First time here. Group of six. Very easy to understand the ordering process. Depending on what you order you may get a free appetizer. Food was very good and all came out within minutes of each other. Lloyd of choices. Would recommend if it's something you wouldn't make yourself. Less clean up too!

This place starts off as a family-friendly dinner location. But on Thursday night a DJ appears, the lights go crazy, karaoke ensues everyone starts grinding randomly between the tables. What a party!

Cool place with great food and service. Was able to try small portions of crab fries, seafood cheesy bread, chicken wings, coconut shrimp, calamari, deep fried pickles, steamed mussels, steamed crab, streamed shrimp, steamed crawfish clam pasta, and hush puppies. Everything was tasty, especially the Cajun steamed items. I can't wait to go back and try the steam pots!

The sauce was fire 🔥 It was well seasoned and paired well with the seafood, we picked the Aloha sauce mix. The seafoods are tender and fresh. Crab Bisque was also packed with flavour, great recommendations by our server Peter! Calamari was also tender and the sweet chili sauce was a perfect pairing! Can’t wait to try again! It is A very nice place however, I feel like it could be a little more organized because when we arrive, we walked in and stood there, it wasn’t too long of a wait before someone addressed us and when someone finally addressed us and asked us how many they never introduced themselves and the person that service us did not introduce themselves at all either the food however was very nice It wasn’t as hot as I like it freshly off the stove, but it was warm enough. The space is very spacious. It has arcades available for kids and adults. It’s an has plenty of TVs in there. It’s a nice place for a decent dinner date. We enjoyed ourselves.

Everything about the food and price of food was terrible honestly but the game's fun the staff and the gaming area was very nice but when it came to the service with the food and the food choices and just the food quality I would not get the food ever again but the gaming area was very fun.

I went there as a guest of my daughter for a “company teambuilding “event. It was well organized, well attended, and the staff did a wonderful job of coordinating and supporting the “scavenger hunt” that all of us went on. having said that, one of the last things in the world I would go out of my way for is an evening and a very noisy, crowded arcade, with lots of bells and whistles, going off, and all sorts of fancy arcade games to play. I would much rather have a quiet dinner and a couple of good dirty martinis with perhaps a piano in the background. But I did this for my daughter, so it’s all good! and her company graciously provided everything.

Went here to celebrate my kids birthday. 8 kids. Wasn’t about to pay $500 for a party pack so I did it the cheaper way. Got the 4pack of playing tokens and got another 4 pack. N ordered food. They need to hirer more waitresses or have a device where customers can order themselves. Asked for 3 pitchers of water I was told they didn’t have any pictures for drinks…. Um what…? I would’ve brought my own dang. Asked for 15 waters that took 10 minutes. Then to order food that took 20 minutes for the waitress to actually come over to me to order. Asked for refills on water another 15 minutes. Asked for 2 ranch’s with my salad I got 1 asked for two more 15 minutes u asked my brother-in-law if they were making it. That’s how long it took for me to get the SMALLEST PORTION OF RANCH next time I’ll have my own bottle. And then we got taxed for normal tax and a mixed beverage drink and none of us got a mixed beverage drink(tax &MB) so I found that crappy. But my kid and her friends had fun that’s all that matters

Came here for my step son’s birthday. Ended up getting the eat and play for the two kids and then my finance got it as well. With four meals and an appetizer it was over 150 dollars. Very expensive. Food was better than I thought it would be. Service was absolutely terrible. Not worth the price and the games in my opinion. Literally played games for less than an hour.

The food is always great I love the shrimp and snow crab legs with the aloha special sauce. The service is hit or miss, last time we went three tables that were seated after us were visited and orders were taken before the same server came to our table, and he only came to our table because we told the hostess tables seated after us were visited for drink and food orders and the server hadn't stopped at our table yet. We waited 30 minutes before the server actually stopped at our table for the first time.

First time here. I enjoyed it👌🏼Got the King Crab legs which comes in a boil bag. (Includes potatoes and corn)The seasoning I chose was their aloha blend. They let you pick your seasoning as well as spice level, I chose mild. Very yummy 😋 we started our meal with the coconut shrimp which came out very hot, and crispy. It had a sweet sauce on it, which made it even better. Left feeling happy and satisfied 👏🏼

I went with my son and his friends. It was a decent spot. I felt it was a bit pricey for the food. My food was way overcooked to the point that it was difficult to chew. The pasta was very sticky. The staff seemed preoccupied even though it was not really busy. They did have a cheeky gimmick here and there like the joke of the day. I can see small children and teens alike enjoying this place. As an adult I would never come here without a child. Seems pointless unless you like to spend money on arcades and ticket games to earn cheap prizes. Just not my cup of tea. It would be easy to spend over 100 dollars on two people especially if you have an adult beverage or two.

