I didn't get the guy that was working tonight name but that had to be the best subway sandwich Ive had in a long time. He was a very nice gentleman and the store was clean and food was fresh, bread was soft. Thank you so much sir club subway after midnight he will know 🙌
I stopped in to grab a sandwich for my son and was greeted by Dante, the only employee there. He was smiling, friendly and made the sandwich to perfection. Really made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Great service!
I come here every day for lunch and I'm met with nothing but smiles and kindness. They are very attentive to the point where I don't have to even tell them my order anymore. They always let me know when one of my 2 sandwiches are the sub of the day and treat me with respect. I will continue going here as long as I am at this job site. Love my meatball sub and bmt!!!!!
Wayne and Stacey were incredibly kind and helpful during my visit to Subway. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and friendly attitudes that made the entire experience more enjoyable. They worked as a great team, making sure each customer was taken care of quickly and with care. Their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate special requests made me feel truly valued. The food itself was fresh and delicious. The vegetables looked vibrant and crisp, the bread was soft and warm, and everything was neatly prepared. I appreciated how careful they were with portioning and presentation, which really added to the quality of the meal. It’s clear they take pride in the food they serve, and it shows in both taste and appearance. The store was spotless, and that made a big impression on me. From the counters to the floors, everything looked well-maintained and hygienic. Even the soda station and condiment area were clean and well-stocked, which you don’t always see. It gave me confidence that cleanliness is a top priority at this location. One of the best parts was the sweet smell of fresh-baked cookies that filled the air. It was so inviting and made the atmosphere even more pleasant. The scent alone made me want to buy a cookie—and I did, and it was warm and chewy, just like you’d hope. Wayne and Stacey helped create a positive, memorable experience that will definitely keep me coming back.
Calvein was the best. Excellent service. Kind and appreciate that the recommendations were on point. He knows his products. Great food, good value! Very clean store; clean food section counter tops. Restroom clean and fresh but ask for the key. Visited off Orange st & Pennsylvania.
Whoever was working here 4:43 AM Saturday 12/27/25 really acted like he wanted to get fired. Completely rude. Did not know what the meal of the day was. Phrase "I don't know I'm just here," said multiple times. He served us before and was fine. When he went to serve the police officers after us he seemed fine as well. I think this may have been discrimination due to us being Hispanic. We normally eat in restaurant but this employee really made the atmosphere awful. Food was great as always.
It took a few experiences to get me to write a review. The older woman was attending me. Making very large facial expressions to show she was annoyed by me asking for toppings. I imagine she was mad it was busy lunch hour. She essentially was throwing my toppings on, not putting much and missing an end. I didn’t want to fight about it, so I let it go until she got to the banana peppers LOL. I asked for a little bit more. She added one single pepper and then stared at me with a face. I said as polite as possible, “I’m sorry. I really like these. Can I please have a little more?” She then proceeded to take 2 full handfuls of peppers and throw it on my sub. Then stared at me with the same face. Next, I asked for sauce, which she squirted all over the sub back and forth a total of close to 10 times. I should have walked out and not paid for it. I only go because it’s close to my job and fast but I put my hard earned money into this disgusting sub and will be hungry the rest of the day.
I love the ladies that work there during the day they’re always nice and funny but this is the second time I’ve went there to sit down and enjoy a sub at night and there is some guy literally blasting rap music through the store speakers like it’s a nightclub, I mean he can’t even hear what I’m telling him to put on the sandwich.. also this is the second time there has been an issue with cleanliness neither of the guys washed their hands before coming from the back and putting on gloves and the first guy touched his phone with the gloves he’s making my sandwich to skip a song he didn’t like then continues to make my sandwich with the same gloves… let’s get it together yall..
