Being Armenian, I have a pretty high standard for Middle Eastern food. I also try to eat very healthy if I can. But I must say, Eon's is a new favorite for me. The quality of the food here, coupled with the price (with most entrees under $10) makes it a real winner. The food is healthy and delicious! I have had the grass-fed beef and lamb (I love that they have grass-fed meat), and the chicken are all tender and flavorful. You have the choice of white or brown rice (cooked just right, not dry like other places), a wrap or salad base. My favorite vegetarian sides are the Eon's salad (with Farro, never tried it before but so healthy and good), Greek Salad, and Chick pea salad. The roasted (smoked flavored) eggplant topping is also amazing! About the place itself, it is always clean. The decor is white and bright, and has a nice atmosphere. The owners added a personal touch of putting actual plants on each table. After being in the office all day, that's a nice plus. And about the owners, the nicest people. They truly care about their customers, and are always welcoming. I am so glad Eon's opened close to where I work in Murray Hill. Delicious greek food, fast and fresh. What could be better?

This is a GREAT place for fresh, healthy, and organic Greek food. It's set up à la Chipotle: you pick your base, protein, and toppings. They offer a wide range of choices (including octopus!) and hearty portions (I can usually make two meals out of my order). I'm hoping they expand to more locations in NYC. I'm glad I discovered this gem!

Had this place practically cater a 20 person office lunch for me. They were spot on and even more accommodating to help number the entrees. The food was fresh and delicious. Definitely a go to for lunch and will use again for in office lunches for me and my office visits.

Fantastic, delicious and healthy, EONS is a welcome addition to the sea of fast-food chains and unhealthy eats along Route 17. For the price, the food is excellent and the portions are pretty generous. You can tell it is made from high quality ingredients.

The food here is absolutely delicious! Clearly this is sophisticated flavors served fast casual. The gigante bean side was to die for. I ordered a soup container full to go so I could eat again. I hade “yeero” pita with Greek said inside. Delicious! My mouth watering for more. This is a gem spot.

It’s rare to find healthy fast food spots in New York City, let alone tasty food with a variety of options. Eons Greek Food for Life accomplishes this feat very well. Try the tahini and hot sauce as well. It served as a nice topping and dipping sauce.

Pretty much the chipotle of Greek food, there is a huge variety for you to choose from. They also have a side bar with lemon slices and Siracha which is always a nice touch.

Excellent Greek fast-food establishment. The choices are fairly straightforward (you pick a rice or pita base, then a meat and some sides) but it’s quick to produce and delicious. The lamb was fantastic. There are also reasonable ($6) kids meals which are about as big as the adult portion. Perfect for a grab-and-go lunch but there’s also seating available.

Oh my god. This food has to be one of the best tasting foods I've had in a while. The menu is designed like a build your own similar like the one of chipotle. The quality of the food is fresh and healthy. The lentils, chicken were amazing and so was everything else. The place itself was clean and tidy. P.s. This place is great, refreshing, and gives you large portions. I got a half salad half rice bowl with the chicken (organic), eon salad and chickpea salad, with tzadiki sauce and their lado (lemon) sauce. Very refreshing - the chicken is well marinated and the tzadziki sauce is delicious, makes it all come together perfectly. PS. This photo is of the portion after already 7-8 bites and it is still super full! 10/20/21 I ordered their Greek goodness bowl through meal pal, and it is DELICIOUS! Again large portion, all very fresh and flavorful

Everything was very tasty (I had the lamb with brown rice, beats and tomato salad. The falafel, however, was terrible. Very dry and hard to eat. I wanted to give this a perfect review but just couldn't get over the falafel. It's pricey (though you do get a lot of food) and all the reviews were good so I was expecting more.

Greek version of chipotle. Very healthy, lost 9 pounds post pregnancy only eating Eons 3 times a week! However, they don't change their menu much, always the same thing. After a while, it get very tiring eating the same things.

Great Greek food assembled as you like it. Salmon and brown rice with spicy hummus was very good. Daughter liked pita with lamb. Staff was very helpful explaining ordering. Hit a lull in the crowd. Menu says they have wine but they have not gotten license yet.

A nice place for a Chipotle-style "fast-casual" lunch. Just watch out some of the items are a little pricey and it can add up fast, it's easy to end up with a $20 bowl if you get all the extras. It's a better deal if you bring a friend and split a bowl.

It's hard to find places for lunch on the east side near NYU hospital. I'm always running out of options since it's mostly delis or pizza places. My coworker recommended this place and thought I should try it out. The place is like Chipotle but with Greek food. You can pick either pita, rice, or salad. Then, you pick a protein. Then, you pick a side and toppings. I like the lamb over rice with chickpea salad. The food is fresh, tasty, and healthy which is hard to find in a lunch place.

Stopped in for lunch… was great food. Small joint with only a few seats inside.

I order a to go order with them while in town for work, it had been a long day and I wanted something healthy and fast. I ordered a steak bowl with additional chicken (extra protein for only $3.75) with brown rice my choice of sides were lentil salad and lemon potatoes. Then extra gigante beans, chickpea salad and instead of one pita I ordered an extra whole what pita. For sauce on the side I got Mango habanero and Spicy roasted tomato. For all the extra I added I figured they would add it in separate containers, you know making it seem more like you actually bought more but instead they just added it to the to go plate which I wasn’t very fond of. Specially because their to go containers lid didn’t stay on very well. I’m always on the go so mobility matters to me and I would have been able to eat all the food portion in one sitting. That’s the only reason I’m making this point. Although, great amount of food and can feed you twice which is always nice. Other than that food tasted great and fresh, I would definitely order from here again. It worked out that they just add everything together because it tastes great mixed together which is also a plus. The sauces are a nice touch but aren’t necessary if you want more of a simple yet still great tasting favor.

