Ottimo ristorante, il migliore di Brunate. A gestione familiare, personale gentilissimo, vista incredibile su Como e sul lago. Fanno piatti tipici rivisitati con ingredienti speciali (mirtilli, pesce di lago, tartufo). Buonissima la polenta con cinghiale, piatto del giorno. Prezzi però un po’ altini. Locale piccolino, all'interno, ma molto accogliente, dest'estate penso ci sia pure una terrazza, con una vista lago mozzafiato. Cibo classico e di altissima qualità. Personale molto disponibile e preparato, bagno grande e pulitissimo. D'inverno le polente sono i piatti più indicati, o a chi piace la pasta molto sugosa, consiglio i tagliolini ai mirtilli con crema bianca di tartufo. E' meglio prenotare
Pranzo in una location fantastica, una vista mozzafiato accompagnato da un ottimo pranzo. Posto curato, la gentilezza del titolare e del personale è proprio di casa. Il prezzo? adeguato per la qualità del cibo. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ci sono ritornato dopo vari anni e ho trovato il locale ristrutturato molto bene e con gusto. La visuale sul lago è sempre molto bella. È cambiato il menù piatti sempre buoni di qualità eccellente. Personale sempre disponibile e gentile. Ideale per una cena romantica con vista sul lago.
location stupenda, terrazza soleggiata che si affaccia sul lago! antipasto di affettati ottimo, freschi e di qualità. i primi molto buoni anche se mi sarebbe piaciuto sentire un po' di piu il sapore dei mirtilli delle tagliatelle ai mirtilli... il sugo panna e tartufo era buonissimo ma copriva molto il sapore della pasta. Location molto molto bella e suggestiva, si vede tutto il lago ed in lontananza le maestose Alpi. Il locale è molto carino e ben curato, la proprietaria gentilissima e competente ci ha proposto un fuori menù da leccarsi i baffi. Abbiamo mangiato polenta e cervo alla ciliegia, tagliata e malfatti alla zucca. Abbiamo bevuto un vino sempre consigliatoci davvero buono. Devo dire che ci siamo trovati non bene ma benissimo!
Piatti squisiti, vista da cartolina in un giorno di novembre. Abbiamo pranzato tardi, c'era molta gente e per fortuna c'era posto. Eravamo in 5 e abbiamo ordinato uno dei piatti del giorno e ci hanno serviti polenta con passata, salsiccie e funghi porcini e champignon. Al primo morso dei funghi, avevamo capito che eravamo nel posto giusto. Con una vista del lago di Como, dei piatti così buoni e buon servizio non potevamo che esserne soddisfatti

Amazing views and service. We stayed for sunset and only ordered some drinks and desserts. The coffee, wine, and Panna Cotta were great, and the food smelled absolutely amazing.

We visited Como for the day and took the Funicular to Brunate as the queues for the ferry were huge. After taking a few wrong turns we found Trattoria dei Bracconieri Brunate and we were glad we did. We didn't have reservations but we got a table overlooking the lake. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic, easily the best we ate during our visit to Milan and Como. We had the daily Special, Cream of Parmesan with Asparagus and it was delicious.
Feels like a hidden gem! We stumbled in here and they told us they could give us a table with lake view for an hour due to some reservations, but it was great! All of the staff were very nice, and spoke good English! However I am unsure if you could just stop by here for some drinks without food :)
Nice little place, with stunning view of the lake and the whole valley. If you are looking for a quick and cheap meal, it's not your place. Here you pay for the view and the fine and friendly service of the staff. Food was delicious as well, but don't expect huge portions.
This restaurant was phenomenal! Very authentic in the food and ambiance. It felt like a home cooked meal and everything felt personalized. My fiancé and I were going to share the ravioli and they split the portions without having to ask, that was very nice. Don’t even get me started on the views, it was a beautiful overview of lake como. We will be returning.
The restaurant has an amazing view to the Como lake, nearby cities and hills and even Swiss mountains. We were there around 5pm on a Monday - the staff was very nice and so friendly to let us order drinks though they were having a break! Then without waiting too long we ordered blueberry pasta with truffles which also was very good. Nice and calm ambience, friendly people and picturesque view made it our highlight!

