Wildberry Cake on Emmons Ave never disappoints. The food is always fresh and tasty, and their cakes are truly next level – rich, flavorful, and beautifully made. The place is clean, well-run, and you can tell the management really cares about quality and customer satisfaction. Friendly staff, great service, and an awesome overall vibe. Highly recommend!
Wildberry is a neighborhood gem. Don't let the name fool you. They have a full menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. We tried the Kofte Kebab, the Wild-Caught Salmon Bowl and Labneh. We finished off our meal with a cherry tart and chocolate and raspberry cake (the chocolate cookie went home with us). The meal was wonderful. The food was fresh and tasty. And the service was top notch. The waiter stopped by at the end of meal to ask how we liked the food. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and we will be back.
Dessert and cappuccino was delicious. Service was really good. Atmosphere was very soothing.
I recently visited a coffee shop and was blown away by the delicious coffee and amazing handmade cakes. The coffee had a rich, bold flavor that really hit the spot. One thing I want to mention that I was surprised this time of the piece cake size. The portion sizes of cakes were small. Looks like they changed something in their menu. Some time ago cakes’ pieces they cut were bigger.
A very nice café with lots of Russian and Turkish dessert options. They have friendly staff, especially the guy named Cihan who is always committed to providing the best service. He is always very polite and helpful with choosing the right food. All 10/10, we will definitely return again.
Had a wonderful brunch at Wildberrry Cake today! Service was impeccable, which is hard to come by in Covid era. Food was delicious, fresh with great presentation! We got eggs benedict with avocado, sirniki (it's made out of cottage cheese) and their specialty -black current cake. They even brought our cappuccino at the same time as our food, which majority of other restaurants always mess up and bring coffee first! Our waiter was wonderful, too bad it was his last day there today! Decor was wonderful too! Overall, we had a great time and will definitely come again! Highly recommend! #marusikapproved
This cafe is super comfortable even to come study and work! Super delicious sandwich and salad as well! It’s higher quality on food than my expectations! It’s very clean place! And you could even see the background how woman chefs are making the bakery! Which is very cool :) They have always fresh stuff! Workers are super friendly and nice. The prices are not that expensive. the menu is affordable $-$$! Comparing the price list with next cafe restaurants, Wildberry is the best now! You won’t regret! Try it…
I recently visited Wilberry Cake in Brooklyn, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance of the bakery is cozy and inviting, with a charming decor that makes you feel right at home. The highlight, of course, is the cake. I tried their signature chocolate cake, and it was nothing short of divine. The cake was moist and rich, with a perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. The frosting was creamy and smooth, adding the perfect finishing touch to each bite. The staff at Wilberry Cake were friendly and attentive, making sure every customer felt welcomed and well taken care of. Their passion for baking is evident in the quality of their products and the care they put into each creation. I also appreciated the variety of options available, from classic favorites to unique, seasonal specials. Whether you’re looking for a treat to enjoy with your coffee or a stunning cake for a special occasion, Wilberry Cake has something for everyone. Overall, Wilberry Cake is a gem in Brooklyn. I highly recommend it to anyone with a sweet tooth or a love for high-quality baked goods. I can’t wait to return and try more of their delicious offerings! Kid friendly as well.
Nicely decorated coffee house that beckoned you to come on in. I love sweets in general so I skipped the coffee and ordered straight from the enticingly decorated cake display. I had the infamous three chocolate cake slice ($11 ea.) and yes it is worth the hype. Moist flavors that blend well and is very delicious, although small slices for the price. I also had a butter croissant ($4 ea.) and truly enjoyed that as well. The blonde cashier was pleasant and helpful. Everything here is a bit pricey but you will enjoy the desserts.
This café is a fairly new edition to emmons ave. Wildberry has the best coffee and tea drinks in the area by far. I am never disappointed when I get my latté or when my wife gets matcha. Finally had a chance to dine in and was taken care of by a friendly staff that always checked up on me and gave great recommendations. I got the egg Benedict with hash brown and it was very delicious. Highly recommend this place to anyone in New York.
A friend brought me here and I got the latte with turkey breakfast sandwich. It was so so good, one of the best breakfast dishes I’ve had. Even the salad had an amazing dressing in it. The plate was left clean to say the least. We ordered a tiramisu to go and that was good too. Wish I lived closer it!