I recently visited Dave & Buster’s to celebrate my son’s birthday. I purchased an unlimited play card at the beginning of November; however, the information provided at the time of purchase turned out to be incorrect, which initially made me ineligible for a promised discount. To the manager’s credit, once the issue was addressed, it was handled professionally and the discount was honored. The more frustrating issue occurred during dinner service. A full rack of ribs was clearly listed on the menu, yet the server informed me she did not have the ability to order a full rack, only a half rack. I had to insist on ordering what was advertised and request to speak with a manager. During this interaction, the server responded rudely, stating that no one else had an issue with this and that I was the only one. Two minutes later, she returned and stated the issue was “fixed” and proceeded to take the order. This was not an isolated experience. This is the third time I have encountered situations at Dave & Buster’s that required manager involvement for basic service matters, which should not be the norm for a family entertainment and dining establishment. If it were not for the fact that my son truly enjoys this place—and the limited family entertainment options in the Buffalo area—I would not return. I would not generally recommend Dave & Buster’s based on service consistency. That said, if you are in a similar situation and need a venue to keep kids entertained, it may suffice, but expectations should be managed.

The games are ok for a arcade but the token prices are high. Ate dinner there, the food was nasty, everything was sticky, and everything on the menu was something I could get from walmart and cook in 5min. But having a meal + 90 game pass for 60$ was good becuse that time with the fsmily wad fun. Would I go there again, in 5 - 10 years when I forget about this past traumatic experience 🤔

[31MAR25] We had our final group meal before travelling separately. Ordered cajun, aloha, butter garlic sauces. I am dissappointed with the butter garlic as it was VERY SALTY. Normally you dip the shrimp or even top it over a hot rice but this time i had to skip all that. If it werent for the saltineas i would give a five star because the size of the catch is great. And because it was salty you will have to eat the catch avoiding the sauce. T_T I love how big the shrimps are! Chef, please adjust the saltiness if this is normal or there was an error on the food prep. I reported it to taylor but she cant do anything about it. Sad. Thanks taylor for your overall service it was amazing, you are very friendly and patient to first timer customers :)

After going back and forth between the kiosk and a person (we only saw 1 worker by the prizes, a barmaid, and 3 servers- one also the host) for 45 minutes our group of 10 finally received our play cards. The first kiosk only gave us 2 tickets (but held the bank amount of the whole amount until Tuesday), then a worker sent us to the barmaid who said she couldn't give us the cards unless we order our food right away, and sent us to another kiosk. I placed my order there and received the rest of our cards, but no receipt. This was the first time here for us, and didn't realize we need the receipt to order our food (you need the barcode), if not for another patron standing by asking if I received my receipt because he didn't. So, we had to wait for a manager. After about 5 minutes he came out got us our receipts and we were finally able to play after 45 minutes. After playing we went to be seated and waited at least 10 minutes for the host to seat us. We placed our order and within 3 minutes ONE dish was delivered to our table of 10, once his meal was almost gone the rest ouch our meals came.... this was the worst experience for my grandsons 8th birthday treat... thanks

My first complaint is that Dave and Busters is violating NYS law. In New York to market a product as a milkshake it must contain ice cream even if it's just a small percentage. I confirmed with a server that the $8 small milkshake I received was made with milk and ice. That is unacceptable and tasted like garbage. There were onions in the rice my wife ordered, the plates given to the table were dirty and had some green leafy substance on them and when I asked for a fresh set we simply didn't receive them nor silverware. A reasonable amount of games were down or said "coming soon". The portion sizes were not respective to the price charged nor the quality provided. First negative experience here unfortunately, if we come back it will be strictly for the arcade as a decent amount of specialty drinks were out of stock also. Just missed the mark across the board here.

Really disappointed in the service and food despite the place being very less busy. We waited a while for food to get to us, with the seafood boil being cold. Sever was far away from us making it hard for us to communicate or update our order. We came in from Canada hoping to have a great seafood experience.

The food's pretty good. When I first dined here the guy named Kevin was really accommodating. Dined in for lunch on the 21st of April and the server wearing the black align jacket and has eyeglasses was truly disappointing and meh. We're halfway through with the aloha bucket when my friend was trying to approach her and completely snubbed her. Then, she was checking all other tables except for ours. Had to follow-up a rice then never checked on the table and then when asked to have a drink refill she then said for sure but never went back again. My friend had to approach her talking by the bar with one of her colleagues. Had to approach the hostess I believe, she was nice and apologetic and took over our table. The receipt says Lexus on the upper right corner too for y'alls reference.

Horrible service. I made a reservation for 7:00 pm. I arrived at 6:50 and the guy who was seating said it would be about 2 minutes. We waited while others walked in and were seated immediately. After 15 minutes the same guy walked out the door. Another 20 minutes went by before a girl came up and asked if we were waiting to be seated. When we sat down our waitress took our orders and threw our forks on the table saying sorry we don’t have any rolled up. We were a group of 6, about 10 minutes goes past and 1 main comes out. 45 minutes later the rest of the food arrived including the sides for that 1 main that came out. Our waitress asked if we needed refills and we all said yes she refilled 2 drinks and I had to take our own drinks up to be refilled. I had to get up and get napkins and straws for our table because our waitress was busy talking with other staff. I have been to the other Dave and busters in Pittsburgh and it was way better than this one. I would never recommend this location. Dirty seats and floors just poor service. And when we didn’t tip the waitress got an attitude I’m sorry but we spent $400 in game cards and another $150 in food and the service was completely unacceptable. The photo is of our waitress

