Went to olive garden just to have lasagna for the Garfield Movie premiere ! We’re extra like that and we loved it. Delicious food .. service could’ve been better .. wait time was a little longer than i’m used to and from what we noticed it wasn’t just us. The table next to us had to call the manager to ask about some issues. The self pay kiosk system was down and we were at it for a while till someone finally came to help.

Customer service was 10/10 on all my visits I never have trouble with my server not doing something right. The amount of food you get served is literally more than enough especially with all the good appetizers you can start with. My favorite for starters is the mozzarella sticks can never go wrong they are super cheesy 😋😋. My favorite plate is tour of Italy since it comes with pasta Alfredo, lasagna and a piece of what seems to be breast ?? With pasta sauce. (P.S it’s better to go during the week like around lunch time since there’s more sitting & better attention from employees as well u get to enjoy your food in peace)

olive garden never disappoints us, not only do they offer great food, service, waiters were friendly and smile to us. as soon as we walked in no wait time, took us a couple minutes to get a waiter but she greeted us kindly and served us amazingly, ive been here multiple times and i would recommend it.

The Italian Margarita is my favorite I always have to have one when I go eat there. The food was good but the service was very bad the server took forever to come check on us and there wasn't even alot of people.

I popped by here for a business meeting and grabbed a half table/half booth in the bar area. 1st off, front of house, friendly as heck! Our waiter, very attentive. I started off my meal with an ice cold Blue Moon from the draft and the Calamari appetizer...this was fantastic! For lunch I ordered the "Build your own pasta" and had the spaghetti with marinara sauce and added both grilled shrimp and chicken...delicious. This was complimented with their infamous salad which is amazing. The ambiance was incredibly welcoming and modern. Check them out!

Recently, I decided to give Olive Garden a try because of its popularity and the unlimited breadsticks and salad. When I arrived, I was placed on a waitlist, but despite the crowd, I was seated within about 10 minutes and attended to professionally. The atmosphere felt welcoming, with good lighting and music that created a classy and comfortable experience. The short wait time was not a major issue, but using more of the open space could help reduce waits and increase revenue. Another suggestion would be focusing more on quality over quantity, as a smaller menu could make cooking and service more efficient. The staff was kind, quick, and professional, and the restaurant was clean. Although my food arrived a little later than expected, I enjoyed the taste. Overall, Olive Garden delivered what it promised, especially the unlimited breadsticks and salad, making the experience enjoyable despite minor flaws.

One of the better prepared OGs I’ve been to. Fast service, great texture of the chicky parm, and adequate sauce on the spaghetti, other locations barely put any so I do enjoy that. Not gonna lie, came here simply because it’s next door to my hotel, but not at all a disappointment. The staff seem happy to, which is a major plus. Happy employees make better food, that’s just a fact.

April 2024 - This place seems to be a go-to for us here in Brownsville. It's the standard Olive Garden food, nothing earth-shattering. You get what you expect, good 👍 Italian good. The service was good 👍 👌. I will give our guys accolades, though...our first set if bread sticks were hard. We asked for replacement, and we got fresh soft just out of the oven breadsticks. The atmosphere was as expected... this particular one is getting a bit run down and dirty. Tables and chairs are looking rough with wear spots. Our side of the restaurant was warm 😥 compared to the waiting area 🥶.

Good food and free soup refills until you can't fit it in any more! Last time I was there I got the lasagna. No, wait, every time I'm there I get the lasagna. The serving is big enough to share or take half home for later. Yeah, it's pretty good stuff.

Great food, good service… but carpet smells like an athletic foot locker, especially at entrance. Recommend a thorough carpet shampooing.
