Great food. Got their Fajita Trio (pictured) and 3 for me meal with 6oz steak. Unlimited chips and salsa (seriously, we finished 2 baskets of chips while waiting for food). Friendly servers and very nice atmosphere.

I believe this was my second time coming to Chili's and I definitely enjoyed my time here and the food was good. When we arrived it was PACKED but we sat at the bar. We ordered the triple dipper and the crispers, sliders and mozzarella sticks are the way to go. We also ordered the Smokehouse combo and got crispy chicken crispers, jalapeno cheddar smoked sausage, half order of ribs, street corn, fries, and garlic toast. I really enjoyed the ribs which had a bit of pull to it and the sausage is a must for sure. Fries were ok, street corn was a bit overcooked and the garlic toast was good. Only thing that was not my liking were the crispers. They were a bit tasteless and the outside layer was too thick. To drink I ordered a strawberry Margarita and it was a tad too sweet which I didn't really like. Overall the experience was really nice and although it was packed we got our food very quickly. I would come here again for sure.

I was here for lunch on a Friday and it wasn’t busy. Service was quick and the staff was very attentive. I enjoyed the nachos and wings appetizers. My wife and I both ordered the Bacon rancher burger and man were they huge. Honestly this burger is shareable if you cut it in half. The burger was delicious. I was disappointed with by drinks. My lemonade tasted watered down and the presidente margarita I ordered came in a small cup. I remember these cups use to be bigger but it’s been a while since in came to a Chili’s.

I haven't been to Chili's in a while and now I recall why. I ordered the a burger with cheese and fries, can't recall the name so I'm not going to add confusion. The burger had no taste and a bit on the cold side. I'm not the one who returns food for fear of upsetting the cook and you know the rest. We were there as a group for my granddaughters birthday and the ambience was nice, they even had the game on which was great because you could hear everyone getting into the game. Everything else was fine and or servers were the best, so maybe the cook was having a bad night but I won't be taking my chances again, thank you very much.

Like any other chillis in terms of taste. Only problem was the food took a while and it was way more expensive than I remembered. $60 for two people with no appetizers and one drink is kind of more than I would expect at chillis.

I usually like to pop up at a chili's but this one really dropped the ball as far as service is concerned. We started off with the queso dip, and it came out quickly with plenty of chips. No complaints it was delicious. We also started out with some cold beers. My wife got the Sam Adam's Seasonal, and I got the Stone Delicious. Both were cold and tasted clean. We then moved on to the classic "El Niño" margaritas, and something tasted off about it. I'm not sure if the bartender used patron citronage or Grand Marnier, but it didn't taste like other chili's I've visited. I ordered a jalapeno burger with no lettuce or tomato, and it came with both. My wife got the Buffalo sauce on top of the boneless wings, with curly fries. I also ordered my burger with the curly fries, but it came with regular French fries. Honest mistake for the toppings to be on my burger, but the fries shouldn't have been overlooked. By the time the correct curly fries came out, I was done with my burger. Definitely dropped the ball here. Maybe next time I'm passing through I'll give them another try, but for this, I gotta rank it 3 stars..

Im so disappointed I’ve been coming to this Establishment for many years. I took my family to eat on Monday 10/20 night. It was crazy 😂 order was wrong drinks kept coming in like as if we were a large group. Our server was too into the gossip to even get our order right! I called the manager John RUDE 😂 I think that’s his name. Just went wrong in every direction.

Waited for over 30 minutes for my food and it never came. Ended up canceling the order with the manager and she seemed as if she couldn’t care less.

I wanted to share feedback about my recent to-go order from your location. I ordered the 3-piece Nashville Hot mozzarella cheese sticks, but when I received my food, the mozzarella sticks were not hot or even warm — they were almost cold. I took one bite and ended up throwing them away since I had to get back from my lunch. I was really disappointed because I regularly visit this location and usually have a great experience. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing, and it makes me hesitant to return, even though this Chili’s is conveniently located right across the street from my house. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of to-go orders moving forward.

Ordered Uber eats last night Friday 12-12-2025 and received empty mozzarella stick no cheese inside and the chicken were so cold and not crispy .. I did sent a feedback but this is what they said contact uber eats and Uber eats refused to give me my money back.. I am very disappointed and I won’t order online again

Visited this restaurant on September 5th, 2025. Be careful what you put down on the table. The employees have sticky fingers and like to think things. I clearly left my sunglasses on the table. Went to use the restroom while my 11-year-old daughter stayed at the table. The only person that came to the table was the person who picked up the plates. When I got back my sunglasses were gone. And of course the manager didn't do anything because the employee denied it.

My wife and kids just told me their experience here at this location and I just wanted to make sure and leave a review so people know they may get the same treatment if coming to eat here. First the staff were rude and inattentive, it took over an hour to get their food, they were never asked how the food was or if they need anything else. My wife explained how she couldn’t even get any napkins or a refill. We love the Chili’s food chain and always have a good time at the location near our home. We won’t be dining here in the future.
