Pizza was ok but could use a bit more flavor. Now... despite there being a diner, you have to order at the counter. There was no acknowledgement that we were even there despite several employees having seen me an my family. A gentleman did ask how everything was but we had just gotten the pizzas. There was one older woman who did approach our table and did seem nice. But there was no tea unless it came from a can and no Pepsi or coke and no refills unless you went back to the counter to ask for them.

I made a $70 order and went to pick it up they had closed the doors and locked them. My daughter and I knocked 3 times a lady walked out from behind the counter stared and then walked back. We knocked again and nothing then the lady and a guy turned off the lights and walked out the opposite door than what we were at and never said anything!!!! I will NEVER order from Burnet Pizza Hut ever again!!!! I better. Get a full refund!

After waiting 30 minutes for a personal pan cheese pizza, cheesy breads sticks and a salad... you'd think they have better manners and would at least cut the pizza. Don't pay before you get your food! We wouldn't have tipped for that horrible experience.

My husband ordered a large pan pizza today (9/18) at 7:10pm. They called and said “we don’t have anymore large pan pizza, and usually we will give you 2 medium pan pizzas for the inconvenience but we have been doing this so much that now we are out of medium pan pizzas” so he said well what do you have and they said they have regular and thin. He was like okay regular (after already waiting 20+ mins for his original order) and they then said okay it will take 20 mins to make. From time of order 7:10 to time of pickup for ONE large pizza 8pm, without them being sympathetic, just rude. Marble falls pizza hut is always on point. Friendly, communicative, apologetic. Not like it’s the person who is ordering faults that they ran out of a certain pizza dough. The restaurant closes at 10. Why would they tell him that hey ran out of a certain pizza dough 3 hours before closing instead of just making more? We will never order from there again. They did give him a $1 discount hahahaha. Trash.

Why does it always stink so bad at this place? I’m a delivery driver and absolutely hate picking up from here because my clothes and hair stink for the rest of the day after being inside for only a couple minutes. It’s like their grease traps and extractors have never been professionally cleaned since the building was built! It’s so incredibly foul! I guarantee you’ll smell it when you walk inside.

Ordered online and it said ready in 20 minutes. Total chaos inside…family inside still waiting for their order. Delivery driver waiting on pizza so he could deliver. Restaurant was just filthy. But only 3 people working. Customer was requesting money back because of the long wait time. It took an hour to get my pizza. Disastrous.

There was 3 of us waiting at counter and a man walks in and asked who is wanting to place an order and so I raised my hand and he said he was not taking any orders. The reason was because someone had quit on him and then he pointed to the side and said he is new, that employee was just standing there on the side.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza got it home NO stuffed crust. Called and the manager couldnt even get on the phone. I see why this Pizza Hut has the rating they have. You might consider getting a different manager.

We had a very rude experience tonight. We asked if it was OK to order delivery to the stripe truck stop. We haul exotic sports cars and have had a long week. When asked we were told yes. A little while later some younger guy called back and demanded for "SAFETY REASONS" they would only meet inside the gas station???? Like something was going to happen to this young man because of a small town truck stop??? We make half a million a year and treat everyone with respect. Most truck stops in America are the safest place you could ever be. You acting the way you did tonight cost you about a 35$ tip and our buisness to pizza hut as we were a top member. We deliver mclarens, porsche, lamborgini, ferrari etc to very sketchy neighborhoods and do our job everytime, but somehow you're so scared to bring a pizza to us. Give me a break! Nobody wants your little boy booty kid. 🙄

I would give half a star if I could or negative. ( lived here for 5 years and they always seem to mess something up ) I think it all comes down to customer service, the Manager is rude and entitled. John right off the bat was defensive as soon as I said that the food was incorrect, he stated that he made it all and that it was right! I proceeded to open up one of the boxes and show him and ask him if he really did think that was the right way. He just continued to be defensive and I told him that I would go ahead and call corporate if I needed to. I just wanted my refund I didn’t want any issues and brought all of the food back. But let’s go back a little bit I ordered delivery and they brought it to the house and it was incorrect so I called for them to fix it they tried a second time. Second time it was also incorrect so I called the kid that was there, and told him there was only a little bit of cinnamon on the cinnamon sticks and that there was no seasoning on the breadsticks he then proceeded to ask me “ohh you want cinnamon on all of the breadsticks”. No I just ordered cinnamon sticks because I thought the name was cool?! Dear lordy. You’d be better off going to H-E-B and getting yourself a frozen pizza or going into Domino’s. Just a whole entire experience was unprofessional and a waste of everybody’s time and money. The only good thing I had to say it was the delivery girl was great and I’m sorry that she has to deal with stuff like this on the daily. John as a manager I hope that you’ll learn to be more professional and courteous to your customers, especially considering it’s such a small town and word travels fast.

I had placed an order to pick up a pizza at around 6:45. The gentleman who took the order said it would be ready around 30 minutes. Went to pick up my pizza, and the gentleman there told me it would be ready by 7:30. ok, no problem. So I ran to McDonald's to get some food for my niece, ended up in line for about 20 minutes, then went back to Pizza Hut. When I got there (around 7:45), they told me that the pizza was not yet ready and that they didn't know when it would be ready. So i decided to wait.... and wait... I ended up waiting 2 hours for 1 pizza. On top of that, the manager on duty was extremely rude to myself and the employees at the store. I understand they were having some technical difficulties with the pizza oven, but that is no reason to disrespect your fellow employees or your customers. But at the same time, it's a thankless job, and they were having a lot of issues, so I can't fault her too harshly. However, the gentleman who took my order (was not a manager from my understanding) was extremely apologetic and respectful about everything. This guy's kindness (I don't know your name mate) but it was so gratefully appreciated, given the long wait. After the 2 hour wait (was a pickup order), the order was wrong. (Again, that's understandable due to the issues they were having) Unfortunately, this is the second time I have gone their and waited over an hour for one pizza. I am extremely sorry for the people who work there and the environment they are in, but I can not in good conscience recommend this restaurant.
