Amazing tax Mexican food! Highly recommend. We have been coming here for years - we usually ordering same food and never disappointed! Steak fajitas and baja bowl are my favorite! Fresh ingredients, tasty and very well portion! They do have huge selection of mescal cocktails. Fresh draft beers 🍺 I love it and definitely will be back again and again Nachos are very good too. Great service and pet friendly restaurant They do have outside seating and indoor seating as well. They do take outs Friendly staff Reasonable prices still on that area 👏 Just came and tried jalapeños poppers- not bad Michelada numero uno not okay, it’s not the one I’m getting one in Mexico, so just choose to drink beer

This might be my favorite spot to get some chips & guacamole, burrito or some really good drinks. Always good service happy hour drinks are from 4-6 pm Mon-Fri. They have a nice system with they’re 2 for 1 drinks. After your first drink they give you a blue chip (casino style chip) you can cash this chip in anytime even on your next visit. They also have a good shot and beer daily special. This comes with house tequila and a can of Tecate. I always leave here feeling satisfied.

Lovely place. Had a late lunch there. Loved the pork taco and the quesadillas. Food is well seasoned but not spicy hot. If you want heat, there are 6 different hot sauces to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Next time I will swing by for brunch. Staff is really good and nice. They know what they are doing.

Went their for the first time and wasn't disappointed. We ordered Jalapeno poppers (the BEST) and nachos. You need to try the Margaritas You need to try the margaritas. they were super delicious, My fav is Mango I love it! Love Calexico

calexico is solid mexican food in park slope. Sometimes when i order it for delivery it comes cold, BUT when i go in person it’s always amazing. drinks are great, staff is great - you should go here!

I can't say how many times I have passed this restaurant on 5th and never tried it until now. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lively, the music is not to loud and you can actually carry on a conversation without shouting. The staff is very friendly and professional . Now to the food everything tasted divine, it was well seasoned and fresh, the only complaint the esquite lacked a little salt but it still was delicious. I had the smoky passion fruit margarita it was strong and you can actually taste the passion fruit. My friend had the guava margarita and it tasted more like a really tart grapefruit drink. But overall this is a great Mexican place to dine in or take out

This restaurant is quite family friendly. When we walked in the door, already saw a few strollers parking at front counter area at Saturday lunch hour. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Since it’s happy hour, the restaurant has two for one for selective cocktails. Compared to the regular cocktails, I think the happy hour one has less alcohol which is what I prefer. Food is colorful and delicious I only wish my order (Baja fish) is pan fried fish instead of battered one.

The food is good and typically busy especially with children during weekend lunch hours, but you shouldn't be surprised as that comes with the Park Slope neighborhood. Staff were very nice and attentive. Prices are a bit high for the food, but not a deal breaker. Still a better deal and price at the original carts like the one in Soho. ALWAYS get the crack sauce with your meals!!

The service is awful and the food is just average. I got a hard time when I came in with two staff workers about a larger table - where the manager herself refused to let us sit there after being asked. The drinks were SO SLOW coming out, and the waitress gave one of my workers a really hard time for not having her ID, when she said it was in the car, and I walked several blocks to get it. On top of that, they charge almost $5.00 to use any credit card - which I do understand charging something, sometimes, but they are deflecting the whole cost of using a credit card and aren't giving back good service. I am NEVER going back to this place.
