Absolutely delicious! I ordered for delivery and they were super nice! The food is amazing Fresh!!! This is going to be my new spot!!

I haven't had a bad meal from here yet! Always fresh! Always hot and the delivery comes incredibly fast! The people who work here are extremely polite as are the delivery people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 4/2022 still holds true 1 year later and still have not had a bad meal from here. It’s alittle more expensive than the surrounding Chinese restaurants but TOTALLY worth it!

I've ordered here a few times now, the food has been great every time. Their bubble tea is delightful. So far, I've only had the mango and peach because I just love those flavors. The mango is very sweet, which I personally prefer, and the bubbles themselves are so chewy. The cups are also cute; they have a few different designs. Both the food and the drinks have been consistent between ordering in restaurant or delivery. Their orange chicken is wonderful, the flavor is on point, it comes with orange zest for extra tang, and the sauce is nice and thick. Just for a warning, it does come a bit spicy but it's nothing you'll need a drink for. The General Tso's tofu is my favorite. It's far from bland, keeps its structure even with the sauce, the broccoli is cooked well, and the portion is fulfilling. The only complaint I have about this dish is that sometimes there will be a lot more air and crust than actual tofu but that's been uncommon throughout the times that I've ordered. There are seats in the restaurant should you want to stay for a bit. Overall, great place to order from with good prices.

I Love, Love, Love Golden Chef. However, they recently got a new delivery guy and his attitude is horrible. I came here specifically to mention him. The owner is so kind— this delivery person simply doesn’t give off “Golden Chef” energy that she does. I hope she does something about his horrendous attitude.

Haven’t ordered from this place since the new owner took over but we had delivery the other night and it was great! Hands down has to be the freshest Chinese food in this neighborhood now. Their sesame chicken was great and the general Sao’s tofu was the best we had in a long time!

Hands down our favorite spot. we should go to another location but when they opened up Golden Chef, my husband and I give it a try and never looked back. The food is always fresh, hot when delivered, and the prices are amazing. It also helps that when we call they don’t have to always give them our phone number and the address because they automatically save it for us for easy delivery. I have not had anything that I did not like, and if they happen to run out of anything they always call me to let me know and replace it with something similar. Highly recommend, and yes when they say healthy Chinese food, they mean it. Never feel groggy or done for the night.

I am a regular here but recently the chicken isn’t what is used to be. Which is unfortunate because this is one of my favorite Chinese food places. My wife and I order regularly. But tonight’s meal wasn’t of the usual quality. Chicken was very dry, abnormally hard and I was unable to eat.

The food at Golden chef is the best. But the portion sizes of white rice are getting ridiculous. For a large order of broccoli in brown sauce and a a large order of string beans, the side of white rice is tiny. Also the size of chicken wings are also tiny. Please fix this and maybe I can rate higher.

But… THE DELIVERY DRIVER, Asian guy with a heavier build has the nastiest attitude I’ve ever dealt with by a delivery driver. First of all, he doesn’t even get out of the car… he stays in his car, calls you and tells you I’m outside and then hangs up the phone, not even giving you a chance to tell him hey ring the second doorbell or meet me in the front. So 3 times i ordered and the attitude got worst So i decided im going to opt out in giving a tip because i don’t enjoy his service. The time i didn’t give him a tip he started complaining why i didn’t give him a tip and basically sped off so aggressively because of course he stood in his car when he told me he was outside Great restaurant food is tasty but that delivery driver sucks !!! I would be inclined to buy more if he wasn’t working there!

This location uses a customer service location in India when you order over the phone. When ordering online be prepared to wait over 1 hr for your food. Not worth the hassle plenty of good chinese food places in the area.

Used to be good consistently - but either they got lazy or someone called out, etc. Whatever the reason be, the food i received today was terrible. How they managed to mess up chicken and broccoli and the sweet and sour chicken is beyond me. Im confused because they usually are good. The only thing redeeming was the sesame chicken. Everything else was bad.

I ordered from this place yesterday and immediately after eating I knew I had FOOD POISONING. I threw up all night and had to call out of work. Worst experience ever I will never come back here. The kitchen and inside looked very dirty too.

Unfortunately I was never able to try their food regardless of the good ratings! I had terrible customer service which led to my husband canceling the food. I called for delivery chicken and broccoli (and a noodle soup) just to make the delivery quota requirements. The chicken and broccoli came with a drink and I said coke. However upon hanging up the phone I realized I had no water in the house and immediately called back to substitute the coke for a water. WELL I couldn’t believe what was told to me. One lady said no orders can be changed after 5 minutes, I was dumbfounded as I was not changing the food just the drink. She then proceeded to tell me she had to speak to the manager and then we got disconnected. I called back and spoke with another female who said the same thing about being unable to change the order after 5 minutes. I said I called immediately after I placed the order? She said I called at 7:08 and it was now 7:15pm. I told her the call ended at 7:12 after I finished placing my order and then realized how ridiculous I sound on the phone explaining the minutes of a phone call. My husband couldn’t believe what I was saying took the phone and canceled the order, his pregnant wife just wants a water ? Insane! I’m sad because I’m sure the food would have been great but service deff needs to be better and more considerate of your customers.