This restaurant was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Como! We went an hour before closing as that’s when the sun was setting and they accommodated us soo well!! They got us the best seat available immediately infront of the view and gave us such friendly service even so close to closing! Visiting this place is definitely an opportunity not to miss, the food is delicious and the views are stunning, we came here on the last night of our trip and we couldn’t have chosen anywhere better to spend our last night in Italy! Couldn’t recommend more!!!
Drinks with a view!! This place has the best view over Como! House wine was reasonably priced at €9 for 0.5 litres. It was the perfect place to have a drink whilst taking in the amazing views. The food menu also looked good, but a little expensive. Staff were very friendly and service was fast. Cover charge if you eat is €2.50 and €1 if you drink only (per person). Well worth a visit for the view!
We drank wine and ate apps with this beautiful viewpoint. There was a manager or maybe an owner was was a bit odd about who could sit where (not so much COVID related) but more so who got to sit next to the rail. It felt out of place because they were not busy. 2-3 tables at most the whole time. With that being said, still a great experience and our waitress was lovely. We ordered the caprese and cold meats plate. Perfect with their bread.

La posizione di questo ristorante è molto buona, vicinissima all'uscita della funicolare a Brunate e affacciata sul lago di Como. C'è una bella terrazza fuori ma anche all'interno ci sono delle belle vetrate da cui ammirare il magnifico panorama sul lago. Il personale è stato molto gentile. La cucina tuttavia ci ha lasciato un po' delusi. I piatti erano tutti potenzialmente interessanti ma i tagliolini ai mirtilli con sugo di funghi, tartufo e panna erano completamente immersi nella panna e l'intingolo di carne, salsiccia e funghi era una brodaglia mentre la polenta che lo accompagnava era buona. Buono era invece il brasato di agnello con polenta e i dolci. Infine il vino, una bottiglia di rosso di San Colombano è costata un'enormità: 29 euro!!!! Per finire il bagno era pulito ma uno solo è inadeguato al numero di clienti.

Il locale è carino ed ha una terrazza panoramica da cui si può godere un'ottima vista sul lago di Como. Il personale è gentile e professionale. Uno dei pochi ristoranti di Brunate dove riuscirete a sedervi anche senza aver prenotato. Antipasto con salumi e formaggi {in realtà formaggio, in quanto ce n'era di un solo tipo}. Buono. Secondi polenta e brasato di Angus, buona, ma porzione ingenerosa per la carne. Polenta con bocconcini di cinghiale stesso discorso. Polenta uncia buona e anche generosa. Con due birre e un litro d'acqua abbiamo speso 35 euro a testa e se le porzioni fossero state generose sarebbe potuto essere anche giusto, non così. È cmq un aspetto migliorabile se ce n'è la volontà.
Sono andata oggi con 4 parenti inglese dopo averlo trovato du Google. Sono riusciti a farci stare in 5 su un tavolo 4 fuori sul balcone panoramica con i cori della partita Como/Juventus. Servizio celere e molto gentile, ambiente pulito. Cibo ottimo, italiano al 100% con tocchi di novità. Per l'ottimo cibo e la posizione il prezzo era giusto. Gli inglesi l'hanno trovato eccellente in confronto ai prezzi di ristoranti inglese. Grazie per avermi fatto buona figura per la mia scelta.
I was asked if I had a reservation, but even though I didn’t they offered me a table with a great view, but only for 30 minutes, which for having lunch it was fine. The server was attentive and friendly. It’s important to keep in mind that this is a restaurant, not a cafe or bar. I order the plate of the day, which appeared to be cheaper and it was good.
One of the best places to eat in the area, their food is just the best, and the chef here knows for sure what he is doing!! The views are incredible, I highly recommend this place!! I didn't give this place 5 stars for service mainly because the blonde lady taking the order wasn't welcoming when we 1st arrived. She was trying to rush us because she needed the same table, she said and that wasn't nice!!
We came in here after taking the tram upto the top of the mountain at lake Como. It has great views. We only got drinks and it is worth coming in for the food. The staff were a bit mardy tho but overall a nice visit
One of the best places when it comes to the view, has two terraces with entire como region below you with its vibrant colors. The staff is so nice and professional. The food was super tasty, especially my pasta which came with fresh fish from the lake. Their wines are good as well. But this is a touristic place so the prices are more expensive than the normal restaurants.

