDonald's a few miles away.

They had us pull ahead to wait. After 15 minutes waiting I went inside and they had lost our order. I left my wallet in the car so couldn't get refund. Had to get granddaughter home so they wouldn't give me cash refund. I was already in line 10 mins before I ordered ( 8:15 pm ) so 25 minutes wasted and I lost $ 17. There were at least 6 people working. No excuse

I stopped to have something to eat quickly and I went inside to order my food. As I was waiting for my food, I saw one of the cooks in the back, A tall ,young, red haired kid who was making burgers, stand there while eating pickles out of the Container and drinking kids honest Apple juice . He had gloves on as well . This is SO disgusting. I told somebody upfront about it she could care less and all she said was OK and told a different employee to tell him to take his gloves off . When he was asked to take his gloves off he asked why and made a big deal about it nobody did not care that he was eating with the gloves on in the back and that he was making peoples food that is absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!! WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN

I arrived and was the only one in line to order. The girl behind the counter was clearly on her phone and saw me twice but chose to ignore me. Stood there for three minutes before another person told her to take my order. It took her all of two seconds to take my order. How freaking hard was that!

Edit Jan 26, 2022: This place sucks! Decided on a whim I wanted a shake. Again, "our strawberry milkshakes aren't working". Third time in a row. I am NEVER visiting this McDonald's again! I am sick and tired of getting to the drive up window and hearing "our strawberry shakes are broken" or frozen or some other lame excuse. I'm done. Burger King only has one size of shake but at least I get one when I order it.

Avoid this McDonald’s if you can. The staff is rude and indifferent. The food is prepared worse than any other McDonalds in Monroe county. They forget things all the time and don’t check to see if they filled the order right. On top of all this they are far and away the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been too.

The customer service at this facility is far below standard. I usually don’t care about petty issues, but the drive through staff taking my families order was so rude and inappropriate it made my children uncomfortable. I will literally never come here again- and if you care at all about your experiences you won’t come here either. Aiden needs to be let go and disallowed from working in public service with his attitude.

Breakfast time waiting for 2 breakfast sandwiches (fast food, guess not). Person at the window was also pretty rude, which is what lead me to write this review. Wasted a carrier when I didn’t need it and refused to take it back like I have done countless other times. She could have just ask before hand if I needed one if she doesn’t want to take it Back. Food wasn’t good at all. I thought a double stacker have two patties on it not just one and I thought if you ordered 🍟 with no 🧂 they supposed to come back with no 🧂 but they wasn’t. Nuggets ware hard and not eatable. Had to go back twice. 😢

Third time in a row that my food was incorrect. It's not very difficult to not have onions on your food. Unfortunately I'm pressed for time and I don't really have the time to sit there and unpack my food to check it.. I've wasted about $50 in the last three trips. Seriously considering not returning. After being stuck in the drive thru for over 25mins (couldn’t get out and already paid via mobile app) my food was made wrong! Not one person including the manager apologized for the wait or making the food incorrectly. I have had more bad experiences at this location than good

Lately, service and attention to detail have been non-existant at this location. Took 25 minutes to fill a happy meal order placed online, which couldn't even be done correctly, since they forgot the kids fry. And quality of food has been terrible, which is saying something since McDonalds sets the bar low to begin with. In the future, I'll drive further to the Greece location for an improved experience.

Don't bother with table service. Waited 20 minutes and my food was sitting on the counter. Order accuracy is terrible at this location. Rarely get the right order. Something is usually wrong. If you get bacon on a burger check. They probably owe me like $60 worth of bacon by now.

This has to be one of the worst Mc Donald's I have ever been too. I moved to area 4 years and time and time again they always mess up my order. You will wait forever for your food then you will get completely the wrong food and have to wait longer. The workers are rude and give attitude when I place my order. Its always dirty and disgusting inside and the self ordering kiosk are alway out of printer paper. Instead of going to this Mc Donald's just throw your money in the trash it will be less painful.

They've screwed up the order more times than I can remember. They never put napkins in the bag at the drive through. You have to ask for a receipt. Why do I keep coming back? I have an autistic son and he has a routine that has to be adhered to or he gets very upset. So every Saturday this poor excuse for a McDonald's is part of his routine. I never come here on my own.

