The food was so good and the vibe was even better. Can't wait to go back. 😊
It was our first visit after hearing friends talk about the food. If you are a fanpof Mexican food, you won't be disappointed. My wife had the quesadillas and was very pleased with the portion size and the flavor. I tried the shrimp Baja tacos. We shared the Mexican street corn. Everything was very good and the service was great.
Perfect Dinner After a Long Day! After a full family outing, we were all so pleased, full, and completely satisfied! The guac was unbelievably fresh, it honestly tasted just like some of the guac I’ve had in the Caribbean! 🥑 This place makes you feel like you’re dining on an island getaway. We tried the steak tacos, chicken tacos, and a massive burrito 🌯 everything was bursting with flavor. Plus, endless chips and salsa, refreshing soft drinks, and plenty of cold water made it even better. If you’re looking for that relaxed, tropical vibe with incredible food and family-friendly service, this spot is a must! 🌮💛
I am always impressed with this place!! Food is excellent. Service & atmosphere is top tier.. only thing I could say was kinda upsetting, was they wouldnt allow outside seating when I came there on a Tuesday. They had the patio closed due to rain. But the patio is completely covered and could have been used. Not sure why they wouldn't seat people outside especially if asked to sit out there. But overall still Great.
We had a very nice meal. The food was the right temperature and very tasty. The staff are friendly and the waiter was very polite. We will definitely be going back again and again. You don't want to pass this place by. You'll be glad you did. This is the kind of place you can refer people to and feel comfortable with them having a wonderful experience.
Our waitress a charming, and when I ordered the gummi margarita they started to make it but then realized they didn't have any gummies, so they gave me the full drink for free without the gummies! I ended up having the shrimp over rice, and my wife had the fish tacos, I don't remember the Spanish names, but the food was great, and the atmosphere was fantastic.
Andale! Love this place!!! One of the best upscale Mexican restaurants in the Williamsville area. They have a great bar offering creative drinks. I really enjoyed their gummy bear margarita on this visit! They also have a great selection of appetizers and entrees to choose from. Bells, whistles, music, the works! They send a party your way if you order a certain flight of drinks or have a birthday!! Fun place to go during any time of day, especially when they are offering two for one Margaritas! The staff is very attentive. The restaurant design is playful and modernistic. Prices are somewhat higher than the average Mexican restaurant. However, the great experiences I've had on multiple occasions will keep me coming back to support Andale!
Loveee this restaurant! The food is super flavorful, their drinks are delicious specially their margaritas and I’ve never had a complaint. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere is awesome! They have a dj on the weekends and even Karaoke nights on Thursdays. 10/10 recommend!
Visited for the first time since they opened and we loved the experience. The service was friendly and prompt. Drinks were super cold. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the music and ambiance. We ordered the fajitas, the Mexican Street Corn and I had a frozen margarita. Everything was super flavorful and well prepared. We would definitely stop by again - especially for evening music!
Excellent food, excellent service, rest room was spotless.
Andale Cantina, at the corner of Main Street and Transit, was surprisingly quiet when we visited on a weekday lunchtime. It was just us and a few folks on the patio. The chicken fajitas I ordered were tasty; even though they weren't served in the traditional triangular cuts, the chicken was delicious. I can easily imagine this place being a lively spot during peak hours with its roll-up doors opening to the patio and a soundstage. We'll definitely be back!
I like this place.. Service folk are pleasant and courteous. Good size servings. Sometimes a bit noisy in the industrial chic environment. Two garage doors open for the warmer weather outdoor patio. I like coming when there is a DJ so I can watch videos. Dance couples, mature, are fun to watch in the early hours before the younger set comes in later. I come here 2 or 3 times a month to wind down my day and eat yummy food.
Really good food, great service. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu, very nice options for add ons to meals!! The waiter did mess up our bill and that caused a little concern at the end but we all pod and he said we didn’t. Then after 10 minutes came out and said oops you all paid. 5/5 recommend on food, but that last part dropped my stars to 4, but I strongly considered 3 stars.
Came for a birthday. Our server made very little effort to swing around to our table to reassess our drink refills and food ordering needs.. he had to be flagged down a few times. The place was maybe at 30% capacity so this should not have been an issue, and it appeared to have 6-8 servers staffed, so also, should not have been an issue. The food was ok, nothing spectacular. And the drinks were also ok. I ordered a plain margarita, on the rocks, with salt on the rim. I stressed the plain part. I was given something much more fancy than expected, and some colorfully dyed salt on the rim. So not at all what I ordered. I drank maybe half of it. We tipped, as I was once a server myself back in the day, although I'm not certain the amount we tipped was warranted based on the limited service we received.
