Amazing brunch! We have been here just my husband and I, in a large group for an event, and for takeout. Food is always amazing, and the customer service is astounding. Bruce greets you with so much enthusiasm, and the bartenders and waitstaff are very friendly. We love the pizzas, bolognese, and their specials are always so creative and tasty. 12/10 recommend!

MY REVIEW FOR YOU We recently went to Roost in Buffalo. The atmosphere was relaxing, yet vibrant at the same time. Seeing the chefs, go to work on creating our food & drinks with such artistic details, was so interesting. It felt like we were eating at one Gordon Ramsay’s places. Our food was amazing, loaded with tenderness and flavor. All of the ingredients were so fresh and perfectly executed. I would definitely give it five stars and recommend you give it a shot. The roasted fig, stuffed with goat cheese, wrapped in bacon with a drizzle of honey, was phenomenal. If that is a menu option, when you visit, I would highly recommend that you go for it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a delicious dinner at Roost, right at sunset. Vibes were immaculate. We enjoyed the garden salad, the ribs entree, the Nashville hot flounder entree, and the mushroom fonduta pizza. We also had the strawberry shortcake dessert to share. Food was tasty, hot, and well seasoned. Service was great. Reservations were easy to make. The restaurant is accessible with limited ADA parking spots on the side of the bldg. The restaurant has a ramp at its entrance.

First time here with a few friends, from the outside you couldn’t really tell there’s an establishment let alone a restaurant, but once you’re in, it’s a whole another vibe - from the seatings, menu presentations AND the food is OVER what I expected / I went for the not too fancy burger, fries with eggs and every bite, was filled with flavor I honestly would order a second one but it wouldn’t be wise for my health and sanity. Needless to say 5 star easily, of course this will be a bit over your average dining pricing but it’s worth to a try.

The best brunch spot in Buffalo (though dinner is great, too)! The rotating menu makes every trip unique and somewhere you can go again and again. The tomato soup is a must when they have it! Be prepared to NOT be prepared as dishes have very few details compared to the art that arrives at your table! The ambiance is addicting and the food keeps you coming!

The lychee martini was superb. Just the right amount of sweet and tart, lovely flavor. The duck nugget was seasoned well, not too much salt, lots of meat, pancake was light and slightly sweet to taste. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was upbeat and lively. We are planning on making this an annual visit! Recommend making a reservation, at least on the weekend. We were lucky. There were two unreserved seats at the bar when we arrived. Apparently they were the last ones.

I'm not from Buffalo but this place is a hidden gem!! Absolutely wonderful food, great service and the atmosphere here is perfect. We had the grape & onion pizza as an app and it was delicious! We also tried the rotisserie chicken - truffle - broccoli and the monk fish - apple risotto they were serving that night and both were fantastic, some of the best meals we have had out. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back!!

This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem in Buffalo! Their menu is consist mainly of pizzas and a select items for appetizers & entrees. Their menus change throughout the day, but I was never dissapointed, I've went during brunch, lunch, and dinner. They are all amazing! The plating is definitely beautiful, and the food tastes amazing! The environment is quite vibrant with semi-loud music that adds to the more casual upbeat vibe. Their bar is well-stocked too! It would definitely impress anyone you decide to take here. Make sure you make your reservations ahead of time, they get quite busy!

First time here and tried out their Saturday Brunch. Very eclectic atmosphere. Loved the vibe they created. Food was super good. I had the breakfast pizza and my boyfriend had the chicken and waffles. The pizza was delicious with crispy tasty crust. The chicken and waffles surprised me with the sweet start and heat to follow, definitely recommend trying. Tried several of their signature cocktails. My favorite was the Pomelosa. Definitely will venture back here again soon. Bring your friends, family, coworkers, significant other here and I assure you, you will not be disappointed.

We have now been to Roost several times. Every time we return the menu is different and every plate we order is delicious. Our evening started with several appetizers for the table. We ordered the burrata, the broccoli pancakes, and there Korean wings. All three had amazing flavor and were enjoyed by everyone in our party. For our main course, two of us split the fig and prosciutto pizza, one had the mole ribs, and I had the green curry with clams and pork belly. Yet again every plate was amazing. Cooked perfectly, plated well, and tasted wonderful. Roost is highly recommended.

The experience at Roost is always exceptional, and today was no different. My husband and I shared a few plates, and loved each one. We started with a watermelon salad that looked like tuna tartar. It was so delicious. We then had the fluke and creamed corn which could have been the best dish I have ever enjoyed. The fennel, sausage, and onion pizza was also phenomenal. It had perfect chewy crust and all the toppings complemented themselves wonderfully. We finished our meal by sharing the blue fish cakes. Yum! Oh yeah, the sangria was delicious as well. If you haven't checked out Roost yet you must do so!

I admire the creativity of this restaurant a lot! They changed their menu every two weeks according to seasons. It is creative and challenging for the owner and the chef. Their Asian-style food always give me a surprise. :) I also enjoy the active atmosphere here. It is my must go brunch place when I have guests.

Excellent food. We got the burger, house salad, and breakfast pizza. The breakfast pizza is unreal—sausage, bacon, potato, and some other deliciousness—best pizza I’ve tasted in buffalo. The space is beautiful—open and creatively decorated. The service was poor today. It took us 40 minutes to get our entrees. Our waitress didn’t seem to care at all. She was painfully slow and mostly non-responsive. I’ll be back for the incredible food, but they need to step it up on service.

Definitely going back! It's very adventurous food, where our taste buds went wild. Took awhile to get acknowledged by a server, but after that the young man was very respectful, responsive, and attentive.
