Nicole!!! Up here doing Everything herself! There’s a line 15 people deep, she has NO HELP and she’s hustling, moving, baking—-And STILL telling people to have a blessed day. She definitely isn’t supposed to be up here by herself (if she is then subway should be ashamed) She is amazing and an asset to this store.

I requested a Turkey and cheese on wheat bread double toasted with veggies on the side and dressing on the side from a young man by the name of Dom, He was kind and polite and made the best sandwich!! The Bullard store was so clean and I just wanted to give him an this store the much appreciated credit for an awesome job!! Thank you Dom. Thank you Subway!
Give the young lady who is an assistant manager and still in high school a promotion and a raise. She was working by herself when I went in at lunch today. A customer came in with a HUGE order that should have been called ahead or done online. She handled it well and afterwards kept trying to apologize to me for the wait. It was not her fault she was there alone and that this customer came in and did that at peak lunch time. She is awesome and I hope this store's upper management know how lucky they are to have her.
The staff at this subway is amazing. They are super friendly and helpful. My sandwich was amazing as well.

I should have done this review months back, the two ladies that work the day shift are very hard workers. Sometimes a crowd comes in but they keep there nose to the grind. They greet you when you come in, they know me and I'm sure if your a regular they know you also. The food is always the best quality and service, honestly I wish I had a restaurant, I would hire these ladies to run my store front (alongside my wife who works at another restaurant in town) there just that good. Keep up the good work and your great training of the younger staff, your all doing a fine job.

Generous portions! They were short on spinach and we ask for our chicken to be heated and meat was cold. Small dining area.

Service was friendly but slow. It seemed they may have been understaffed. The atmosphere was plain and needled a little refreshing. The food was as expected and displayed clean and fresh.

The male employee working here tonight at this location was literally slamming everything around in the kitchen. And when I say slamming like hard and throwing stuff around. I felt so bad for the girl working with him. Terrible thing to do with customers right in front of you.

How do you only put meatballs on 1 half of a footlong sub? And who runs out of bread at 6:00pm when ya’ll close around 9 anyways.. I won’t be going here anymore. The people there don’t care and just slap stuff together.

However the food was soured and me and my associate both became sick within the hour, only half of my foot-long was eaten and the rest went to the garbage. i would stay away for a bit, i would like to have the kitchen checked (sanitary conditions) 2 stars for staff awarded, 0 stars for food

Wife made an online order. I got the footlong cold cut. It had 1 piece of bologna across the sandwich. No other meat. I called the store and no manager there. The guy said he will have to text the manager and I gave him my number so the manager could call me back. He called me back and said they were sorry for the mistake. I ask for a refund he said they can’t do that. Then I ask if they were gona remake the sandwich to make it right, he said no. So, I guess it’s like, sorry we messed up you order, deal with it. Talk about bad customer service!!! Subway in Bullard Texas! Give me a break

Tried to call and place an order and was told that they are completely out of bread! The only thing that could be ordered was pizza or flatbread?? How does a sandwich restaurant not have any bread? This restaurant used to be on top of everything and had great food and customer service, but the past 3 or 4 times we have went there, there always seems to be a problem with something.
My sandwich barley had any meat on it it was not worth the price but she piled alot of meat on the women behind me sandwich
They just watch you stand there and wait while they say they have to do the online orders first. We watched them pack 4 orders and continued to tell us we couldn't order yet. Tell your employees to lay off the smoke too, working at snail speed with a line of people in front of them. We came to the one in Bullard because we thought they'd probably be better than any in Tyler, obv we were wrong lol
Another hard place to review. I’ve moved them up to 2 stars hoping my next experience is a good one. I called this restaurant in hopes of making an order over the phone for pickup. The girl answered the phone and said that was only possible if I could order online. I explained that their app wasn’t working properly and she said ‘oh well’. She told me it was against company policy to take an order for pickup over the phone. We’ve never been back to this location or any Subway since this incident.
I know this is normally a good place for high school kids to work but the level of service every time I go here is terrible. They never great you when you come in and when you finally do get to the counter to order (which is normally 25-30 min, even with 3 or less people in line) they don't say a word and just stare at you and wait for you to say something. Hiring managers need to invest more of their time hiring quality over quantity.
Well this is the third time they completely messed up my sandwich. 1st time I asked for 3 sauces and the girl overloaded with three lines of each. Then I wrote down exactly what I wanted and she proceeded to put her own twist on it, toast it add things I didn't want. Now my husband went in with me on the phone and they STILL left things out and BARELY put ANY lettuce or spinach! Made my husband go back through the line just to order another 6 inch sandwichwich cause it was a second transaction which kept him there 45mins. We are just not happy. Im not in the habit of leaving reviews but enough is enough.
Every single time I order at this location whether it be online or in store, I have problems. Ordered 3 footlongs with all 3 being hot sandwiches...requested that my order have the meat and cheese toasted only...they put unheated cold meat on all of them ..when I unwrapped mine one of the halves was flipped upside down with meat falling out and my sandwich wrapper torn to where I couldn't even carry it back to the counter ....got attitude when I took the sandwiches back to politely ask them to reheat them...veggies and all instead of having them remake the sandwiches.... Seems like expecting people to do their jobs with integrity now days is far and few in between ...I won't be back to this location.

The boy working there last night was very rude. Now I know why I never stop here. I don’t know what his problem was. If you don’t like having customers then don’t work in customer related businesses.
