Devon and Maina were MVPs tonight. I had a million questions and they answered with patience. They had great attitudes!! The cookies being fresh is always a bonus . Devon suggested their Caramel flavored ice cream as well as their dreamweaver, both were super good. I suggest going for a quick sweet treat

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My-My was so sweet to my daughter and made our visit extra special. She even let us try a few different ice cream flavors, which we loved! The cookies were fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious. Such great customer service and treats—definitely coming back!
So I seen this new insomnia in the neighborhood and I was curious to go inside because I had a taste for cookies lol so I decided to have a visit and that was good decision I made lol , Alijah customer service is amazing and his recommendations on cookies to get are the bomb everyone he recommended was delicious . Thank you Alijah for making me welcome will be stopping by again

Cookies & brookies are just out of this world. But the real draw is the late night crew that I encountered on Saturday at this location, a bit before close. Not only do they have impeccable style and vibes, I could tell, even only in the few minutes I was there, that they cared very much about the store, how it represented the brand, and how they were the front line in this part of the Insomniac machine. I immediately felt welcome, seen and understood, despite them not having the first two choices I had. I still ended up getting more than I anticipated, and had such a pleasant experience that I felt compelled to write a Google review. So, thank you, late night Insomniac Williamsburg crew, you made me a fan of the store, when I was already a fan of the cookies. 🙏🏼