The food here is always amazing! I love that breakfast is served all day. The desserts are incredible, with a great variety to choose from. The staff is super friendly and attentive, which makes the place feel really welcoming. Definitely recommend!
This is my go-to spot for brunch! It has such a warm, cozy vibe, with delicious food and great service. I love their breakfast and brunch menu — they serve breakfast all day, but also have plenty of tasty lunch and dinner options. Their cakes are made on-site, and the desserts are absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!
Their morning iced coffee is what starts my day - it’s consistently smooth, refreshing, and perfectly made every time. Desserts you simply have to try for yourself - I honestly have no words to describe how good they are.
Every morning, I get my coffee from — the atmosphere, the food, and the coffee are all amazing. I especially love when Bahar makes my coffee; there’s always something special about her touch. It’s become my go-to spot before work, and starting the day with one of Bahar’s lattes just hits differently.
Really enjoyable space! Lovely "higher-end" cafe on Emmons. We'd recently gotten cupcakes from here for my son's birthday, and I decided to get an iced Decaf this morning, and just enjoy the on-sidewalk seating. The breeze from the canal is devine (if the trucks are a bit loud--but it's expected). It's not a "cheap coffee spot", but if you need a space to relax & enjoy, for a while--this is an excellent choice. They are also accommodating with the food orders. I asked for the egg fried, instead of poached. It came out very nicely. My iced Decaf was excellent, didn't even "need" milk or sugar (no burnt flavor). Note on the cupcakes: they were pricey ($60 for 12) but definitely had a "homemade" taste and texture, i.e. not over refined, like paste when you bite into it--like more mainstream cupcakes. Also you can get whatever color frosting you like, but they do not personalize cupcakes, just a heads-up. Lastly, the frosting they use is a very light, non-sweet buttercream style. Not heavy at all. Excellent if you don't like the traditional "hard" butter-sugar blob on top of your cupcake. Nicely updated, in my opinion.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Blackberry yogurt cake was fruity, creamy and middle layer was like a slightly icy texture which added a unique complexity to it overall. The meringue cake was very fluffy, creamy, and delicious. Cortado is like a cappuccino but with Spanish coffee, yummy. Turkish coffee was surprisingly delicious and satisfying despite its small size and remaining "sediment" at the bottom.
A place our whole family has been visiting every day for over three years. Delicious food, coffee, and desserts. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff — we’ll keep coming back again and again.
Wildberry Cake is the best that I know and the most delicious, fresh dessert that I tried once and fell in love forever! My family loves this place because it's always delicious and hearty breakfast, lunch or dinner. Polite staff and the owner is very kind! Be sure to visit this place, I think you will like it⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇹🇷🇰🇿 We love mango 🥭cake and always take it home😋
This is my absolute favorite place on earth! I come here every single time I visit my parents - it’s like my little tradition. Everything about it is perfect: the food, the coffee, the desserts, the vibe, and especially the people - the staff and owners are genuinely some of the kindest souls. It just feels like home every time I walk in. Can’t recommend it enough!
Had a great breakfast at this friendly and atmospheric cafe. Classical Turkish decor with cushioned iron chairs, marble tables and fun Halloween decorations. I wanted to try something new, so had the Cislbir. Three poached eggs with yogurt and a paprika oil topping with fresh bread rolls. Delicious and well-portioned. Coffee was also excellent, as was the price. Very reasonable. Service was warm and attentive. Highly recommended
Came here for brunch today. The venue is clean and well decorated. Love the vibe here. I've been meaning to try this place for awhile ever since I saw it pop up in a bakery search for my area. I ordered the eggs benedict with smoked salmon and then got a slice of their coconut passion fruit cake which was phenomenal. Over all an amazing experience and will definitely be back!
My wife and I were there for dinner. We were discasing about what the order then manager approached us and recommended The House Burger and surprisingly he went to the kitchen and prepared himself. It was far exceeded our expectations. So thank you awesome person Serkan! You have truly made life time customers out of us! Absolutely fell in love with this place and "The House Burger" almost forgot to mentioned awesome employees...
Everything was truly perfect. I had fish; it was very fresh and cooked perfectly. I also tried a dessert, and I was so happy to see that it was freshly prepared right there. The service was very fast, and the staff were very friendly and smiling.
