Customer Service is the worse. The cashiers are unfriendly and can be hostile. I will not be spending my $$ there anymore after my experience today with the cashier. This is the store on Church Ave in Brooklyn. I will be writing a letter of complaint. I refuse to spend my hard earned $$ in an establishment where I am not respected. This store especially needs to train their staff on good customer service.

I typically get a beef patty and some rice and peas with curry goat gravy. It's delicious and filling and under $5. Place is usually relatively clean and it's on my way home from the subway. The staff are ok though pretty unenthusiastic. The last 3 times I've gone they haven't had rice and peas, not really sure what's up with that.

The food was good but Zoe the cashier was extremely rude!! She needs to go take a class on respectful customer service!! Will not be supporting them anymore. Also will be telling my friends, family and coworkers not to go there either!!

2nd time ordering from this store on Uber eats and still got old stale food! First order the Tito was hard and dry like sand paper! My coco bread a had a section that completely dried out. I decided to try again and todays SAME THING coco bread was old as if it was left out. Beef patty was soft and flimsy! Horrible location out of all Brooklyn locations

I ordered a large oxtails plain just oxtails and instead of giving me that they gave me a meal that I ordered separate large containers of that I told him I did not want in the oxtails this guy Ryan to be-specific went on and charged me for it though and when I called to complain the manager hands the phone to the cashier with zero resolve and instead wanted to argue 20$ for 4 oxtails and mostly rice which is what I already ordered I’m reporting this place so hard they are going to hear about it

Spend 20 something dollars and the portion was not even worth it ….and look at the food presentation so poorly… won’t buy there again…

i entered the space and greet the staff: no answer. i say ‘hello’ again. still no answer from the lady and the man. i then asked if they had take away food, the man answered like i was upsetting him with my question and the lady kept ignoring me. rude is what they are. i left empty-handed. where is the Black solidarity?

I ordered their stew chicken today and it was awful, the taste was bad they need to dismiss whoever cooked this Monday…How could you mess up on stew chicken smh

Oxtail is pretty expensive for such a small portion. For 25$ you get 4 pieces of oxtail. To make things worst this location has very bad customer service. The woman wouldn't release the food to me because my name was not on the receipt. Seamless does not put the name on the receipt. She was incredibly rude about handing me the over priced food.

Can’t understand why every morning when people are coming in for breakfast they still don’t have all items ready. That is bad for business. I usually call in advance and things are still not ready. Poor work ethic by staff, management needs to provide better oversight. Front line staff can also be rude. If can’t be personable and inviting then you should not work in the food service industry if you have to interact with customers. You play gospel music but you are anything but nice.

I don't like going to a place where maybe that day the food will be good or the staff will be nice, these kind of things must be consistent.

I decided to write a review on the poor professionalism and customer service skills that a worker gave my husband. (An older lady). During this time of Covid-19 pandemic that we are facing, I think the least that we as people should be doing is communicating with each other in disrespect. Who ever is the manager/Owner of this location needs to speak to the front workers and servers about being rude towards their customers. This type of unprofessionalism puts a bad reputation on business. NO disrespect the food is good but this business customer service skills sucks.
