My hubs and I love coming here for date night. The bar is a great addition to other wing places. The staff is attentive, friendly and the service is fast. Maddy was particularly helpful. She was cheerful and brought our food out personally. It was fresh and hot. The quality is on point.

LOVE the food! I no longer live in Murrieta but visit often & genuinely, the first thing I always crave to eat is food from here. Love the sooo tender strips, fresh breadsticks, loaded epic fries, several delicious sauce options, & the pizza sticks in medium-sweet chili--my fave!!! & something about their ranch is so delicious, I wish I could bottle it up & take it haha. The manager, Andrea, is also very friendly, helpful, & attentive to customers coming in. Overall, wish there could be a location in the Bay Area!

Hands Down the BEST Wings in Town, with Service to Match! ​If you're looking for the best wings in Murrieta, or honestly, anywhere, look no further than Epic Wings. The wings themselves are the absolute best in the business—always perfectly crispy on the outside, incredibly tender and juicy on the inside, and sauced to perfection. You can't go wrong with their Original Buffalo! ​But what truly made our visit exceptional tonight was the service from Angelicka. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a huge, genuine smile and was so helpful and attentive throughout our entire meal. She checked on us to make sure our food was perfect and had such a positive and friendly attitude. It’s service like hers that turns a great meal into a memorable experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. Amazing food and even better staff. We will be back soon! 🤩🤩🤩

The manager working tonight was amazing and super helpful. I was given the wrong order and brought it up to her and she was extremely kind and reassuring that I wouldn’t have to wait long for this to be fixed since my order hadn’t come out yet. She asked multiple times if there was anything she could to do make up for the inconvenience to which I declined because it wasn’t a big deal. Mariah was very polite and kept giving me updates on my order every time she came out. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! 10/10 recommend!

This is without a doubt my favorite epic wings location. You can always get a cold beer on tap and the wings are always consistent every time I go. I love the strips and sometimes I get an extra one thrown in for free. The pizza bread is also great.

This place would get a 5 stars if the wait times weren’t insane most of the week. It feels like to go orders are always prioritized so maybe plan to call for your meal ahead of time or expect to wait 30/45 mins for your meal. Otherwise food is always fresh and yummy.

My family has been going to Epic Wings since before I was born, when it used to be formally called Wings n Things. They were so good and reasonably priced, but as the years went on, they’ve consistently gone down in quality. I still come here with my family, albeit not as much. Still tasty but not as good as they used to be.

This was my first time coming to this location & I waited 45 minutes for 2 combos. Multiple orders were being taken and given out within the time I was here. I will not be coming back. This is ridiculous.

Worse epic wings ive been too, ive ordered here a couple of times when Im in murrieta. I get the pizza sticks and it is absolutely disgusting. It is squished up and looks like someone physically squishes it and throws it on a box without no care. I do not recommend this place cooks are a bunch of careless workers

Tonight I visited your location after work only to be in line and have an associate young curly hair yell out “ this is our last customer “. Didn’t ask who’s in line for pick up who needs to order. I’m already in line - when I asked I’m told sorry it’s a busy Thursday “ ok I’m inside your location before you closed and you just say hey that’s it we’re done “ if I’m in line waiting and you wanted to close early maybe someone should be at the door explaining before people get in line

Service is not what it used to be. I walked in to place a to go order and the girl asked for my name and then said nothing after I paid and she handed me the receipt so I figured she'd call my name once my order was done. About 8 mobile orders walked in to pick up their order and 30 mins went by and I was still waiting. Finally another guy came in and ordered to go and the girl told him 15-20 mins. As soon as I heard this I went up and asked if they called my name and she said "oh yeah" and handed me my order right away. She never called my name. She never told me a time frame to come up and ask for my order. She lied about calling my name, because I was paying attention the whole time. When I got home my food was COOOOOLD.

Service was terrible. Employees lack communication with customers. I waited 1 hour for my food just for a worker to ask me about my order. He then tells me they forgot to call it out. One hour long wait for cold food because of their incompetence. You’d have a better time watching grass grow than going to this place.

Been coming here since wings, and things in 2015. This place has gone to hell since the change. I ordered a single meal stripes extra wet mild, and my girl food over the phone. They told me it would be ready in 20-25 min. I showed up in 15 min, and got home, mind you I live 8 min away. My food was cold, almost like it’s been in the refrigerator. I’ve never left a bad review I don’t think, but this will be my first. I had to heat it up in the microwave. I know the owner will see this, and write the same bs that he does on every other bad review on here, but I will never come back to this location again, also the lady I left a tip for at the front acted like she was doing me a favor.

On Friday, I placed an order and went to pick it up. When I returned home, I realized that the worker didn't put the lids on the food and sauce was all over the food, bags and my car. When I reached out to management he said he would speak with his workers on putting the lids on the food. Very disappointing for 50 bucks worth of food.
