My first time at this delicious Taiwanese dumpling restaurant. It's a clean establishment with great food. I REALLY ENJOYED the mixed special salad, dan dan noodle, chicken and corn dumplings in chili oil, and shrimp pork pan-fried dumplings (potstickers), generous portions too. The service fast-paced, potentially due to being busy, but all the servers were very nice and welcoming. The glass enclosure kitchen is very cool and somehow was adding to the overall enjoyment of my meal. The food was verrrry delicious and FRESH!!!, but it was on the pricier side for me. Still, I would definitely come back again.

December 2025: Stopped by for lunch and tried lotus root salad, mixed salad, soup dumplings (zucchini, shrimp and egg), and beef pickled cabbage noodle soup 🍲. Everything was excellent. Super tasty. Service was friendly. Will be back again for more delicious food!

Got the house special beef noodle soup, beef xlb, chicken corn dumplings in chilli oil, and napa cabbage pork dumplings. The star of the show were the noodles. Beef was tender, soup had a lot of flavor and depth, and noodles were great be cause it absorbed the soup flavor. 9/10 The beef xlb super nice and flavorful. 8/10 The dumplings dough texture was bouncy and how they were wrapped were great. It wasn't the best filling I had in comparison to other spots but a good 7/10. Would come back again for primarily the beef noodle soup

We ordered the pig ear and the cucumber salad with chili oil sauce, and ordered boiled dumplings and some dumpling soup with seaweed. The dumpling dough is very fresh and plump, while the filling is well seasoned and juicy. This was my second visit and it’s always full of local Chinese families dining in, which is a vote of confidence for authenticity and taste. Overall, the food was simple, delicious, and comforting. The bill came out to $60 including tip, it’s a great place to visit if you are craving some dumplings with your friends/family.

Sliced beef and tripe in chili oil is really good, the garlic and spicy taste is well balanced. The fish and mushroom boiled dumplings was subtle but nice, a nice surprise since it’s not a common filling offered in other dumpling spots. Spicy beef noodle soup can feel a little under seasoned (to me) but you can add more seasonings to it yourself. The noodles are bouncy and the beef slices are good quality. Minor nit picking, their chili oil on the table can taste a little TINY bit bitter at times. Overall a great place!

I found out about this gem because a coworker told me about it. I am so glad I came here after a work meeting for lunch. It was a delicious lunch. I got the spicy beef noodle soup with extra spice and beef and the beef, lamb and fish dumplings. It was out of this world. The service was friendly and super attentive highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this dumpling place. The dumplings are freshly made, with perfectly thin wrappers and juicy, flavorful fillings. Whether steamed or in soup, each bite was delicious. The service was fast and friendly, making it a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Highly recommend for any dumpling lover!

5 stars for this newly opened spot. We came in 15 minutes before their 3:00 close but the staff was very accommodating. Their seating area has clean booths and tables with lots of light for a very pleasant dining experience. Fun also seeing the staff behind the glass preparing noodles and other items. We ordered the beef noodles with spicy broth and some Xiao Long Bao for a quick lunch. They came out quickly and at the perfect cook and temperature. Both items were delicious--lots of great flavor and textures. I am in love with the XLB and wish they added more ginger to the dipping sauce. The broth was a bit TOO spicy so maybe next time we will ask for milder. Final thoughts: definitely a hit and look forward to returning.

Our family's go-to spot for a quick, delicious meal with the kids. The boiled dumplings in chili oil (napa cabbage and pork) are incredible—perfectly tender with just the right amount of heat. The shrimp, pork, and chive potstickers have a beautiful crispy bottom, and the dan dan noodles never disappoint. Service is friendly and fast, which is a lifesaver with little ones. Bonus: you can watch the kitchen in action, which keeps the kids entertained. Highly recommend!

Very authentic northern China style dumplings! This place would have been successful and drawn a crowd in any northern cities in China! Their dumplings are just like the homemade ones and the quality is consistent! We love dine in or do takeouts on busy weekends. The beef noodle soup is great as well! Keep up with the great work!

Delicious dumplings, your choice served in soup, in sauce, steamed or fried. Be sure and check out the Lotus salad, addicting.

The restaurant is located inside a plaza and there are a lot of parking spaces. We arrived there right after 6:00pm, and there were a few people waiting inside. After I put my name on the waitlist, we were able to get our table very quickly. We ordered the Sliced Beef & Ox Tripe in Chili Oil, Cucumber Salad, Chicken & Corn Dumpling in Chili Oil, Napa Cabbage & Pork Potstickers, Pork Xiao Long Bao, and Iced Assam Milk Tea. They served the food pretty quickly and all the staff were friendly. Those dumplings were freshly made by the chef because you could see the back with an open kitchen and watch them making all the dumplings. Dumplings and Xiao Long Bao tasted pretty good except the sliced beef and ox tripe and the drink was just ok. Highly recommended for the dumplings and Xiao Long Bao :)

