It's So is so the atmosphere is Edgar it is with Sonic... the food was not bad, the service was good, not great but good.. I wished people would enjoy their jobs life they used to... they are as friendly as employees are these days... not I do miss the days when people enjoyed their jobs and smilled, when asked how they are doing, getting an answere.. instead of no response or the response they give there is no smile or doing " great " anymore... it is scary if it's in this day and time

Waited online order for 23 minutes in line after speaker 3 cars ahead and then had wrong order. For 1 drink cherry slush extra cherries. No extra cherries I paid for by the way. Got to window finally mimi was so sweet repeated wrong order and no I said so they made it and she was so so apologetic after I said how long I waited. Saw brown headed talk larger middle age lady arrive on duty and slowly moving as I watched after inside I was at window looking in to see problem she seemed no big help honestly. But 23 minutes someone could've brought it out to let me pull out 1 drink really not hard. 2nd time last cheese Burger and drink online weeks back too long online order really 14 minutes then forgot cheese 10 miles away I was not going back. Sad about this and sorry y'all. But I nearly have stopped coming. Respectfully

I don’t know why I continue to bother coming to this location when something seems to always go wrong the last couple of times I have visited. Tonight takes the cake. Ordered my kids the children’s chicken tenders meals and a chili cheese coney. I was asked if I wanted any sauces for the kids meals to which I responded yes and that I needed mustard and ketchup packets. The worker repeated my order at the order box and again when I made it to the window. Proceeded to get all the way home and was curious as to why there were no ketchup or mustard packets only to find out that they put mustard and ketchup all over my chili cheese coney. Wasted meal as I was not going to drive back to correct it.

The sweet little older lady that works there she just cannot be beat she is wonderful and God lover that she even has to work at a place like that at her age but the service there is about a one to two star and you see this here medium chili and cheese tots well they forgot the cheese and the chili as you see or wait maybe they squirted a little bit on there this is almost five dollars right here and had I ordered tater tots I could see this being okay but I ordered cheese and chili tots so they need to step up their game I know the management the general hasn't a care one about the food the service or anything else there and sadly it only reciprocates on to her employees where they're ruining Sonic all with that one location

Messed my order up so after a super long wait I tell them they missed a fry and a drink. They ring me up the fry and drink and then I spend another super long wait for their mistake

I have never had a corny dog so rubbery. Was not even hot. Guess it had been sitting there for a while. It was a waste of my time and money. Tator tots were cold and over cooked. Drink had to be sent back. Do people not take pride in their jobs anymore? I don’t care if it is just Sonic. It’s crazy.

I ordered my food via app ahead of time and food still took 20 mins to receive when we arrived. Food was cold and chicken bites were old and chewy. Do not recommend coming here today that’s for sure.

Waited at the window for 30+ min in the drive thru. Called and asked them to refund my money, instead they hand cold food out the window, order completely wrong, gross, & a waste.

Such a great sonic building in a great location but this is the worst sonic in Longview tx and beyond. I ordered a double meat burger. The meat could not have been cooked in the last 30 minutes probably an hour it was hard / overcooked with the brown ring around the outside where it set on the warm side of the grill for a while. My tator tots were not fully cooked. They clocked the order out after 3 minutes or so to make the kitchen preparation time look good and the food didn't show up for another 5 minutes. I honestly don't mind waiting a few minutes for fresh well prepared food but to wait almost 10 minutes for this crap! Please hire a manager in there that can fix this location asap! And don't respond to me with a B.S. comment and a phone number to call. You have my opinion! It's not rocket science it's a burger joint. Sonic has good food it's the workers that make it or break it and these are costing you a lot of money. This sonic is only surviving because it's in a great location.

Did an online order and waited 20 minutes. Went to another station to ask what was going on and they said the order wasn't checked in, even though we checked in at 10:01, order promised by 10:07. Finally got our food at 10:25. Every stall was full with no car hops going out

Fries had some type of “sauce” on it. Grabbed fried while driving then noticed them oddly sweet. Looked closer and see something on them. Wouldn’t go back here. Burger also fell apart in half(patty) when taking a bite. Patty was clearly old and dry. $15 for extra “sauce” and an old burger.

Order was all wrong ! I paid for 3 plain and dry double cheeseburgers and received 1 single cheeseburger 2 double cheeseburgers all which had ketchup…. Chili fries with barely any chili … ordered through the app Arrived there 15 mins later and had to wait another 25 mins. NOTHING MAKES A PERSON MORE ANGRY than to get ripped off!