Subway needs to better train one of their employees at this location. I walked into an empty restaurant after work and an older blonde lady was partially in the doorway of the back room prepping dough. No eye contact, no acknowledgement, nothing. After waiting about three minutes and as she slowly moved on to her third pan of dough, I said "Ma'am?" (because at this point I believed maybe she didn't know I was there). Without looking up, she growls "I'll be with you in a minute." I replied "I just wanted to be sure..." With irritation she states, "I heard you when you came in." I then replied "well you didn't SAY anything, so I just wanted to be sure." After another 30 seconds of waiting and her continuing to tend the dough, I decided I didn't want her preparing my food and walked out. I am a patient person, but if that dough just couldn't wait, a short acknowledgement of "Hi, I'll be with you in a moment" while I was standing at the counter would have prevented this entire situation. I won't be back.
This Subway is by far the rudest of any sandwich shop I have ever been to. Every single person working there this morning (01/13/2026) was just a real nasty piece of work! Subway should fire the entire crew. Hope enough bad reviews will accomplish this.
You have to be clearly desperate if you are happy with the very uneducated, unprofessional and absolutely disturbing people you have running your store. Today, Jan. 5th at lunchtime, I came in with my family and the two un-kept staff people were so rude that I almost videotaped them. They ate ruining your brand.
This location has a serious problem with one employee: DeeDee (blonde hair). Her behavior was hostile, unprofessional, and abusive toward both customers and a young employee named Matthew, who told me this is his first job and that he’s only been here about a month. She verbally berated and embarrassed him in front of customers, raised her voice, and spoke to him in a degrading manner. Multiple customers stepped in to defend him because what we witnessed was completely unacceptable. When asked about it, she justified her behavior by saying she gets talked to that way which does not excuse bullying or harassment. She was also disrespectful to customers, including snapping at me when I asked her not to touch my food. Her tone was sarcastic and aggressive. This created a hostile environment that made many customers visibly uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, and I will actively discourage my coworkers and others from eating at this location as long as she remains employed here. No business should tolerate an employee who treats people especially young, new workers this way. Management needs to address this immediately. This employee should not be working with the public
I am absolutely appalled by the treatment my elderly mother received at this Subway location. She urgently needed to use the restroom, and when we asked for the key, the employee told us it was for paying customers only. I explained that I would buy something so my mother could use the bathroom, but before I could finish, she cut me off saying, “Don’t you read? The door says it’s for paying customers only.” I repeated that I would purchase something immediately, and even another customer asked her to ring me up. Despite this, she ignored both of us and continued making a sandwich while my mother was visibly in distress. My mother ended up having an accident outside the store because of this employee’s refusal to show basic human decency. I have never been so angry at the ignorance and lack of compassion displayed. It is shocking that a company like Subway would allow or encourage this kind of behavior. No one should be treated this way. This is the employees with no dignity for others.
I left. The cashier had a terrible attitude. When I came in she was as already frustrated with the customer in front of me, so I thought ok maybe for me it would be different, but nope, same nasty attitude all bc I asked her to change her gloves. Please teach ur workers customer service skills and not argue with customers. So instead I went up the street to another Subway in the Applebees plaza, in which I was treated exceptionally great.
So I came in today with my mother thinking everything was going to be ok good and great on till a suddenly this gentlemen was rushing us to order and we have it decided to order yet i was going to the bathroom first to wash my hands then order so the men bathroom was dirty and the guy was being rude never again not professional he seems like he having problems listen we all have problems here in life but please don't bring your problems to work you leave your problems at home i just did it like after he took my order he look mad that I could it put the avocado on top of the lettuce and tomatoes and cause it goes on the bread I never had that problem in other subway. You has a employ most listen and you're back customers decisions and toppings on there food
Horrible service. Older blonde hair lady was so rude. And her attitude was disgusting. If you don't like people don't work in customer service. Every customer was a bother to her. I will never go through that again. It's a convenient location for my break but not worth the aggravation.
By far the worst service i’ve received I walked in there to pick up my online order which she was begging as I was walking in and I had a question about the cookies. She ignored me and told me to get in line and wait my turn. So I walked out. When I got home both sandwiches were completely wrong! Now I’m even more pissed.