Looked cool. Patio is probably nice in the summer. Atmosphere was ok. Music was too loud. Food, drinks, and prices were far from amazing. Dry, tasteless fish tacos. Drinks were weak. Overpriced rice bowls. Explained why it was empty on a Friday night. Waiter was nice and efficient. Sad he had one table.
This was a weird place. The food tastes fine but it took forever to come out. Kids orders came out nearly half hour after adults which makes no sense. They ended up eating most of my entree because of it. Our server was nice and checked in but it did not make up for the long wait for our food. Restaurant was not full when we ordered or when we left. Shots came in tiny plastic cups because they ran out of real shot glasses. Randomly turns into a club at night?
Family and I had dinner here last night. Our server was great, the location is cool with a good vibe. Unfortunately, the food was not good. I ordered the chimichangas. The chicken was super dry and chew and tasted a little off. This morning I woke up with food poisoning. Throwing up and …… all morning. Really unfortunate because it is a cool spot.
The food was pretty good. The atmosphere wasn't anything special. The food wasn't as authentic as some places in the area, but not bad. The drinks were on special buy one get one which was good because they were extremely weak. The service was OK until it was time for the bill. We asked about separate checks and the said it would be fine to charge separate cards, but they totally screwed up. Gratuity was included in the bill, but they weren't charging people their share of the Gratuity and having them add it at the end. The last person was stuck not only with their own meal but the entirety of the Gratuity. The waiter should have just advised he couldn't split the check and let us do the math ourselves. It was a hot mess. Personally I won't go back, the food was just OK, overpriced and it was such a hassle to check out. There are so many amazing Mexican restaurants around that I won't be heading back to this one.
I place an order through Uber eats. Waited about an hour for my order to be picked up and everything. Uber says that my order wasn't ready yet so I call the location. The guy on the phone said he was going to go check on my order to see if it was ready. Leaves me in the phone while I hear Everybody talking in the background for 12 minutes so I decide to hang up call back again. A lady answers says she's going to go check on it. Waiting another 5 minutes then I get hung up on when I call for a third time. My call will not go through anymore. Very dissatisfied. Very disappointed
At the end of my meal, they ran my card, and then scam charges came pouring in from all across the country. Credit card fraud. The timing left zero room for doubt. I spoke to the owner and he said his own accounts had this same issue. Seemed nice enough. However, the host was extremely rude, tall young guy. Tried to give me an intimidating stare when I asked for a table. Bar tender intentionally short changed people. The food was 8/10 but, I hated literally everything else. Dishonorable thuggish host, thieving employees, just felt like hostile enemy territory everywhere I looked. I strive to be good, they strive to be bad. Whenever I pass it by I feel disgust. I don't even want my family in the same parking lot. Getting angrier just thinking about it, ending here, so should you.
We went and sat the bar which still had food and drink from the previous person sitting there. The items sat there for an hour before someone came and got them. The bartender was new so we did not put the total blame on him. He definitely should have had some help because it was getting busier. The drinks were not what was expected and the food took forever to come out because the kitchen was backed up and The food came out cold in the end. We also were double charged on one of our meals but didn’t notice until we got home.
The fish tacos were bland and skimpy, they sliced the fish to very thin pieces straight from the freezer, thawed, rolled in bland batter and thrown in fryer. NO SEASONING, JUST FISHY! I had heartburn, indigestion.. It was a large birthday party and everyone with the fish tacos said they were bad and the shrimp tacos were skimpy too, they downsized from jumbo shrimp which would fill the taco but instead they downsized and a whole corner of taco shell was empty! If you downsize you have to add more shrimp!
I ordered the Tulum Guacamole to find out there was no guacamole at all. It was a cake-shaped pico de galo with avocado around. And the pico de galo had a lot of onions, more onions than anything. People at my table liked their food, it was busy, so the service was not the greatest. The environment is cute though. The disappointment was more on ordering guacamole in a Mexican restaurant to be served pico de galo…
We came in at dinner time, got seated by the host, and no one ever came to acknowledge us. We watched servers go past, and never once were we acknowledged. The two guys I DID see sure did have some customer service skills for the cute blonde bartender, however. Or being on their phones. After sitting there 20 minutes, we finally left. The host (also on his phone) told us to have a good night. We told him what happened and he simply didn't respond. We won't be back.