I was craving Chinese braised beef noodles and came across this shop on Google maps. It’s fairly new restaurant, but already very popular place. When I went in around 5:40PM on Saturday the store was filling up, and by the time we were leaving there where people waiting for tables. It’s fairly a large dining area if I were to guess it seats maybe 50-75(or more?) people. We ordered the spicy House special beef noodle, and the spare rib noodle. Also ordered the shrimp, pork chive and egg dumplings and Xiao long bao. First off the Xiao long bao was very good. Juicy and as I would expect a Xiao long bao should be. Next the noodles. The soup and noodles were very basic as you you would expect at any decent noodle shops. The braised beef was very good, the other meats were not as good as the braised beef. What I’m saying is that if I was to order, I’d only want the braised beef. The soup wasn’t very spicy and I ended up adding more chili oil to it. The dumpling were as I would expect at any decent restaurant. The hardest part is to decide on which one to order. Finally, this place doesn’t serve free tea, However they have selection of tea that you can choose from. I already forgot which tea we ordered, it was good, but I like dumpling places that give you free tea. The restaurant was packed all with Asian people, mostly Chinese, It must be a good sign of quality of the food they serve there. Updates menu prices added with my photos. Friendly staff, plenty parking, I would go back when I crave noodles and dumplings as it is fairly close to my family’s home.

This place caught my eye a while ago because of its location. I've had this on my to try list and I finally got to dine here. The wait may seem a little daunting, but their turnover rate is quick. We put our name down and waited probably 15-20 minutes for a table. You have the choice of ordering on the phone, or with the staff. We ended up ordering on the phone since we didn't see anyone come by our table. We order a few things just to get a variety. • Pig ear in chilli oil - a slight kick, but a nice crunch and flavor • Pickled cabbage beef soup - the meat was extremely tender, the noodles were nice and bouncy. My only gripe was the portion of cabbage was super tiny • Lamb Carrot Dumplings - not my favorite. The carrots were still a little crunchy, and I didn't think it went well with the lamb • Pork shrimp chive egg dumpling - probably my favorite dish of the meal. The filling was delicious • Napa cabbage pork potstickers - definitely not your typical potsticker. Seemed like they make one type of dumpling and either boil or pan fry. The taste was good, but was not what I was expecting. Overall a good meal. Service is quick and food comes out hot. Staff is friendly and helpful. If I come back, I'll definitely check out other items to try.

The restaurant was busy during lunch on a Wednesday. We had the marinated beef $11, celery & peanuts salad $8, tofu skin stick salad $8, braised spareribs noodles $15, shrimp & chives dumplings $13, cabbage & pork potstickers $15. The food tasted OK. It was clean tasting and didn't leave my mouth with an aftertaste after eating too much salt. Nothing stood out as outstanding. They did a good job remodeling the restaurant after Bay Watch, the old tenant left. Service was excellent.

Located in the Burlingame Plaza, this is a relatively new noodles and dumpling place, based on the same menu as the restaurant in SF. The steamed pork dumplings were delicious, and the xiaolongbao were decent (not as much soup as Din Tai Fung though). The beef noodle soup was rather bland, covered up somewhat by the spicy sauce, but the noodles were good. Large parking lot makes it easy to find parking.

Very good and tasty food. The highlight for me was the shredded pig ears in chili oil and the beef noodle soup. The potstickers and xlb were just good to me. I'll have to try other menu items next time. We were seated very quickly because we came after the lunch rush. Service was good and fast. Ordering was done via QR code. Will definitely return. There is the original location in San Francisco.

The moment you bite into any dish here, you KNOW it's fresh. What I loved the most was that each dumpling had sooo much meat in it and lots of flavor! They even have an open kitchen layout so you can watch them make the dumplings! If dumplings aren't your thing, definitely try their House Special Beef Noodle Soup and be sure to get the Marinated Beef appetizer. The garlic sauce it comes with is so good. If you're looking for authentic, handmade dumplings, this is your place! What we ordered: * Beef, Lamb & Fish Dumpling * Marinated Beef * Cucumber Salad * House Special Beef Noodle Soup * Beef XLB * Crab Roe XLB * Iced Lychee Black Tea

This is our second visit in about a year. The first time was in a rainy cold evening and this time was just a cold evening. The pickled vegetable beef noodle soup hit the spot this evening-hot, spicy, chewy noodles, tender beef slices, and a spicy broth. We’ve also had the chicken corn dumplings, fish dumplings, xiao long bao, and a couple of appetizers. The wood ear fungus salad was a hit. Our complaints are with the table ordering system. Is QR code driven and we had placed the order without realizing the order didn’t go through. It took about 25 mins for us to realize perhaps the online order was not completed successfully. So we flagged an attendant to confirm it was indeed not put through. Once completed successfully by our attendant, the food started coming quickly. On the taste, I would have prefer less garlic in those dishes that had it (I think the preserved vegetable beef noodle had garlic as did the wood ear fungus) the amount of garlic was copious.

Dan-dan noodles were yummy (a bit too salty) with particularly strong numbing hot sauce. They were skimping on the bok choy.. we were given one piece cut in half lol AND it was overcooked/ mushy. We ordered a side of chive/ shrimp/ pork dumplings which were savory with visible chunks of shrimp meat. However, the chicken and corn dumplings were average. Next time we plan to try the soup dumplings! The staff seemed to be rushing around and was not as attentive as we liked.