Great food, delicious deserts and love the atmosphere! Beautiful place! Highly recommended.
I have ordered three custom cakes from here for in the past three years. The level detail and work put into each cake is amazing. The cakes not only look beautiful but taste amazing. I have not been able to find anything of similar quality anywhere in the city. Thank you Wildberry for making our events memorable!
Wow! Just wow! I was passing by this place so many times, but at last stop by with my friends to have a breakfast. The food was just top notch, but moreover the service was even better. Although our waiter was pretty new and made a few mistakes with our order, the owner by himself comfort us and resolved all the issues and even offered few dishes on the house. The food was really really good, but desserts were even better! You have to try their signature cake! Will be back again for sure
Today, I visited the Wildberry Cake bakery/restaurant for the first time and purchased a chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The young lady behind the counter was very pleasant, provided helpful advice, and the cake turned out to be delicious. We will definitely visit again in the near future.
Despite arriving just before closing, we were warmly welcomed and accommodated for a dine-in experience. The service was exceptional, showcasing the staff’s dedication to customer satisfaction. We sampled two different varieties of cheesecake, both of which were exquisitely crafted and delicious. Each bite offered a perfect balance of rich flavor and creamy texture, demonstrating a high level of culinary skill. Complementing the desserts, the Turkish tea was a standout. It was perfectly brewed, offering a robust yet smooth flavor that paired wonderfully with the cheesecakes. Overall, the experience was truly memorable, and we appreciated the effort the staff put into ensuring we had an enjoyable visit. We highly recommend this establishment for its excellent desserts and exceptional service.
I have been going to this place since day one. Service, staff and the menu are amazing. I specifically want to outline barista Bahar , she makes the best capuchinno in town with a lovely smile. THANK YOU Bahar and keep up your terrific work !
This is one of my favorite places. It has the feel of a European styled cafe with its own pastry chef and great coffees and teas. Perfect any time of day. I especially love the Turkish breakfast and tea. Lunch and dinner are fabulous and tasty. Oh and try the hand made macaroons...they are tasty.
We had a wonderful breakfast in this charming cafe on our recent visit to the area. My latte was beautiful and delicious. Avo smash was great and my companions enjoyed their breakfast choices. Cafe has a nice ambiance and great service. All the cakes on the display looked delicious. They also have an outdoor area. I loved the mugs we got with our coffee drinks!
Great breakfast spot! Fairy new, opened only 5 months ago. Lots of vegetarian options. Coffee is absolutely amazing, substitute milk available. We tried French macaroons, they weren’t the best, but other pastry looked better. They have scrambled eggs in skillet with tomato sauce and peppers, that was absolutely amazing. Better than regular omelette. Staff is super nice, they returned my dish and fixed it when I wanted eggs more well done, super kind!
I love this place! It is my favorite place to eat in Brooklyn. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is relaxing and the service is impeccable. And, you can watch cakes being decorated while you eat. Thank you once again to Cihan for treating me and my mom so kindly. We’ll be back!
Absolutely delicious cake and beautiful too! I ordered with the Pastry Chef Irina and she came up with great options for my daughter’s 5th birthday party. We went with the chocolate caramel banana moose cake and many adult guests came up for seconds and thirds and inquired about it. Thank you!
One of the best restaurant in Brooklyn! If you looking for good service, delicious food, incredible desserts and one of the best coffee in the city!? All of this about WILDBAYBERRY! Me and my family have a great time here! And visit our favourite place every day! And always stay happy!
I frequently visit this place and have consistently enjoyed my experience. The service is exceptional, with the staff always greeting you with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. They are attentive and quick to respond to requests, making you feel valued as a customer. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it's evident that the team genuinely enjoys their work. Overall, this place is a delightful spot that combines great service with a cozy ambiance. Highly recommended!
My friend and I had a wonderful time at this restaurant yesterday. I'd like to express my special thanks to the waiters (unfortunately, I didn't get their names). They created a wonderful, cozy atmosphere and were very kind and attentive.🙏❤️ And of course, it was unforgettable—3 pots of sea buckthorn tea perfectly complemented the rainy autumn weather and filled us with warmth.👍 The raspberry meringue roll is 10/10!