Sono stato recentemente con mia moglie a pranzo presso questo ristorante. Devo ammettere che il posto è molto bello, con una balconata fantastica in cui si può consumare il pasto con una vista sul lago di Como mozzafiato. Il personale gentile, ci ha accolto bene. Lato dolente a mio parere, i prezzi, troppo alti per gli standard italiani, forse buoni per gli innumerevoli turisti stranieri, soprattutto americani e inglesi, che riempivano la struttura. Abbiamo deciso di prendere un assaggio di primi,nello specifico due porzioni a testa ,di cui : un risotto al gusto di tartufo e degli gnocchi ai funghi, ma non mi hanno convinto sinceramente. Con tale recensione, non voglio screditare assolutamente nessuno, anzi, il mio è un consiglio al fine di migliorare.
Cibo buono senza eccellere, alcune porzioni abbondanti (risotto al lavarello, forse un po' tanto burroso), altre meno (cinghiale e brasato con polenta, la carne un po' scarsa). Ci tengo però a fare una osservazione,senza polemica ma consiglio di informrsi meglio sui nomi dei piatti... Alla richiesta su quale tipo di polenta servissero ci è stato risposto polenta taragna. Io ho chiesto: quindi con formaggio? E la risposta è stata no... Infatti la polenta era senza formaggio, classica polenta gialla. La polenta taragna è fatta con un mix di farine che la rendono più scura, ed è condita con burro e formaggio. Panorama spettacolare.
wonderful views and friendly service are the highlights here, plus the convenient proximity to the upper funicular station, of course. the food here is good, but being asked if i would like parmesan and then having it already sprinkled over my food - instead of receiving it in a container at the table - is rather stingy, especially considering this small dish on the photo costs €18,50 - thus demanding a quite generous customer.
Ho fatto un aperitivo. Location carina, ci sono due bei terrazzi con vista. Due calici di vino, 7 euro cad da listino, addebitati 2 euro di coperto. Coperto per l’aperitivo? Sul tavolo non c’era neanche un tovagliolo e non hanno portato neanche una patatina del discount. Zero. Tristezza infinita.

The service and the staff were very rude and disrespectful with me and my family. We were in a group of 4. They were hungry and they decided to sit there and give a try even that the restaurant has only “3.8 stars” reviews on google because the view from there was beautiful. I was not hungry and because they didn’t have ice cream, gelato or spumone i went to another place to get an ice cream. When i came back to tell them i was going to be outside eating ice cream the owner that was sitting on the table close to the restaurant entrance started scream with me with some costumers around. I felt very uncomfortable with that situation and tried to explain that i just want to tell them i was eating ice cream outside. My girlfriend and mom saw that and they were horrified about the situation and didn’t want to eat there anymore. My sister was the only one that wanted to eat there after all and the waitress gave us the deadline of 30 minutes for eating. That was extremely disappointing and disrespectful. The food was okay.

Ristorante per turisti stranieri che non conosco i veri piatti italiani .La proprietaria, gentilissima,ci ha consigliato polenta con salsiccia funghi e verdure € 19,50 .Suonava bene, se non che è arrivato un piatto con circa mezza salsiccietta due pezzetti di funghi chidini e carote!! Mai visto carote in un tentativo di secondo con polenta. Tagliere di salumi nostrani € 16 : salumi di scarsa qualità e se non bastasse fette di Bolognetta!! Non consigliato assolutamente.

The entire restaurant was empty and they turned me away because I only wanted to order drinks, no food. I understand time limits on tables or not seating people drinking when a restaurant is full with a wait line. But the restaurant was empty. Seems from the 3.8 star review in a region surrounded by 4.5+ star restaurants and bars, they could probably do with an attitude change. I wonder if the owner is happy the staff is refusing paying customers at the door while the business sits empty.
