Opinions de Einstein Bros. Bagels BSE Building
The cheesy veggie sandwich I had was excellent. I've always been aware of Einstein Bros. but this is my first time eating there. I always thought they only sold bagels and probably coffee, not sandwiches and other things. It was a pleasant surprise.
This location is awesome. Waited here for my Vonlane bus. Was the first customer and even at 6am in the morning Ms Leticia was so kind and helpful! She took time to help me customize my everything bagel breakfast sandwich. This is now my absolute favorite. Would have posted pic but I ate it so fast! 😆
Inside hotel! Wasn't sure but really diffrent upbeat vibe but has small tables sectioned of for a spot to sit and enjoy a muffin amd even late night. Believe up till 10pm or 12pm but yes Great spot I've searched before and usually coffee shops close early or café is closed up. So glad I found this. Will be back and brownie points bc it was a great search on google and numbered work for Plaza they answered questions! Win for me and the cute lady I was with! Thanks 😊
I ordered from here several times during my week-long stay at the Hyatt Regency Houstan (Louisiana Street). Everything that I had was delicious, from wraps to sandwiches. I especially enjoyed the Spicy Chicken and Pepperoni Chicken Sandwiches.
Perfect place for a quick bagel with good selection. One of the few all night places downtown for hot food, it's inside the Hyatt so it may be confusing to find for first timers
Was here for a conference in Houston, and our group hadn't eaten since like 4 PM so I grabbed a sandwich to go from the grab and go section and got back to my room it was already like 1:30 AM long story short the same which ended up being soggy but I ate it anyway and I mentioned it to the cashier and he made it right the next day that I was in there! Dennis is awesome and he's super friendly! And the service is amazing!
In town for Memorial Day weekend and with two kids, we opted for a quick breakfast with Einstein. Review primarily focus on the service. The team is quick, friendly, and patient.
The food is so good but the workers are SO nice!! I don’t ever do reviews but their staff are so helpful and so sweet (thanks so much for helping me get my receipt back btw) I wish I tipped more before I left 🥹
After arriving back from The Hobby Center to the Hyatt Regency Downtown. We were a little hungry. I love Einstein Bagels, so I was excited to learn the hotel had one opened 24hrs a day in the lobby. The gentleman, Shane, was so nice, welcoming and helpful. The bagels, coffee and extra little grab and go drinks & snacks are a welcoming site at anytime of the day or night.
Got the brisket breakfast Sandow it was so good
The bagels are good…but the people made it great. Smiling, helpful, kind people who made each morning special. It’s great to start your day with your tummy and spirit full and the awesome people working at Einstein at the Hyatt did just that!
Just grabbed a caramel macchiato from Einstein Bros and wow it was like a cozy hug in a cup. The barista even threw in a little extra foam art and totally made my morning.
Neat little Einsteins tucked into the hotel (I think a Hyatt, but not sure) it was a rainy Saturday morning and I had a meeting downtown. I really wanted a latte and a lox bagel with a schmear and Einstein thankfully delivered. Since it was in a hotel, they sold more than what a regular Einstein shop would have, but it is nice and I'm grateful they were there and open. I will most definitely come again. Parking was remarkably easy, but I might not have been in a legal parking spot right outside the shop :-s whoops
Get a blueberry bagel with strawberry shmear and a caramel cold brew coffee! The bagel was perfectly toasted with plenty of shmear, and the coffee is a nicely blended delicious coffee that in my humble opinion beats *bucks bitter coffee a million to one!
Einstein's was easily the best part of the very solid Hyatt Regency. It's beautifully laid out, well-stocked, and spotlessly clean. Someone is doing a fabulous job in managing this location. The cashier and barista who were working on the morning of Nov. 3 were so sweet and friendly, and also quick and efficient. Tasty mocha and bagel sandwiches, very fresh. You can access the shop from inside the hotel or from a sidewalk entrance on the Dallas Street side of the building. Great job!
Located in the Hyatt regency downtown. It’s a nice quiet spot to grab some bagels and have coffee. You are also allowed to quietly sit in the hotel lobby to eat without any issues. Will def be back if I need a quick breakfast bite. The ladies working there are quick and efficient.
We liked this Einstein’s! The breakfast sandwiches including the egg and cheese was absolutely delicious. Friendly and patient staff, conveniently located in the Hyatt Houston, and great atmosphere! Worth a stop!
First time ever having this place and I love it! Was thinking about going to shipleys instead but so glad I decided on this instead. Much healthier option lol. I got the farmhouse and it was delicious. It is located within the Hyatt so its open 24-7 which is amazing. Staff is very friendly. Will definitely be coming back soon.
OMG!!! My new addiction... All I can say is WOW, YUMMY & I devoured every bite... The 2 employees working that day were super professional & went the extra mile by bringing me my food (parked outside downtown) Can't afford a damn ticket BUT will most definitely be returning soon; like once I'm showered & b4 i head off 2 work 2day soon 😋😋😋😋🥯
OMG the veggie bagel is to die for. Stopped here by accident and so glad I did. It is inside the Hyat and it's amazing.

