My visit to Wingstop was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The service stood out right away, especially thanks to the guy at the cashier—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made the ordering process smooth and easy, and his positive energy set the tone for the entire experience. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered, and the portions were generous. Even during a busy time, everything ran efficiently and the atmosphere remained clean and comfortable. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the entire experience felt well-managed and customer-focused. Buiton and the team truly delivered five-star service, and it made this Wingstop visit one of the best I’ve ever had.

I really enjoy the food here. My food is always hot and taste good! I like getting the boneless wings and rolls and making a sandwich out of it, super good! The cashiers and cooks are always kind and seem like they are knowledgeable of the menu. Will definitely be stopping often.

Manager at this location is great! After a recent issue with an order that should've been a simple fix, he went out of his way to fix it. That gets them an extra star. That experience was pretty bad though. I ordered 3 flavors in a meal, just got plain wings - and a drizzle of BBQ. But prior ones were very good. I would recommend ordering through DoorDash though, not their website. WingStop (as a company, not this location) is horrible to deal with if there's any issue - trust me. On that note, I'd love to see the full menu brought back to DD (or on GrubHub).

When the manager (or supervisor idk) is there the food is good, when he is not there the food comes out pretty dam bad. Please address this. I’ve bee to this location about 6 times and it’s been a 50/50 split and the only difference seems to be the missing manager.

Nope. I saw an ad on Facebook for free delivery, so I placed an order via the WingStop website to be delivered to Buellton on a Sunday afternoon. The website said the order would arrive in 35 to 40 minutes. When my order hadn't arrived over an hour later, I called them. My food was ready, sitting there getting cold, but apparently they use Door Dash for deliveries (the website didn't mention this) and they didn't know if anyone was coming. I had to wait for them to call Door Dash and then call me back, to tell me there were no drivers in the area. I cancelled my order. What a disappointing first impression!

The food was very bad. Fries tasted weird and were very soggy and bad. The chicken tasted ok but was very oily. The tables were dirty and it smelled like fungus. The restroom was clean but the smell didn’t have to be present in the eating area. I was so disappointed. I will never come here again.

When i arrived i waited about 10 min while the girls in the back giggled over whatever they were discussing. A male employee was eating in the corner. The food tasted nothing like wings. It all tasted like flavored tenders. I ordered lemon pepper which was soggy. Hawaiian which was too spicy and plain. Fries were soggy and definitely not fresh. Straight from a frozen bag. I felt grilled when the employee came out as to why i was there. She asked my name and i told her. Then she asked my first. Im like wow. Is this a bank. Its food. She then said it was paid for. Yes i know. I paid for it. Lets just say my kids and i will be up all night with tummy aches. Im local and i am not happy about this place. If i could rate no stars i would.
