The food is generally good here. They have multiple types of pizza, subs, chicken wings, tacos, etc. The char bbq wings are some of the best in the city. The steak hoagie is also delicious. My only issue, as is with most pizza joints, is they add peppers into the sub and LEAVE the stems on them!! This is a huge no no and disgusting. Who the heck wants to bite into a sub and bite down on essentially a piece of bark. Rant over. This place is small and only has a couple counter seats. There are small picnic tables outside for the warmer seasons but don't expect to dine in at this location. The service was good. The girl running the counter was polite and attentive. The food is overpriced compared to other local pizza places but mostly of higher quality. You usually get what you pay for. I'd give the place a 3.5 out of 5. If they learn to take the stems off the peppers they can move up to a 4.

We order to go for first time. The pizza was very bland, no taste. The Bar B Q wings were great. The medium wings had no sauce and were dry as can be. I have ordered from the W. Ferry location many times. Always great food. Maybe it was just a distraction from the USA hockey game that was on .

Stopped in on my way home from work. I always order subs and they’ve always been pretty good. Decided to try a couple slices off the table. Got home and there was a massive burnt pizza bubble on my steak slice. Feel like I paid for half a slice. Staff is always nice. Just a shame I wasn’t paying attention when she put them in the box. I visited Lanova 01/24/2026 at about 5:30pm and ordered a 10-piece wing and a slice of pizza, totaling $27. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that one wing was misshapen and another was unusually small. As a customer, especially given the current economic climate and rising prices, I expect consistent, premium-quality portions when paying a premium price. When an order is advertised as a 10-piece wing, it’s reasonable to expect 10 properly sized, quality wings. Charging premium prices while serving undersized or deformed wings feels disappointing and not reflective of good value.

Got 2 subs for the game and they were both horrible-chicken finger sub and combo. We felt like we weren't wanted in there and the cashier was quite rude. Don't know what's so great about this place? Maybe at one time but the sandwiches were not good. Expected more and better though they are also very pricey especially for what we got. Glad I did not want wings!

I am 48 years old. I have been eating La Nova my whole life. Generally their food doesn’t have too many issues. Last night I was disappointed! I ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza and it barely had any pepperoni!! That’s one of the best parts!! Don’t get me wrong, the pizza was still obviously good, but I was disappointed in the laziness of whoever prepared it!! Gotta do better!

So disappointed with the steak pizza from the Williamsville location. I was in the area so I decided to order one it costed me 45 dollars which is outrageous but when I got home there were big chunks of steak. thick pieces of onions and absolutely no flavor and no seeds on the crust at all. I normally go to LaNova on Ferry and there is no comparison at all. I dont mind paying that amount if its a good pizza but I will rate it a 3 out of 10 my son tried it and wouldn't eat anymore of it just sad and over paid for a pizza thats gonna end up in the garbage

Honestly didn’t think you could mess up a white pizza and some garlic knots, but apparently you can. The white pizza was actually disgusting and i’m not even sure why. The garlic knots would have been okay if they weren’t burnt to an absolute crisp on the bottom.

I was just there tonight; 2/17/26 to pick up my personal order. A DoorDasher came in to pick up an order. The Dasher asked for the name, and the brunette behind the counter gave her 2 boxes and said "here" and then went to help me at the register. The Dasher then proceeded to try and ask for the can of pop that apparently came with the order and the brunette behind the counter did not provide it to complete the order(I'm a Dasher as well). For us Dasher's TIME IS MONEY. We rely on restaurants to correctly hand us the order so that we may successfully deliver the order. We are rated on multiple percentage scales and the more time we have to wait at a restaurant because someone like the brunette was to impatient to make sure the order was correct, goes against our percentage time to pickup and deliver. This was tonight(about 8:55pm). When someone from the kitchen came out, the Dasher asked for the can of pop for her order, since the brunette was helping me. (The pop fridge was literally right next to the kitchen girl) Immediately this girl helping me starts going off on the Dasher "WHY ARE YOU ASKING HER? YOU DON'T KNOW WHO SHE IS. I DID YOUR ORDER. YOU ASK ME, GOT IT? (Well sweetheart, the Dasher doesn't know you either) The audacity of this brunette is atrocious. The mere fact that there is a total lack of customer service coming out of that girls mouth is disgusting. The brunette then proceeded to grab the can of pop, bang it on the counter, look at the Dasher and shoots her foul mouth off again "YOU ASK ME, GOT IT?" and walks back to me at the register. Now keep in mind, this Dasher has atleast 20+ years on this child working at LaNova(Williamsville on Main St.)but seems to be determined to have a superiority complex. I saw the Dasher and her husband out in the parking lot as they were packing up the order in the warming bags and placing the drink in their cooler and we discussed what happened and how that girl should NOT be in customer service and about Dashing. They have been DoorDashing since the end of November 2025 and just made over 1000 total of delivery orders as of tonight. I congratulated them, and clearly they know what they are doing. The was NO REASON for the girl to try and chastise the Dasher. That is the brunette's fault for not completing the total order or looking at the receipt. She should by all means be held accountable for her rude actions. This is also being reported to DoorDash. BEWARE DOORDASHER'S FOR POTENTIAL ATTITUDE WHEN GOING HERE. Have a better night fellow Dasher.

