Took 20 minutes to get my food but it was fresh, tasty and cooked well! I don’t know her name because my receipt Says host: margarita but the lady working the register and packing the orders has the best personality. She greeted me with a smile and kept a positive attitude despite delegating many tasks. She’s someone you want to meet anywhere you go. She deserves all the praise!

It was 6:40. Raining. I placed an online order then went into target - I come out and my gluten free order was packaged in front of me… I arrived to the car. The smell of the food controlled my prefrontal cortex as I dug into my fries without thoughts (just vibes) the fries… THE FRIES. Impossible. Just imposible. This is, after all, fast food. The gluten free veggie burger could only be so good right????!! RIGHT??!!!?!?!?!?!?!? WRONG. IT WAS LIKE A HIGHER POWER TREATING ME TO SOMETHING OF THEIR KITCHEN (I added guacamole and red onions to the burger for context). I warn you… if you go once you will go again. All that remains lies in the attached photo. OH them fries greasy but really good fr Burger and Large fry with those add one cost $22 and change which is a lottttt. But for a treat it’s wonderful.

I ordered and Loved the classic burger. The female who takes your order is super nice and very dedicated worker! I saw her run after a customer because he forgot a piece of his order at the desk or something. For there on out, Great people who make the food with love. The cajun fries is really good, taste very fresh and authentic. Wonderful place to eat if you eat only kosher ❤️ Try it! Highly recommend 💪🏽

Great smashburger location! Will definitely be coming here again. The food was good and tasty and the staff were very attentive even though they looked like they were overwhelmed with orders. Probably just because it’s a brand new location. I won’t take this away from the location but the brussel sprouts took a long time to come out and I wouldn’t recommend getting them.

On this lovely day I was doing a quick little shopping at target today & decided to eat in at smashburger. I ordered a regular sweet fry with 5pc scorchin tenders. Customer service was good, food didn’t take long at all thank god because I was starving !! Lastly this food was AMAZING & AFFORDABLE!!

My food was fine but this review is really to highlight the associate (Danica) who took our order. It's rare that we are met with such a bubbly and welcoming young person who works on the fast food chain. Danica made our food experience better and watched as she had the same energy for the pick-up guys.

This was my first time visiting Smashburger and I really enjoyed the experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This location has two entrances. A greeter asks if you are picking up or dining in upon entry.. The main entrance has the pick up section available in the front so, you won't have to go far for your order. The ordering lines was a bit confusing as it's next to the pick up area. There was some confusion but, once the cashier got settled, it was smooth sailing. They were courteous and friendly while offering suggestions and being patient when we asked questions. The food took a bit longer to prepare than I would have expected but, they were going through orders very quickly. I appreciated that they had people checking in on you and while you were waiting for your food. It made the experience feel more personal and intimate like you are dining at a fine restaurant. I liked that they had dedicated people that were cleaning the entire restaurant such as the windows and door handles. When someone got up, their area got disinfected almost immediately. They also have a sanitation area that you can clean your hands upon entry. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with seasoned fries. The sandwich was delicious and had a nice crispy crunch when I bit into it. I enjoyed my sandwich but, I found the rosemary fries to be too salty. I wasn't a big fan of their seasoned fries. I got a salted caramel milkshake and it was super delicious. I think it was the best part of the meal. Overall, I found the meal to be filling and delicious. My friend ordered the fried fish sandwich and loved it. They thought it was well seasoned and done well. They also ordered a coffee and enjoyed it. However, Farabe thought it was better without the creamer. We both were not a fan of fries and they didn't finish theirs. The sitting area was spacious and had a lot of natural light. I enjoyed the modern and clean aesthetics along with books lining parts of the wall. They had two gender specific bathrooms but, I didn't use them. I am looking forward to visiting here again since, they are opening up a Target and Five Below next door.

