I like it The food was well made and the service was fast I got the California burger combo The burger was super tasty and fries were hot and fresh Also got the $2.50 jalapeño burger That was super good not spicy as I would like but hit the spot The soda machine seems to be clean there's no after taste like some other places The place look clean and the staff was friendly Will recommend and will came back again

I got the breakfast burrito, was expecting to get seasoned fries for breakfast but they gave me tater tots. Not a big deal, I did however received bad half n half. Aside from that this place needs a major upgrade, it feels like I’m walking into a time capsule when I walked in with a big block tv hanging in the corner lol

The staff here is the absolutely the slowest in terms of movement, aptitude and motivation. 2nd time I’ve ordered here via that app and they weren’t even aware an order had come through.

I went for breakfast this morning. The lady behind the counter told me that they are now self serve, I have to place my own orders. I'm not real crazy about that, but oh well, I'll do it. They have a touch screen monitor with tiny little pictures and letters. I am 66 years old and I did not know that I would need my reading glasses to place an order !! I tried, but I just couldn't see the screen. I told the lady, "I'm sorry, but I can't see the screen. She completely ignored me. I said it two more times hoping she would offer to help me. After I said it for the third time, she shrugged her shoulders and turned her back to me. She said something to the effect of "we can't do that anymore." I said "if I can't order I guess I have to leave." Again, NOTHING !! No "oh, I can order for you ma'am" NOTHING. I walked out.

I asked for a lot of ketchup she put a handle ful I was like is that it she said yea i don’t know but if I were her I would make sure my customer got what they asked for so I feel there priority is giving the customer what they asked for.

The smallest most rediculious carls jr. Ive eever been to. Hard to get in and out. Customer service sucks, no green burrito, no internet or app check in or coupon use available and you can't use your data in the building....why even bother having this store here? I live around the corner walking distance and I usually drive over a mile away to go to another carls. Its never really clean...i pass

Arrived 10mins after estimate ready time on mobil order. They didnt even noticed my order was there. There was nobody inside. Also after they noticed, i feel like they were moving slow in purpose. and finally, they didnt put sauce packet i ordered. Its just playground which no one cares about their job and customers. * they also dont have coke zero which they have it in the app.
