Ox tail is my favorite from this place. It was perfectly cooked and sauce was amazing. Large is extremely big. Prices are a little bit expensive but worth it.

Its always hot freshly cooked and it was tasteful and delicious the place is small but clean and refreshing and the workers are frendly i did not rush i took my time and i told them have a blessed day and they did the same great place to dine or do take out

The food here is delicious. I ordered a small oxtail for $20.70 . I don’t Understand why this dish is so expensive. It was delicious and they give you enough food for one.. I will always get my oxtail from them. Also they make the best Jamaican beef Patties.

The staff was not that friendly, and they did not have adequate ingredients in one of their soups. It stated chicken soup, but they said it had no chicken. I was not fond of that location.

Very bad service, the cashier was very rude, rushing me to pay when I was still ordering my food on the counter. I hope not to go back there.

It’s poorly lit, the rainbow cake seem damp for pastry. The staff is efficient and you just can’t get beef patties wrong.

The staff was nice and the beef patties I had were ok but the dumpling is misleading it's really a round biscuit and the place seems dingy.

The food was good but Zoe the cashier was extremely rude!! She needs to go take a class on respectful customer service!! Will not be supporting them anymore. Also will be telling my friends, family and coworkers not to go there either!!

Horrible service at this location 1617 church Avenue, Brooklyn , New York As a first time customer I was appalled by the unprofessional staff at this location. I placed my order for stew chicken and the Caribbean lady at the register was rude immediately speaking to me as if she knew me or as if I was one of her friends waving her hands in air saying what else in a rude tone as if I was annoying her. I asked for rice and peas with cabbage. She started making my plate when I noticed a very small amount of stew chicken so I asked if that was my plate and if so can I see it. She gave me a nasty look and said she is still making it. I said okay and I patiently waited while she went and switched out the pa of stew chicken for a new one. She asked if I wanted gravy, I replied yes thank you. She proceeded back to the register where her coworker handed her another plate of food that belonged to the gentleman on the line behind me. As I’m waiting for her to continue serving me being that I was at the front of the line she decides to bag up and charge the man behind me for his food ignoring the fact that I was also still waiting for her to finish serving me. I was so disgusted with the way I was being treated that I left without the food. I have been in customer service for over 30 years. I am also a manager and would never allow my staff to treat any customer in that way. I was always taught treat people the way you want to be treated! After I left I called the restaurant to speak with management to make my complaint and was told by the same staff member that management was not there to call tomorrow. I knew it was the same person that was serving me so I asked for her name and she put the phone down took another customer then picked the phone back up and she said her name is June. I do not believe that is her name. My doctor’s office is located one block from this location that is what made me go to this specific golden krust in the first place. I hope management speak to that young girl because her attitude and professionalism is horrible. The light skinned young lady that was thete was very polite and professional to everyone I saw her help while I was there waiting in line. It was only the one dark skinned Jamaican girl at the register that was rude and unprofessional. I am in that area 3 times a week and I love golden krust food but never have I experienced such rudeness in any location this I have ever been in except for this location. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Update, thank you to the manager/owner who responded to my original complaint, because of your professionalism in handling the situation I went back to your store and the service and food was good. But during my visit I found out the young lady I made the compliment about was there and her name is Junie which means the other lady I made the complaint about lied to me when I asked for her name. I spoke to someone else there young short caribbean lady who was very polite and professional as well. The real name of the rude lady I made a complaint about is Shanovia. She knew I was going to make a complaint when I asked for management so she gave me someone else name which is incredibly wrong of her to do. I found out Junie is new to the restaurant so I apologize for giving the wrong name of the employee who was rude and unprofessional as I did not know I was given an incorrect name until I went back and was serviced by the correct Junie.

I left my air pod there today. I used my find my device and it confirmed it was there. I was looking for it in the store for awhile but stuff never helped me. I checked find my device later and found out it moved that mean a stuff took it and went home. That’s not right

The lady working the front counter had a rude attitude and when she went to get my food. I caught her spitting on it. When I called her out on it she pretended she didn't. Never going there again. Dont go there, save your money!

Worst Golden Krust I’ve ever stepped in .....the cashier customer service sucks ! I walked out and left ! I shouldn’t have to show my ID for my DEBIT CARD for $3.50 food !

The employees have very bad attitudes and the line is always long. The workers move slow and most of the time there's only one cashier open!

I decided to try again and todays SAME THING coco bread was old as if it was left out. Beef patty was soft and flimsy! Horrible location out of all Brooklyn locations

I ordered their stew chicken today and it was awful, the taste was bad they need to dismiss whoever cooked this Monday…How could you mess up on stew chicken smh

The woman wouldn't release the food to me because my name was not on the receipt. Seamless does not put the name on the receipt. She was incredibly rude about handing me the over priced food.

Poor work ethic by staff, management needs to provide better oversight. Front line staff can also be rude. If can’t be personable and inviting then you should not work in the food service industry if you have to interact with customers. You play gospel music but you are anything but nice.