I just brought a coffee back that had coffee grounds in the bottom of it. The girl at the window took it to make a new one and as I watched as this was a caramel iced coffee, as I watched she put very little caramel in can I get these often so I know how much goes in it, I asked her to put more caramel in and she gave me attitude telling me there are six pumps and if I want more I would have to pay for it so I explained to her she did not put six pumps in there so she reluctantly took it back put five more in and when handing it back to me I asked her for a straw she says what you don't have it from the last one and I told her no the girl took it I commented that she had a bad attitude and that this was not my mistake it was theirs. Very bad customer service.

Just ordered a quarter pounder and when I bit into it I felt something hard and it turned out I had a staple in my mouth from the burger. Orders often get messed up but this is a first.

Me and my wife went in ordered two quarter.Pounders, two fries asked for them to be well done.And two cokes also ordered a six piece mcnugget, which apparently she didn't hear me.And never charged me.For so when they brought the food out, I asked where they were.And she said, oh I didn't charge you for those.We started eating then we took a sip of coke.The coke was warm and flat went up to the counter.They're all the back working seven minutes later.The girl finally comes up.I tell her the cokes are warm and flat.She gets me two new cokes from the same machine.Guess what?There were warm and flat also

Spencerport McDonald's is terrible service. Been there few times in the last month and cars backed up at the drive thru. Waited for 10 minutes two of the times and cars were not moving at all. So me and some other cars pulled out of line and left. I have been by there at other times and see back ups and know better to even try to pull in. So I go to Tim Hortons. But to be honest, I like the food at McDonald's better. I think it needs a new manager 🤔.

This location is the absolute worst. The very last experience... I ordered a Happy Meal and Hamburger inside, after 15 minutes I asked if my order would be out soon, they said they were just finishing it up. I watched 3 people get all their food that ordered after me, countless through the Drive-tru. As I waited another 5 minutes, the employees on the fryer were joking about me waiting for so long and how they needed to drop everything and wait on me... got my food, brought it to my daughters school for her birthday... fries burnt, she wouldn't touch them and my hamburger had cheese on it. Unfortunately and fortunately? it was hot so the cheese had melted and I couldn't peel it off. Not a good experience. This location also makes it a point to always put fries in the bags and boxes upside down...

EVERY TIME someone forgets at least one item in my order. Whenever I go in to get my missing item I am met with attitude and disrespect, I do not care if it was your fault or not, don’t be rude. Whoever the manager is needs to teach these employees how to count properly and accept when their teammate has made a mistake.

I’m not one to typically review locations, it’s a McDonalds, you can’t have the highest expectations. That said, what I do expect is for there to be no cockroaches involved with my food. Unfortunately this evening as I ordered 2 happy meals for my kiddos I discovered that a cockroach had hitched a ride with the carton. Completely unacceptable, and disgusting. I then tried to contact the location (no way to do so directly) so I left a response on the corporate site, which doesn’t feel like it will be productive. Needless to say, this will be our last time visiting this location.

The workers should worry about packing bags properly so we aren’t missing items we pay for. Instead they are gossiping about what cars people are driving in the drive thru. 3rd time in a row something has been missing from my order.

Went through the drivethrough at the spencerport location on 8/31 and got ripped up tenders instead of nuggets in the six piece. Are we kidding? Not to mention the refried stale fries. Super disappointed in this service.

Ordered for curbside. Got there order was canceled. Rather then rerouting the order for any other option the whole order was canceled the coupon was lost. Girl over speaker wasn't helpful. Don't mean to be a karen but no solution was offered and 40 minutes of my time were taken. Deleting app won't come here again.

When I was there during the day time this week I overheard their GM talking down and bullying her employees. This type of behavior should be shut down immediately. Not sure why she still has a job here if she’s making her own employees miserable. Hearing how she treated them made me not even want to order my food anymore. And over hearing her tell her problems to other customers also made me want to just ask for a refund because how do you manage a place but complain the entire time?

Horrible service! Food was cold, burger had sooooo much grease it caused my bags bottom to tare and stained my car seat. Stay is wildly over paid given the experience they are ok giving the customers. They also routinely only half fill the fries. You pay full price but only get 1/2 of the food. Complained mant times - no change and no attempt to rach out to resolve. Filed a fraud complaint with NYS and they refused to respond to the complaint or meet to discuss. So clearly they just dont care as long as you give them money. Never again will I be back!

Ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon and when I received it it was raw in the middle so I returned it to get another one and when I got it back that one too was raw and the manager said they tempedit well if you did you would’ve known it was raw third one was ok but will not return to this location as the tables were filthy and had plenty of help to clean them