Quick and friendly employees. Very clean, great assortment available. Anytime I get there, always great service.
One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!
The team consistently made quick work of every order while I waited inline after ordering. The Jalapeño and Cheddar Brisket is something special. I woke up early and gleefully licking my lips knowing the JCB kicked off my day with a banging start.

i think einstein bros and this is the closest one from me with highest rating. i cant really find a decent bagel shop in houston i like, so this is the one i go. when i was in college we had einstein bros bagels on campus and i'd always go there. i like their blueberry bagels. asiago bagel and everything bagel is good too. their berry smoothie is refreshing but idk if they still have that. anyways since this einstein is in the hyatt hotel, the lines are longer depends on when you go. however the lines still move by pretty fast and there are a lot of food and drink items around that you can grab. they even have merch too. for parking i had to street park nearby. one thing that surprises me is how much cream cheese they add on the bagel. it blows my mind. sometimes i wonder if i am eating cream cheese with the bagel instead of bagel with the cream cheese. i always have to take most of them off because of the overload cream cheese they put in the bagel.
It's what you would expect from a place to eat in a hotel - expensive. The food is good, I enjoyed every bite, but you're going to pay for it. It's nice they have yogurt, milk, salads as well. But I'm taking a star off. Don't ask me when I pay for a tip. All you've done is spent 60 seconds toasting my bagel. I haven't even tasted it - it could be awful. You didn't bring it to my table.
The place where people who are staying at Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown to get the breakfast and coffee in the morning. They are with Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown so you can pay by charge it to the room. There was a long line but they move pretty fast. Then you pick up your drink or food on the side. It's your quick breakfast fix spot, if you are working in the area or staying at the hotel. They have a lot of snacks and ready to go food to put up and check out.
Great bagel sandwich at a very reasonable price. I thought it was very good with plenty of stuff in the middle. The bagel was soft and flavorful as well!

The hours are great, especially for late nights. Iced coffee was good.
The food is good! First time eating at this restaurant period. Good prices and opened 24/7. Only bad thing was, I asked for water no ice and got the opposite and a excuse that didn't make sense at all. Fill a glass with half ice and then fill it with the, only hot water, stated that's the only thing they have then. Basic science. Ice melts with hot water and then I would have gotten, water with no ice. The bar in the hotel about 50 feet away was able to give me my request.

Unfortunately it IS a chain restaurant. The location is beautiful. The staff were amazing. The bagel itself was good, but the rest of the ingredients were subpar. I didn’t feel it was worth $8.