Compared to the other NYC locations, this SmashBurger has less foot traffic and the quality is still great. Fresh burgers and fries, and they keep everything clean. Shares the building with Target, FiveBelow and Sketchers. It’s nice to grab a quick bite once in a while

Sunday march 16 7:30pm the male chef with the beard and dread locks really need to wear a hair net. As he went to smash the burgers his dreads was damn near touching the grill … hovering over the patties … I took my food to my vehicle and couldn’t even eat it without thinking I piece of hair was in my mouth…. I hate to be this person but I won’t be back there …. Cleaning supplies all over the place and this girl is sweeping just a nasty environment to be waiting for your food be cooked In. Mind you the store close at 10pm it’s 7:30

UPDATE: One of the restaurant's managers reached out to me shortly after this review and offered to make things right in a way that was completely generous. Once we have our meal I can completely update as far as food, but I didn't want to leave it as a one star review either. Unfortunately I can't comment on the food because I never received it. I ordered through the website and the delivery was transferred to Door dash. After multiple drivers came and left waiting for the order, I attempted to call the restaurant. No answer. I was then told by the Doordash driver that someone took my food, and the order was cancelled by Smash Burger. It may be a nice place to go if you go in person, but not delivery EVER AGAIN!

Editing on 01.27.2023 what happened here man ? Lots of unprofessional staff l got my 8 orders but waiting for milk shakes which bartender refuses to make it . Tells me cancel 100$ l got 7 burgers already . Big disrespect to her co-workers . There is no manager around and they argue with customers 2022 May : I love this Smashburger located on Kings Highway . So l don’t have to go Canarsie anymore which is pretty far to me . Only handicap is No parking !

Customer service is terrible. Customers are waiting with no one there to assist. Your employees are sitting down on their phones while customers are waiting. I highly suggest you watch your cameras between approximately 7:50pm -8pm on Tuesday November 18. I only come here about 3 times a year. And things never change. I guess it’s the neighborhood. But that shouldn’t excuse their lack of professionalism. Disgusting behavior over there. Lil man was sitting down eating trying to press me over me getting my bag. Because no one was in the front to help. Lil man, if you reading this, please know I was in a rush with my pregnant wife, and that is why I did not match your energy.

We waited over 40 minutes for our meal. As a family of four, it was disturbing for me to leave and come back over 30 minutes later and my husband and son are still waiting for our food. Then, I come in and they hadn't even made the milkshakes yet. This one young lady was making milkshakes at a snails pace and made one incorrect but I took it b/c she was too confused for me to ask anything else of her. There seemed to be no sense of urgency or plan for the line that reached from the register to the door. This was one of the most frustrating experiences in recent memory at a restaurant.

One of the worse Fast Foods I been to, and that's saying something. Extremely poor customer service. No one at register, 2 people standing in food service area and bunch of folks in the back chatting while people waiting for their order. One skinny girl in particular was beyond rude. Seemed like she didn't wanna be at work nor socialize with anyone, including her own co workers. Supervision at this store is lacking incredibly! Not to mention not single person wearing a hair net. Insane.

I don’t know why it takes 3 hours to makes 2 burgers and 1 order of tater tots. Order at 7pm and did not receive my order until closing time 10. This was a major problem and inconvenience, really just wanted some food. I know it takes a little while BUT 3 hours is ridiculous. Never order from THIS LOCATION CONTEMPLATING NEVER GETTING SMASH BURGER AGAIN. I cannot believe I experienced this. I want some compensation because this actually stressed me out why smash burger. 🍔:( seriously not happy with this. Wow. Also this is not the first time about the 3rd time experience. Not worth it.

Horrible Smashburger experience. Staff doesn't care. Place was a mess. Order took forever they sent food out little by little, and it was cold. My husband's burger was just sitting waiting to get dressed and by the time he got it it was dry and cold. We complained to manager and she apologized and offered free milkshake. But still got cold fries and Horrible service. No free shakes! My Avocado burger had little smashed Avocado not as advertised.