Mixed feelings. The service is very nice, when you sit down at the table you always are checked on if you need anything etc. The cakes tend to be not consistent, in a short period of time we were getting the same type of cakes and sometimes it was too sour sometimes it was good. Particularly the coconut passion fruit cake. The mango poppy seeds cake unfortunately wasn’t for me.. I liked it but not the poppy seeds part… felt unpleasant when you eat it. From the menu things like breakfast and sandwiches I can’t say it’s up to speed. Basically, the best thing is an Avo croissant. The banana strawberry chocolate crepes are a joke - just no, you don’t serve a crepes like that for $13 even in Brooklyn. It’s like if you want to be an “upscale” place - be it in everything or remove it from the menu. Overall I can believe that they justify the price of cakes for being in-house made and unique to the location; for food … not really. Even in our neighborhood we have better options price & taste-wise. I guess people just don’t have much of a choice or experience which makes it a popular spot. And Coffee and hot drinks in general are good, maybe keep an eye on mixing matcha powder to a smooth consistency so there are no crumbs.
This place has great potential. They've absolutely killed it on the dessert end. One of the best bakery spots in Brooklyn for sure, HOWEVER, the food leaves something to be desired. It's certainly not bad, but can be further refined. I have to also note that their hot chocolate was superb! It was very authentic and not sweet at all, a good change-up from the typical Nesquik garbage. Will be coming back! Thank you, Serkan, for your constant hospitality.
First time I went the food was awesome and the dessert was great. I went back couple of times and the food was various of goodness level. If you can, be prefer to dine in rather then take out. I ordered the house breakfast sandwich take out, it was delicious with the house chips not wedges. Now here the thing when I ordered again on a different day, it gave me 4 pieces of potato wedges and I was puzzled. It was disappointing. The dessert are good but various on days.
This is a wonderful cafe that has a super cute outdoor dining space as well as indoor. I’m only giving 4 stars because I feel like they could have gone all out on certain things to improve the experience and ambiance but they went cheap instead like the soaps in the bathroom and the tea pots that they serve in. The soap is a bit drying but their tea pots hold much more than you think it would, the thing that’s off is the general look of it doesn’t fit in with the rest of their wares. If you don’t care about that sort of thing then this is the perfect place for you. The servers are nice, they have a large variety of cakes and desserts, and the food is phenomenal. Do you have a toddler or a baby? Then that’s fine they have baby high chairs as well as a baby changing station in one of their bathrooms.
Their cakes are amazing!! We tried napoleon, crepes cake and coconut-passionfruit cake, and they all tasted out of this world. We tried the avocado toast, and it was good but could be better. The dressing on the side salad was too sweet for me. I am taking one star off for ambiance. It doesn’t feel very cozy inside, the chairs are not super comfortable and you cannot hang your bag. I am definitely coming back to this place for desserts though!
The bakery/restaurant is located in the Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn. They prepare Turkish/Mediterranean cuisine. Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner are served. Nice variety of cakes and other desserts. Tables are available for dining in with servers. Customers can choose outdoor seating. I ordered a brownie. It was sweet and tasty.
My favorite cafe where I live. Their food, pastries and products are spotlessly clean. Their coffee is very good. Right next to Emmons. Also, their location is nice. I think this is the best in the San Sebastian cake . They are very ambitious. The employees are very helpful, friendly and understanding. You should definitely listen to their suggestions. I especially thank Cihan very much. 👍🏻 The place is awesome . It just leaves a chill and pleasant mood behind. !The only reason I gave a medium score is because the store managers will get angry with the employees. There are times when I hesitate to ask for something. They all work really nicely and meticulously. This much discipline is too much, please don't ruin this while you have such a beautiful profile. Other than that, everything is very nice Thanx ❤️🔥🤘🏻
Very beautiful restaurant! They have an indoor area, outdoor but indoor area, an indoor but outdoor area, and an outdoor area! Today we got the coconut passion fruit cake slice, chocolate cake slice, and strawberry vanilla cake slice. The vanilla star berry was the worst IMO because there was way too much simple syrup in the cake layers. They cake was obviously wet and extremely soft from drowning in liquid. The strawberry “jam” didn’t really taste like strawberries and was a little too wet of a consistency. The passion fruit cake was a bit better but the genoise sponge layers were gritty. The passion fruit jam portion was a bit too bitter for the cake. The chocolate cake was the bet out of all 3, but was not the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had by far. The chocolate mousse whip was a bit sour for some reason and similarly the layers of the sponge were gritty. The slices were a bit on the high end at $9 each but I do appreciate how each slice was boxed which was very cute!