Unfortunately we ordered subs I simply ordered two. One was ham was ok the second was suppose to be sausage w/ peppers onions with a little pizza sauce. Repeated that 3x it came with warm lettuce cheese tomato’s cheese etc a MESS to the tune of $42.00 & tip I called they asked to return sub An hour later they brought another sub.ok this was burnt charcoal black on the entire roll. I gave up. No more La Nova for me if they have it away too much competition Out there I would think twice if you Wanted a decent Fair Priced Sub

Order was made incorrectly. Didn't find out until I brought it home. When I called they told me it was my fault and that I had done it wrong through toast. Although I hadn't. I had the receipt to prove it. Person on the phone didn't ask for my name so they could start the order or investigate it further, they just told me to bring in the pizza. So by the time I got to the restaurant they had to make the pizza all over again and had to wait there for it.Not good customer service at all. We'll probably stop ordering from them here at the Williamsville location.

I had ordered delivery to my house twice. Both times I asked, when ordering, if they could make sure the driver had change for $100. Upon delivery, the driver was the same guy fir both deliveries said he didn't have any change. First time, I conceded and said enjoy the huge tip. Second time I demanded change after he said he only had $10 change for a $50 order. I refused to pay and he magically found $40 in his car. I called the restaurant after the second time and spoke with manager who said his name was Jake and he vehemently denied that his driver did this or anything wrong at all. I don't know the name of the driver but if you order delivery and are paying with cash be aware and make sure you have the correct amount of money or you will most likely have to pony up a huge tip.

I placed an order from La Nova Pizza today for myself and my children. For my kids, I ordered two mini turkey subs without tomatoes, served with fries and a Starry drink. For my meal, I ordered two slices of pizza: one New York pepperoni and one white pizza with onions and banana peppers. When the order arrived, nothing was correct. We did not receive the two Starry drinks, we only received one can of Pepsi. We did not receive the mini subs and Fries instead we received full subs, with no fries and tomatoes which we requested not to have. For my white pizza, it seems that they just went to the salad bar and grabbed raw vegetables and threw it on top of the pizza. Unfortunately it seems like this restaurant has went downhill over the past few years.

I’ve ordered from this location for years and have never had an issue with the quality or service until today. I ordered a small pizza and it arrived essentially thrown together with a chewy, undercooked crust that tasted and looked nothing like what I’ve ever seen from here before. I called just to explain what I received and to figure out what happened, and was put on the phone with a severely annoyed manager. He immediately stated that he couldn’t offer a refund (even though I mentioned multiple times that I didn’t want or need a refund). I just wanted yo let him know what I received and to figure out what went wrong. He said he’d look into it then hung up on me. Again, this is a first for me as far as the quality and service, but I don’t think I can order from here again and I can’t ever recommend it to anyone else.

Ordered some garlic bread, 2 slices of pizza and a side of pasta to go over the phone. They told me they will be able to do a side of pasta over the phone. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told that they only do pasta for catering orders and had no record of a side of pasta for my order. Also, attached below is the picture of a sad excuse for garlic bread. It was basically two sections of bread, with a cobweb of cheese, smashed together into a sandwich. Once separated, all the cheese slid right off the bread. So I had some melted cheese on one hand and plain bread on another. No flavor of garlic whatsoever. Pizza slices were subpar. One helluva disappointing evening.

Ordered a white pizza with parmigiana crust, the pizza itself arrived exclusively covered in parmesan without mozzarella, and hardly any of the listed toppings. The owner of the Main St. location would not accept a refund and talked in circles blaming GrubHub, and he exclaimed the storefront cannot deliver across town when there was no other viable transportation.