We have been to this Dave and Busters many times. They now just have large machines to add funds to your card. I tried to use my previous card but it wasn’t working. There was a spot for an attendant but none could be found. So, I was forced to pay another $3 fee to get a new card, not cool. We decided to have some drinks while the kids’ played games. They were out of two beers we wanted on tap, cold snap and Yuengling. I had the Stella and you could taste the lines needed to be cleaned. Yasmin at the bar was a decent bartender. We put in our name for a table to eat. After about an hour and 20 minutes I went to check on it. The rudest hostess I’ve dealt with in all my years, Chelsea was both rude and disrespectful. When I asked her what her name was, she ran away. Then the manager Dion came over and also refused to give me her name saying it was company policy. I don’t believe that because they wear name tags. I was able to get her name from a worker who was walking the gaming floor. Dion was a little bit more professional but not much. Luckily one of the other guests in our party was able to have an amazing server seat us. Her name was Celina and she saved the day. She was bright, funny and courteous. Mind you during this time Chelsea was walking past our table with her shirt inside out so I couldn’t see her name tag. I assume that would be against company policy. Almost taunting me, you literally can’t make this stuff up. If it wasn’t for how incredible Celina was this whole experience would have been a total loss. This is your best worker and she is the most front of house there is. The other was the hostess Chelsea who blew it from the onset. Also, I had a reward to redeem for the meal but the tablet wouldn’t let me redeem it, the printed receipt wasn’t working as well. Bathroom messy and without hand towels.

As soon as my husband walked off this employee follow me and my daughter to the all of the games we will play together to kick us off half way thru a game that was already payed for due to "maintenance" I watched him start to play our second game of DDR in the corner which is why I got a picture of it - because it was imperative that he kicks us off for "maintenance of the machine" just to look at it for 30 seconds and then start playing it That's ridiculous. It was THREE different games I payed for just for him to boot us.

They said no we had dinner anyway two other couples paid with cash which is a discount if you pay with cash instead of debit, they gave us no discount. They charged each couple couple 15% gratuity on the top.

Service was HORRIBLE. Waitress didn’t check on us until we asked another waitress where our rice was. When given the rice, we said “thank you” and the waitress did not respond with a simple “you’re welcome” she said nothing. We ordered soup in the beginning and it was Luke warm. When we were done with our soups; instead of taking the soup bowls to free space, she left them. Food was great but service was trash and we won’t be back for sure!!

The food is good, but the level of service that I received from the woman that works there was indescribable. She was very rude. She did not care about the customers usually when we go to these spots They wrap your food up for you to go so you won't mess your hands after you wash your hands and ask the waitress too. Please wrap my food up in a very nice tone and she said verbatim "Do it yourself" every time that we come to this place the customer service is horrible specifically from the women that works there, and when I complain to the manager, he didn't respond. All he said was the total amount is __________ no apology no remorse nothing the level of service that I got that day I'd rather would have walked out and got arrested then to pay them.... sad If you want good quality service this place I will never recommend

UPDATE: i originally gave this a 4 star for the amazing food but horrible service. After my most recent experience, this place doesn't deserve any business. I placed an online order for 2 seafood boils for pickup. I had to call the place after 5 minutes becausr they never confirmed my order. I went to the restaurant after a some time and they handed me my order. After getting home, I realized that not only did I only receive just one boil, it wasn't even correct. The strangest part is that my first name and last initial was on the receipt. The boil listed in the receipt was a weird combination of both of the boils I ordered. The bag was stapled shut so I couldnt easily check while I was at the restaurant. I guess it's my fault for assuming they would be able to do their job correctly. I tried calling them but they wouldn't pick up. Once they did, they immediately hang up. I decided to get my refund through doordash since the restaurant would rather steal money from me. Original review: This could've been a amazing 10/10 experience but it got soured by the terrible service. The food and atmosphere were great though. We first entered and were greeted by the hostess who was also possibly the manager. We had reservations but we were not asked about one considering the restaurant was only about a quarter filled. We were seated very quickly and given menus to look over. Almost 30 minutes had pasted and no one came to take our order despite staff just standing around. We had to go up to the lady tending the bar and tell her we've been waiting. She assumed we were taken care of for some reason but immediately start taking our drink and food order. After taking our drink order, she asked "Do you need another minute to look over the food?". She was dead serious. It was pretty funny but we put our food order in and get our meals very quickly. We ordered the snow crabs, dungeness crabs, black mussels, and crawfish. Everything tasted fresh and tasty. The sauces they cover all the food in were so flavorful. I was craving it the day after. The meals also came with corn and potatoes which were great as well. The atmosphere is fun. A lot of cool decor to look at. I enjoy looking at the lobster man. The bathroom seem decently clean. Overall a decent experience minus the horrendous wait in the beginning. The lady that eventually took our order seemed apologetic so I can't be that upset. I think I'll return in the near future and hopefully get that 10/10 experience I expect.