This is my favorite café . I love your coffee and pastries. I came in on a cold day to warm up and enjoy the cozy atmosphere, but unfortunately it was quite cold inside because the door was open.
The outdoor dining is super cute and the vibe is nice. I went for breakfast and there was a large variety of vegetarian options. I ordered the avo smash and it was extremely disappointing. If you’re going to charge $17 for avocado toast, at least use fresh avocado… the prepackaged avocado was bitter and sour. Aside from that, hash browns and the cappuccino were pretty good. The service was also good. Overall, I’d give this place a 6/10.
Sadly, not the experience I was looking for. I saw all the good reviews and I was looking forward to trying this place. Everything was fine until 2 tables who were seated after me and my family got served before us (coffee and juices) Then, our food came—not all together. The people in the table seating to our right kept on staring and making racist comments + talking about all their materials properties…like we cared. The restaurant tried to make it right, but I was already annoyed. Overall, a bad/racist/discriminatory experience in this place.
I wanted to share quick feedback about my visit on Thanksgiving morning. I ordered a “fresh” orange juice, but it was served within seconds and tasted pre-made, not freshly squeezed. The simit I asked for was reheated, dry, and not fresh at all. After sitting for about 20–30 minutes, I was asked to leave because “people were waiting,” even though there was only one person outside and many empty tables inside. It made me feel unwelcome and disappointed. I used to like this café, but this experience really upset me. I hope the management takes this into consideration.
We have ordered cappuccino and latte, but it was disgustingly bitter, was tasting like they mixed almond milk with Turkish coffee🤢and not espresso. You can see it on the picture that it has too dark color even for cappuccino. We left the coffee shop with stomachache and headache cause it was too strong for us. Really disappointing.. and service also always bad..too arrogant waiters
Been a client before this review. Usually order out food/desert. It's a nice place but it doesn't handle groups well as the tables at tiny. Few tables together makes it changing but better than nothing. Service is good. Staff is attentive and food delivered to the table within expected time. High prices I think is a common them in Brooklyn. So to pay $20+ for a sandwich or $11+ for a slice of cake is something you should expect. Tax and tip is on top of course. Sandwiches are heavy on bread and comes with salad. Flavors are all there so can't say anything about that. The saddest part as to why this will be my last time in Wildberry is nickel and diming the customer. They charged 50 cents for ice in iced coffee. I never seen that before.
My experience here was very disappointing. The restaurant seemed chaotic and clearly understaffed, which led to long delays with our order. When the food finally arrived, it lacked flavor and was not worth the wait. Overall, it was a frustrating visit, and I hope they can make improvements to both service and food quality.
I placed an order for delivery today, and it was an absolute mess from start to finish. One of the dishes I ordered was the salmon sandwich, the tzatziki or whatever it’s called sauce had a foul taste, and the fish itself smelled terrible. The second sandwich, an avocado croissant with added smoked salmon, arrived with no smoked salmon at all, and the egg inside had a strange smell and awful taste. The brownie, which cost $6, was tiny smaller than my pinky and tasted old and stale. That, along with the other two dishes, went straight into the garbage. I also ordered desserts; the chia seed pudding tasted sour, and although I haven’t tried the cake yet, some of the berries on top already look spoiled. This experience was extremely disappointing. I truly hope management contacts me, because I’ve never expected such poor quality or care from this restaurant.
If you want the worst shakshuka ever, by taste and by look, oily, spicy, disgusting, with a bonus of a heartburn because of the gallon of the pure tomato paste in it, you are more than welcome to order it from «Wildberry.” And I did ask for the least possible amount of oil in my dish. Btw, menemen is also disgusting from this place.
I ordered a fish sandwich and I asked for no tomatoes and the order was for pick up so I didn’t see it until I got home. And the worst part was that I found a long black hair in the sandwich! And when I called to complain he told me I can come back to replace it even though they should’ve refunded me back my money. Horrible
Very disappointed with my experience. We purchased the small Black Currant Cake (they also offer a regular size), and it was placed in the wrong size box, which caused it to become deformed during transport and ruined the presentation for a special occasion. For $67, the small cake was already quite expensive, so the poor packaging was especially frustrating. The staff was not polite at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, this was not the level of service or quality I expected.
