Best latte I’ve ever had! Ordered the iced banana bread latte. Then went back and asked them to “surprise me” and got an iced pistachio latte. Both were absolutely delicious!!! Took home some coffee beans to make at home as well! The beans have a distinct, almost smoked flavor! So delicious!!! I wish I lived closer! PLEASE come to Houston!!!

The owners are awesome, friendly people and they have delicious coffee/espresso along a wide variety of flavors. If you’re ever in Buda and in need of a good brew, this is the place to go!

Nice location off busy Buda Main street. To get there, drive into Willie's parking lot. I just ordered an Americano, it was fast, hot, and not expensive! Definitely plan to make my caffinate stop there again! Parents - check out the kids drink menu, they won't mind the stop.

I love Megan and Ron, they are the best. They are always willing to figure out how YOU like your drink. Coffee, matcha, and frappes. They have more offering but that’s what I have tried personally. It’s outdoors so it’s super relaxed and they have plenty of seating.

Its truley smooth and creamy texture leaves you craving for more. The brew was just perfect. *insert chefs kiss*. Every time I visit Embrace the Grind, Megan and Ron greet me with a smile and somehow always remember my coffee order—even though I don’t go every day. The coffee is so fresh and delicious that I’ve started buying their whole beans to make amazing coffee at home. If I lived closer, I’d be there every single day! Highly recommend!

UPDATE AUGUST 2024: The Italian iced sodas are a huge treat on these hot summer afternoons -- give the blackberry & passionfruit a try. One of the best iced lattes you are going to find in central Texas. Incredibly friendly, fast and helpful staff in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend visiting!

This place is amazing. the coffee is amazing. the people that run the place are the absolute sweetest. they're also super helpful when you don't know what to get (they have all the flavors you could imagine. It can get overwhelming, lol) I highly recommend stopping here, you wont regret it!!!

My favorite nitro cold brew I’ve tried in the Austin area. Ron and his wife run this cool truck that sits at Willies Joint and they serve some damn good coffee. Friendly service and a nice local feel. Conversation is always good and coffee is solid. Embrace the grind crushes and is stiff competition to other coffee spots in the area.

My wife and I drove to Buda for some work and found this place. This was such a good find. The owners were so friendly and offered to make any drinks we would like from so many flavor options. My wife went with Salted Caramel Crème brûlée mocha and I went with Butterscotch mocha. Both were flavorful and tasty. If we were living in Buda this would be our goto place for coffee.

This little Coffee truck is absolutely fantastic. This was my first time here: Just happened upon it and boy am I glad I did!!! The owner Megan and her husband have over 20 years of coffee experience together and are here to get you loaded as their 20oz gate quad shots ! The prices are fantastic. The milk options are plenty! Was Googling for an espresso in the Buda area outside of the normal shops I normally frequent and it let me here, to this great lil trailer parked in the Willie's Joint premises. Ordered a latte and a double espresso just to see what their coffee was going to be like. At the last minute, I changed my espresso order when I read you could have their double espresso as a CUBANO. Well, hell, why not? Their latte was right on point, with a strong espresso presence just I like them. Their Cubano though was something special; they definitely know how to pull espresso shots and added a splash of milk and little sugar. Truly a great drink, one that I will definitely be having more of-props to the barista. They also had a limited menu for Christmas that sounded super good, especially if you'll be here for the Buda Trail of Lights. They also have a kids menu so your kiddos don't feel left out.

My wife loves the coffee and the frozen blended drinks here are the best ones I've had. Prices are reasonable too. Noticeably cheaper than Starbucks and way better. Owners are super nice and happy to accommodate and answer questions. Plus the location has good food available from other vendors. Check them out and support local business!
