Claims to be 24 hours. Maybe I'm just unlucky but on occasion I would come at around 10-11 and they just wouldn't be open..

I know this is supposed to be a review about the food and the establishment, however, when I enter the store it was after 8:30pm. Slower than a turtle. It wasn't busy but the place was in disarray. Tables needed to be wiping down, floor swept, cleaning pan with water left in the condiments area. I didn’t take any pics because I didn't want to alert the staff as to what I was doing and they were preparing my meal. The food was great but the cleanliness, had me wondering. I did use the bath room and found it lack regular cleaning. There was no chart, indicating who or when the last employee visited to clean it. Based, on accumulation of dirt at the base of the toilet.

I’ve been waiting for over at hour to get a whopper meal. My DoorDash driver has been waiting at BK all this time as well. The workers here could care less to uphold their professionalism. They are on their phones throughout their entire shift.

Their drive-thru is not 24 hours unfortunately. I went at around 12 am and they said they were closed. Can not comment on the service or food

Management here has their head up their rears. Service is horrible. 24-hour location with dining area until midnight. I put in a mobile order thru their BK app to pick up ONE ITEM at 10pm. They wouldn't let me into the dining area to pick it up. They made me walk to the drive-thru window around the building and queue up with cars to get my order. 0 stars if possible. No common sense and the worst service I've ever experienced that I was compelled to make this review.

The store has no heat it was freezing cold, the food was cold and they just seemed to not care. Won't be going back to this location.

Ordered Whopper with everything, come home with a burger with just lettuce and mayo. Took 10-15 minutes in drive thru. Not the first time they did this, are they trying to save money not giving people the full order?

I typically don’t write reviews, but when the experience is memorable for the wrong reasons, I feel almost morally obligated to contribute to the collective database of public awareness. On Sunday, June 1st, around 5 PM, my husband and I stopped by this Burger King location to pick up a mobile order. As we entered, my husband casually said, “Is there a bathroom?” to me, not to the staff. And yet, one of the two employees behind the counter (both appeared to be of South Asian descent) took it upon himself to loudly and sarcastically declare to his colleague, but clearly for our benefit, that the bathroom is only for paying customers. Interesting. We hadn’t spoken to them yet. We hadn’t even approached the counter. And more importantly, we had placed an order — hence, the whole purpose of our visit. This premature performance, let’s call it a misplaced attempt at authority, said more about them than it did about us. I imagine working indoors on a summer Sunday while others enjoy the sunshine must ignite certain internal frustrations. Still, projecting those frustrations onto customers with passive-aggressive sarcasm isn’t exactly a step toward emotional growth or basic professionalism. For the record, once my husband actually showed the order number and politely asked for the bathroom, they did hand over the key. But the damage had already been done. What made the situation more unpleasant was watching another man walk in right after. Someone who didn’t even acknowledge the counter, didn’t buy anything, and simply asked for the restroom. No sarcasm. No snide remarks. Just a quiet, neutral response. That contrast didn’t go unnoticed. Was it discrimination? I can’t say for sure. But the inconsistency was telling. And frankly, it left a bad taste — far worse than anything on the menu. Also worth noting, the restaurant was far from clean. Rather than rehearsing one-liners worthy of a high school cafeteria, perhaps the staff could focus on maintaining a basic standard of hygiene. A mop would’ve done more for customer satisfaction than any snarky commentary ever could.

Zero-star customer service - the cashier on duty on 01-10-2024 ~6pm had a terrible attitude. I was on line to place an order behind three people. An Asian lady at the front had language difficulty and got no service at all from this guy. When a gentleman behind her tried to help, the cashier yelled and stopped him - saying no interpretation allows!! He told the lady to leave if she’s not placing an order!! Does BK train their staff properly?? This guy doesn’t even know how to serve his customers. This is absolutely not acceptable!! Left with no order - would never give businesses to to this guy! He deserves what’s in the pic.

Me:” Hi, I want a BACON fresh toast and one REGULAR size ICE coffee with CREAM on top.” Cashier:” Ok, you want hot or cold?” Me:” regular size ice coffee, cream on top please.” Cashier:” You want small coffee right?” Me:” Regular Size, or Medium Size, cream on top.” Cashier:” Ok, that’s it?” Me:” Yes, thank you.” I assuming she wasn’t awake and make mistakes on my order so I repeated everything by three times, unfortunately I still got the disappointment. No cream No bacon

Burger King Nearly empty at 12:22. Went to the cash register and cashier person standing by the side on her phone ignoring me. Then she finally finished what she was doing on the phone and finally looked up. Ordered, and used a credit card. Before the receipt even printed, she bolted off to prepare the food. Then she started shouting 83, who's 83, 83. I looked around. And then suspected... That's probably me, but she never gave me my receipt. How would I know what number I am. I reached over and grabbed the receipt from the machine and looked at it. Yup, that's me. So I said to her, you never gave me the receipt. (to let her know that's why I had no idea I was 83). She rudely and stupidly replied "because I went to prepare your food. (and if I'm the only one who she just took the order from, and only one standing there, and didn't give me receipt, couldn't she have just handed the food to me? Why was she shouting the number?) Also Didn't even ask me what soda I want. Just decided herself to get coke for me.