I used to really enjoy the cakes here, which is why this was disappointing. The last two times I purchased cake slices to go, the quality was not good. The first time, the slices tasted old. The second time, a few weeks later, the cake had a strong cream-cheese-like taste and was unpleasant to eat. Unfortunately, both times we ended up leaving about half of the slices untouched. I am very disappointed, I don’t think I will be getting anything from here ever again
I had a very disappointing experience at this place. I came alone and waited to be seated. When I was finally given a table, the waitress asked if I would mind sharing it with someone else. I was confused and asked, “What do you mean?” She replied that it was very unlikely to happen, only in case there were absolutely no available tables. I agreed. Literally one minute later, three other people were seated at my table. We were sitting extremely close to each other, which was very uncomfortable and shocking, especially since I had just been told this was “unlikely.” A few minutes later, another table became available, but no one offered to move me there — instead, other guests were seated at that table. I had already ordered two dishes and a drink. The people I was forced to share the table with were loudly discussing cockroaches, which made the experience even more unpleasant. When yet another table opened up, I politely asked if I could move. I was told that two girls who had just walked in would be seated there instead. I was surprised, and the waitress said she would “check.” She then approached the same staff member who had initially seated strangers at my table — and right in front of me, my request was completely ignored, and other people were seated there. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse. The people I was sharing the table with were from a country that is currently at war with my home country, and they began openly discussing how much they dislike people from my country. Despite this extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate situation, no one ever offered to move me to another table. As for the food: the syrniki were undercooked, and the croissant with fish and salad was disappointing — the salad was not fresh. Finally, when I asked for the check, the waitress asked whether I would also be paying for the other people’s bill. I had to explain that I did not know these people at all — even though the staff themselves had seated us together and were aware of the situation, yet somehow forgot. This experience showed a complete lack of organization, professionalism, and basic respect for a customer. I will not be returning.
I hired Irina for my daughter's wedding cake and what a nightware it turned out to be.The cake arrived looking like it was thrown together by a toddler during arts and crafts time- lopsided layers. It was ugly and unprofessionaland nothing near that we discussed and paid a premium for. When I called the baker Irina about the quality, their response wasbeyond belief: EVERYONE AROUND DOES THIS (restaurant, flower designers). That's not an excuse, that's just admitting you are all INCOMPETENT! It tasted okay, but who cares when it ruins the photos and the vibe of the whole event? Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. This place clearly doesn't care about quality or CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. One star is generous - zero if I could!
I ordered a cake for pick-up and asked for writing on the cake, the employee I spoke with said the cake already had berries and no room for writing but that she would place a topper which I agreed to. Unfortunately we didn’t check the cake or the bag when we picked it up. The berries were far from fresh, one of the strawberries had visible mold and the cake had a deep finger print. Honestly it’s partly my fault, I wish I had looked early so I could either return the cake or get a new one elsewhere since this was a surprise cake and it was quite embarrassing, we threw all the berries away. Also the topper was not placed in the bag as was promised by the employee. Very disappointed with this purchase because it’s a $65 cake but it was not worth it at all. I used to love the cakes here but after this purchase I don’t think I’ll return.
Disrespectful Service – Not Acceptable in NYC What kind of place doesn’t offer water unless asked—especially in NYC during a heatwave? It was over 95°F outside, and I came in politely asking for a coffee and tap water right from the start. The place wasn’t busy at all (just three tables and two servers), yet I waited over 10 minutes. When I asked again about the water, the waiter snapped, “Now?! I thought all together!” and rolled his eyes. Excuse me? What kind of attitude is that? I was with another person and had my puppy with me in the heat — he brought one glass of water. Didn’t ask if we needed more, didn’t care. That’s just basic decency, not even going above and beyond. This is not the USSR. It’s 2025 in New York City, and good hospitality should not be optional. Bottom line: the service was cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. I won’t be back.
I visited Wildberries Cake Shop with a friend and ordered the shrimp roll. It looked nice at first, just like in the picture. But I was disappointed to find a small hair on my omelette and what looked like an eyelash on the plate. The waiter apologized and brought a new dish, but it was missing the bread from the original order. We also ordered syrniki, which were slightly burned. Overall, the experience felt careless, and I left disappointed.