Overall an enjoyable meal. I had the Yeero over brown rice with the chickpea salad, Eons salad and eggplant topping with some tzatziki. Bowl and an iced tea was $19.50, a tad pricey for lunch. Everything was tasty and the portion was good. I would have liked to seen more meat in a meal at this price point. My only other nit is the gyro meat was pre-cut and pre grilled and served from a warmer. It would have been nice to have it freshly grilled and hot vs just warm.

Very good, clean and neat place. Service was ok, but one thing that i really liked was that you could taste the freshness on the toppings. One thing i didn’t like is that if you ask for extra pita bread they charge like $1.50 for a very small pita bread :(

It depends what you order here. I’ve had food that I like and food that I didn’t. What I do like is the mixed greens salad bowl, salmon, Israeli salad, chick peas and Gigante beans.

Eons is a Greek fast food place which is done in the style of subway. The falafel was a little on the dry side but all the vegetables tasted very fresh. Not gourmet, but it's good for a quick lunch. The prices are so-so. 14$ for a falafel and a soda was a couple bucks too steep.

I ordered “organic salmon” bowl and I didn’t like. It was dry and didn’t taste good at all. I’m not sure about other items but the food wasn’t good. They seem to do better marketing rather than cooking right.

The Greek yogurt was expired, today is the 20th of January. The taste was nothing special. The shrimp salad was ok the shrimps seemed undercooked . I didn’t find any of what I ordered tasty. I will not order again.

Yesterday was my first time eating at this location, I created a bowl and it was absolutely delicious. I came back today, I ordered a bowl again but this time it came in a square container and the food was way less and the employee forgot my 2nd side. I'm completely turned off because within a matter of 24 hours everything changed. I don't know if I'll come back because it's expensive and I got WAY LESS food today. Highly disappointed.

My favorite place to get my greek food for sure. However, it is very difficult to get in contact with the restaurant as they have a call blocker. So if there's an issue with my order I have to ask around to use someone else's phone to see if the call blocker won't block the call. Also, the online ordering platforms like Doordash, Grub Hub, Uber Eats etc. don't include all the things on the menu. I am unable to order any falafel bowls or create my own. Its also difficult to order something as Toast crashes on occasion. But other than that I love this place, will continue to eat and order from here, just wish the ordering process was more seamless.

Bland, not fresh, online pickup order was not prepared on time, or correctly. Interior was dirty. Not sure if we just caught an evening shift in disarray, but honestly surprising there could be so many positive reviews for this place.

The food they serve has an excessive amount of salt which makes it almost impossible to eat. It affects the overall taste and makes the food unpalatable.

I personally didn't like it, sorry.. I had the shrimp & chicken bowl, The shrimp tasted very Fishy which shrimp shouldn't taste like that when you wash it well... I won't be returning, But everyone has a different taste so don't base it on my taste buds. Give it a try!

I was excited to have some Greek food for lunch! And I was greatly disappointed, the lamb was bland and the rice was hard. I was not offered to try anything even though I stated it was my first time there. Very disappointed won’t be going back or recommending.

Ordered for delivery with my employer's Sharebite. Order arrived super late. Ordered their Chicken Greek Salad Bowl. There were more tomatoes and cucumbers than anything. Baklava tasted stale. Won't be ordering from them again!

Very disappointed in Eons and quite surprised to see so many positive reviews. 1. Ordered pick up and received a confirmation that my order would be ready in 15 minutes.....arrived and was told that they "didn't make the food because we thought it was a mistake".... 2. After the order was assembled and taken home, it was completely wrong.I was missing 50% of the order. 3. The food itself was pretty bland. Bland chicken over bland and dry rice. 4. Some bits of food were cold, some hot Will not be ordering from EONS again

I will never go to this place again. I was there earlier today and I was texting back and forth with my wife about what she wanted me to get her. When I got to the register the lady went on to tell me there is a privacy policy and I am not allowed to take pictures of the employees. I was absolutely taken back by her impulse to make a false accusation. I have been coming here every week for years but after today I will never come back again. She made me feel so uncomfortable and low that I am consulting with my attorney to file a lawsuit for false accusation and deformation of character . You should be absolutely sure beyond a reasonable doubt before you ever accuse anyone of anything. I don’t understand why you can’t just do your job and serve the food without making false accusations like that. This is probably the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant because of how horrible she made me feel.

Extremely moldy and seems like it had recently flooded. The smell of mold inside made me incredibly sick, and I could even smell it on the bag of food I left with. I feel bad for the people forced to work in that environment. I regularly go to two Eons locations in NJ and am rarely disappointed. This Eons is significantly worse. The food was extremely bland, under-salted, and the broccoli they serve is only lightly steamed and practically raw compared to the nicely roasted broccoli they serve at the Eons in NJ. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and flavorless. Rice was hard and undercooked. Even the potatoes were undercooked and barely roasted. What a disappointment.

Too much dressing, sides are very cold , prices is compare to other is higher. Quality of chicken is pathetic. There are dime a dozen Mediterranean restaurants same price better quality of food!

Used to love this place but came in today for lunch. The 2 employees that were there, were both sitting and eating at one of the 2 tables that were there, they seemed annoyed to have to get up to take our order when we walked in. It was like us coming is was a hassle to them. The food was cold and fries were not done. Not a great experience.
