I recently stopped by Habit Burger & Grill in Burbank and decided to try their Crispy Chicken Sandwich on ciabatta—and I’m glad I did! The sandwich was a delightful surprise: the chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and paired beautifully with the creamy house-made coleslaw and tangy pickles. The toasted ciabatta roll added a nice, hearty crunch that really elevated the whole experience. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, though definitely a bit busy during my visit. Despite the hustle and bustle, the staff managed to keep things moving smoothly, and the restaurant felt clean and comfortable. While I found the prices a little on the higher side compared to other fast-casual spots, the quality and flavor of the sandwich made it absolutely worth it. If you’re in Burbank and craving a satisfying, crispy chicken sandwich with a fresh twist, Habit Burger & Grill is a solid choice. Just be prepared for a bit of a crowd during peak times—but trust me, the food makes the wait worthwhile!

I love the way they make impossible burgers. If each fast food restaurant made vegan burgers like this, I am sure people would enjoy it and get used to it. I really enjoyed eating this impossible burger with Cascabella peppers and jalapeños 😍. The strawberry lemon was great. I appreciate the service here 🙏. They have 2 private restrooms here for one person at a time.

After driving in insane traffic, I gave up. I wanted a break. I wanted something I was craving and just some relaxation and respect. I was out with my son, and we were just over rude drivers and all the chaos. I reflected on an easier time and how he, his sister and I would go to Fuddruckers on San Fernando in Burbank and I'd get them their plates and by special request for myself, an all veg sandwich on a good brioche bun. How hard is that? Nothing fancy. I approached the counter, greeted by Deanna. I noticed her manager, I assumed by the difference in his attire, was working close by. I was honest. I told her, this is what I want, I just want a big, fat veggie sandwich on a good bun w thousand Island and my son a double charburger. She was so patient with me- even though I was a bit frazzled. I thought, if this works out, I better get the app- We'll come back!!! She was so kind and Sergio took over on the other register, as to not keep others waiting. We were desperate for a break and understanding. I got a special intro deal, the food was above expectations, beverages perfect and truly, truly reset us. Thank you so much for amazing service, Deanna and Sergio. As a longtime restaurant manager and consultant, I was giving up hope. 😄 Thank you for restoring my faith in restaurants in our area, to show consideration and hospitable service. The food is good but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The woman who brought out my curb side pick up practically threw it at me and rushed away. There are also a lot of transients and food deliver service cars taking up spots and standing menacingly outside the restaurant. I dont mind the charge for condiments but the customer service needs to greatly improve.

I love the Habit Burger, especially because of their $6,$8 and $10 deal. Such great value for clean, quality, food! We placed our order on the app but dined in. Service was fine, food was ready on time. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there were rowdy teens out front smoking vapes and cigarettes as people were dining out there. Mind you they were customers too, not like they were doing this on the street, this was on the outdoor seating patio and I think staff couldn't have addressed that, but didn't.

I went here for lunch and ordered a meal (hamburger, fries and a drink). Everywhere else I get one small ranch for dipping my fries, not here. This location has become so bad in customer service throughout the years. They charge for every single condiment, police what you pour in your cups, even the kids (water or juice). I suggested we go to in n out since it never disappoints but my husband insisted habit. Never again, the workers need to check their attitude and provide the customer service we pay so much for. I’ve ordered a grilled chicken sandwich without bacon multiple times from this location. The past 3 times there has been bacon inside of my sandwich. The receipt of the bag has no bacon written on it and then there is bacon in the sandwich. It’s complete carelessness and I let it go the last two times but three times in a row is a lack of care.