The service at this location is unprofessional. This is my 4th time receiving this treatment from here. I don’t like the customer service but I LOVE smash burger. I make my order online prior to entering the restaurant. At 6 pm I placed my order. Then arrived at 630 when my order said it was ready for pick up. It was not. Honestly I have experienced this many times at this location but I still go back because I like the food. Smashburger please help me resolve this. I waited until 7:45 almost an hour later. Then to only receive 2/3 of my order. I had multiple order of fries and only received 2. I waited a long time after getting the bag from the worker and I still didn’t receive my fries. I still want to continue being a customer here. But the service and quality with customers must be addressed please.

The restaurant is good, but the workers are very slow, especially the young woman on the front that serves food. The night work is unreasonably slow. You have to wait more than 40 minutes to get your order.

Ever eaten a meal and felt like it was gonna send you straight into a high blood pressure episode? Well, that was my latest experience at this establishment. I ordered a bacon Smashburger and the sodium was WAY TOO HIGH. My family has also eaten there in the past and they also can’t handle the salt in anything they order either. Now, you may be thinking that bacon meals are normally salty. You would be correct. However, as a person who regularly orders bacon burgers at other establishments, I’ve never encountered one where the salt content made it inedible. Please tell the chefs to reduce the salt in all the meals. It’s a shame that I’m in the neighborhood and can’t enjoy a meal here.

This is the worst smash burger I have been to . They only have one cashier that’s doing everything from preparing food to taking orders . I been waiting for about 30 minutes just for an online order . They need more staff here . Customers aren’t happy food isn’t worth the long wait . Extremely disappointed with Smashburger Kings Hwy!!! Ordered a DOUBLE ALL-AMERICAN SMASH® w/Bacon and there was NO BACON on my burger!!! Ordered SMASH TOTS® and they send me French Fries!! Ordered a STRAWBERRY SHAKE and the consistency was that of a Nesquik Milk!!! Either they forgot to add ice-cream or they left the shake out while they prepared my order?! The best is that the Door Dash delivery driver had to wait for my order AND THEY STILL PREPARED THE WRONG ORDER!!! Also, there was no ketchup or napkins inside the bag-C'mon!! Considering I placed my order online at 8:50pm, one has to wonder if they purposely messed up the order OR if they simply just DON'T CARE??! This is supposed to be a step-up from McDonalds and Burger King, yet you get better service and order accuracy from BOTH!! The best is that their tag line is, "This isn't just a burger joint—it's a burger experience." Yes, it's a BAD experience!!

I placed an order online and sat at home waiting over 1hr and a half waiting the grubhub driver told me he was still waiting on my order. Waiting an additional 30 min for him to get my order to show up just for everything to be cold and missing items. The phones dont work so it made no sense calling them so i had to go back to the store. When i got to the store i then realized why my order was the way that i got it. I asked for the manager and was told that the manager was on the grill and there was only 1 other person working. There were 4 drivers waiting for orders to be ready and 3 customers waiting for their food. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Spend $20 for a burger and tenders. No sauce for my tenders offered. Tenders were crispy on the outside and dry on the inside( overcooked). The burger was a double bacon BBQ burger, no BBQ sauce on the burger. Burger was dry and the only reason why I ate it was because I waited so long for it and was hungry. I waited damn near 40 minutes for my food and saw others who ordered after me get their food in front of me.My wife had warned me about this place and honestly wished I listened and went to Wendy’s where at the very least my order would’ve been correct. There seems to be a lot of mediocrity in terms of the quality food and service in this part or Brooklyn and this place only validates that experience. In closing, I have just purchased a ninja grill due this experience and will be making my own burgers moving forward.

I waited much longer than expected even after receiving the “order ready” notification — over 30 extra minutes. By the time I finally picked it up, the food had already gone cold. It was really disappointing because I was looking forward to the meal. I hope this can be improved for future customers.
