Pho- great beef flavor and aroma. The broth is more on the oily side. Downside is that no basil, only bean sprout and lime. Ask for chili oil for spice. Forgot to take picture of the pho bowl before eating- Pho bowl looks appetizing. Drunken noodles- great amount of beef portion to noodles. Very good flavorful. Make sure to ask for chili oil for spice.

I have been trying most pho restaurants nearby my place. And I think here is one of top 3 restaurants in my mind. I often order pho here, but today I tried different dishes. I was worried at first about the taste since I've never tried before. However, far as I was worried, food was awesome. The most attractive part of this restaurant is that they don't use MSG(written in the menu book). But sometimes there are so many pick-up and/or delivery orders so that we need to be patient and wait till they come. I think this depends on the day, time and workers. Overall, awesome place in Buffalo!

Was recommended this restaurant but I honestly didn't find it to be very good. The meat in the pho was not of great quality and the only flavor I was tasting was cilantro. I've definitely had better before. The restaurant itself is very dark. I got a big portion and the servers were very nice, hence the 3 stars

The food was fairly average. The papaya salad was good. The pad Thai was OK. I did not like the mango curry. Way too sweet and no balance or distinct flavor whatsoever. The restaurant isn't the nicest and looks pretty outdated but about average in the area. The host was also very rude and disrespectful because they were unhappy with the tip which was more than fair.

Complete rip off. I ordered coconut curry for $18 and it had nothing but little scraps of chicken in it. Never recommending this place or coming back.

This was the second time visiting this place, and I really wish I had read all the reviews before coming back. We were a party of 2. After eating and tipping, the server (an old lady) rudely came up to us and pointed out that we should have tipped at least 18%, saying it was written in the menu. But I think she herself forgot to read the whole thing, because the menu clearly states that mandatory 18% gratuity applies only to parties of 5 or above, which we very clearly were not. What makes this worse is that I had really liked this place before and genuinely wanted it to become my go-to spot, because honestly, the food is really good. There was absolutely no need to be rude or insult us. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else. I am a student, and a lunch like this is a big deal in terms of spending for me. I literally felt so bad after this interaction. When I came home and read other reviews, I realized that this has been happening continuously. Even though the restaurant has replied to past complaints saying they would “work on it,” no real action has been taken, the oldest complaint I found was from 3 years ago. And maybe I’m reading too much into it, but most of the people who complained appear to be South Asian, which honestly makes me start wondering if this was a case of racial discrimination. No matter how much I loved the food, I am never stepping foot in this place again.

We dined in at Saigon Bangkok and the experience was disappointing. The food was very basic and not worth the price, and on top of that an excessive $22 tip was added automatically without clear notice, which felt unfair. Poor service and forced gratuity ruined the experience—strictly not recommended.

Food doesn't taste good. The service was mediocre and then the lady charged $22 for tip without even telling us. It is written in the menu that 18% will be charged for gratuity for a party of 5 and above. We were 4 people. Never even got the chance to choose if we want to tip that much. While adding it to the bill she did not even tell us once that she is adding it. Worst place. Dont recommend at all. Food trucks are better than this crap

I haven't eaten there in years and it will be years before I ever go back to try it again. Always have had a great dinner/lunch before. The takeout was terrible it just sort of plopped out on my plate in a stiff blob The pad Thai had no flavor and the noodles look like spaghetti instead of pad Thai noodles. To be fair maybe I just didn't know what I was ordering but for me not to finish a meal that says a lot.

Went to the place and had the Spring Roll Vermicelli . When I almost finished the plate I notice that there was peanuts . I’m allergic to peanuts and the description does not say any peanuts. This is the description: Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, bean sprouts, basil leaves, pickle carrot and parsnips, Vegan spring rolls, served over thin rice noodles in Vegan chili garlic sauce. I spoke with the worker and she said “oh yeah we put on top” I told her I’m allergic and the meal does not say it has it plus all the menus it will tell you if there peanuts or not . The lady said to me “ oh sorry you should have told us “ the lady did not care about my allergies. Lucky I am close by to go home and take an allergy pill .