The unlabeled drinks available for purchase to the left of the register are incredibly overpriced. $7 for Aquifina as a heads up. Should be <$2 for that brand. They need to at least label these ridiculous prices so people stop getting put into awkward positions at the register. Seen it happen back to back.
I ordered a cinnamon roll and hot chocolate, the cinnamon roll was good, but the hot chocolate tasted like it was water with powdered chocolate. I could make a better one at my house. And service was just that, blah. Nothing stands out good or bad with the service. Would not recommend.
👍 This Einstrin Bros. is conveniently located at the Hyatt, in Downtown. 👎 Some items don't have prices. I certainly wouldn't touch a bottle of water if I knew the price was $9. 👍 They have a variety of bagels. 👎 However, the menue doesn't show many kinds of spreads. 👎 Also, the staff is a bit miserly with the spreads compared to other bagel shops in the Houston area, including other Einstein Bros. My latest bagel didn't have much cream cheese (pictured).

I asked for a sandwich with Swiss cheese and no bacon. I got bacon and no Swiss.
NOT a true Einstein's Bagel. It's in a Hyatt Hotel. Hyatt uses the name. Horrible food and coffee. It's is 50% more expensive than a true Einstein's bagel. Ut doesn't accept orders or give points in the app. It has only 50% of the Einstein's menu. The bagels are put in a Turbochef oven ... steams the heck out of bagel. I had to beg to have the bagel toasted. Still, they put it in a Turbochef, and ruined the texture. The coffee tasted terrible, so I asked for water. They poured hot water from the coffee machine over ice, and the water tasted awful also. It is obvious that the water isn't filtered, hence the awful coffee and bad water taste.
Their selection had changed and is really small. Don’t have protein bagels and you put ur own butter.
Cashier was unfriendly. Ordered the Texas Brisket and got home with no jalapeños in sight and food was not cooked properly. Cheese was not melted one bit, and everything was still cold once you bit into it. Only live 2 minutes away Update: As you can see they responded so I followed their instructions and submitted a complaint on their website. They replied saying someone from that location would contact me which has yet to happen
I didn’t even order because I saw little flies all over the bagels and pastries. At first I thought they were for placement only/fake food, because no way would they have that many bugs on the food…but then I asked and the lady confirmed that those were the only bagels they have left. It was 9am… The entire experience was gross and it smelled awful in there too. I love Einstein’s and was so excited there was one walking distance from my hotel. However, this was not what I’m used to and the bagels looked gross. The people who worked there were nice, but just, no.
I'm a bit confused with the blue additive in the garden vegetable cream cheese. Very off putting and repulsive.
If Hyatt could kick this Einstein brothers out, it would be excellent. They make the experience at Hyatt bad for sure. Don't wait until it's too late. This is fast food and not very healthy. We all know it. I have not eaten from Einstein Brother in over 14 years. Got a bagel with egg, cheese and bacon. That thing was oily. What I didn't understand is why they charge an exorbitant $10 for a 1 liter bottle of water. Avoid at all cost. This is Texas and they choose to charge more for water than gas. The franchise owner should be ashamed of himself or herself. Oh by the way, the Aquafina is like $5 per bottle. Across the road at the pizza spot, you can get a tasty bottle of water for $1.50. Avoid the Einstein Brothers and head over to the food spots across the road. Mendocino Farms has healthier options and cheaper water and the pizza spot has tastier pizza and cheaper water. Stop taking advantage of hotel guest! Oh, I got coffee yesterday morning and it was luke warm as if it was from previous day. I really hate giving bad reviews but never saw water sold so expensive anywhere in the US before, not even I'm California. Shouldn't even be legal.
Very disappointed. I got the avocado bagel. The avocados were hard and I couldn’t even eat the second half because of all the pepper that was caked up on it.

I wont be coming back to Einsteins. My favorite treat was the Nova Lox , it used to be served open face with lox on both sides and was the perfect amount. Now for they have it as a "sandwich" so they can give you half of everything. Very disappointed.
Very disappointed. I ordered an iced coffee but when I got it the coffee was still hot and the ice had melted because the coffee was still so hot. The coffee tasted very watered down and unfortunately due to going to a meeting I wasn’t able to request it get fixed. I ended up having to throw it away. I spend $10 on a coffe to have to throw it out.
Very disappointed. I come here almost weekly since I work down the street , I got the avocado bagel very hard, could not enjoy the bagel. Service felt very rushed. I would recommend a different location, not worth the time nor money.
