Got late night blizzards with my daughter to celebrate her 4.0GPA... she was failing 2 months go!!
UPDATE: THE MANAGER CALLED, WAS VERY KIND AND RESPECTFUL, EXPLAINED TRAINING OF HER CREWS AS HAVING JUST TAKEN OVER THE STORE, AND REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. MARIA REALLY DESERVES 5 STARS FOR HER SERVICE AND GENEROSITY. THANK YOU MARIA AND TEAM, YOU REALLY TURNED THINGS AROUND WITH THIS EXPERIENCE. Original: I ordered a chicken strip basket, two milkshakes, and a blizzard. They initially forgot the basket entirely. Then when I received it, the basket didn't have its toast. The blizzard was cookie dough bites in a cup and a pile of ice cream, missing the chocolate syrup and not blended. I had to go back because it was so far away from what we paid for that it wasn't even just something able to be overlooked. They took back the cookie dough and ice cream and replaced it with the blizzard I ordered. Then the lady explained that the chicken strip basket doesn't come with toast, so she was giving it to me "for free" because "they forgot the syrup in the blizzard" (while dismissing the fact that I wasn't even given my blizzard in the first place). I was noticeably confused being that we've been ordering baskets for 30 years- apparently in addition to messing up the order in the three ways listed, she also rang me up for a chicken strip meal deal instead, which doesn't come with toast, and also dismissed that, acting like she was doing me a favor by giving me the toast I ordered "for free". It's not free when there's additional time and energy invested, my time is money, and all the while our fresh food is becoming no longer fresh- losing value. So in that way I lost money, in addition to completely having received the wrong order while they acted like they were somehow doing me a favor. If you were doing me a favor, you would have made it right by offering me a compensation for my extra investment involved in getting my order, that should have been correct the first time.
Everything was pretty good. Attendees need to check the ice machine better. It caused several people to have to go back to the counter to get ice for their drinks.
Went through drive through, worth waiting a bit longer since they cook food orders fresh. 4 stard since I didn't go inside.
Small but cozy, the lighting inside is darker than most fast food places, which was nice. Employees did a lot of talking that didn't have a lot to do with working and a lot of them were leaning on the counter. No cell phones were out though! Blizzards haven't changed much since 1995, except the ingredients are always at the bottom of the cup.
How are the mini blizzards $5.60 now? Way too expensive to eat there anymore. The staff was fast, so these star don't go against the staff, they go against corporate.
This is the second time I have been disappointed about a dipped cone at this location. The first time I thought it was just a fluke. Vanilla ice cream had a very thin coating, so the nice server tried to dip it again. It did not work it still was a light very thin coating. She was nice to change it to a chocolate dipped in chocolate cone here is the result. Is this a problem with the chocolate dipping sauce?
If you want to feel ripped off, come here. It's definitely not worth the energy or money to come here. See picture 5.50 for a chili cheese dog with out cheese?? I ordered a chili cheese dog and a burger patty for my dog. They weren't able to just sell the patty because they didn't have a manager. I would have given this place 5 stars because the girl ended up giving my dog a patty they had an extra of. The problem was my chili cheese dog didn't have cheese and when I asked for some I could see they were laughing while pointing at me. They should focus on reading the orders instead of joking.
I went in two different times on Valentine's day. Both times the counter was left unattended doordashers were ignored and because the doordashers were ignored so were the customers that were walking in to make orders. I don't know who's in charge at night but watching a bunch of teenagers joke around have fun and screw around with their mics instead of staying at the counter talking to customers and begging food is upsetting. Being that I wasn't a teenager that long ago I completely understand but a sense of urgency should always be at the forefront of the minds of these kids. Otherwise only have adults work these shifts and send these kids home.
Literally got our whole order wrong and it’s just nothing but vanilla ice cream when we got in M&Ms there’s no M&Ms probably about five the other blizzards we got just nothing but vanilla ice cream and the fries was not even cooked a waste of our 40+ dollars
They forget parts of orders n drinks check everything is there before you leave but food is good
If I could do no stars I would. Staff just standing around. No one helps you. Stood alone in front of the register for 15 min to take order. Then waited over 45 min for my order which was 3 blizzards. And literally 3 others waiting. Just terrible. What is going on? The cook in the back threw the box off chicken out, yelling at the other girl that was walking around. This place is terrible. Don't go there. No air conditioning inside, so it's so hot. We tried the drive thru but sat there for so long, we thought it was broken, which is why we came inside.
You wait forever for someone to take orders I. The drive thru. Lady in front of me had to honk her horn for attention. Run. Run fast. Wendy’s is just across the street and they have great service. Baskin and Robbin’s also close by. If Dairy Queen can’t give good service then people will go where they do get good service
It’s really annoying when you go to the drive-thru and the employees are messing around to the point where you have to repeat yourself numerous times and just gets to the point where you say forget it and leave. I know it’s hard to find help but good Lord. Now I remember why I never come to this location
Very poor experience. Here’s some advice…If you know you get swamped on Sunday afternoons “Keep enough staff on to be ready for the overload of customers’! It’s unacceptable to be told “We have a lot of orders” to justify why mobile orders aren’t ready at the time when they’re supposed to be ready for pick up. SMH The manager should to reprimanded when he/she doesn’t take care of unhappy customers. Never coming back to this dive! Oh! And I did file my complaint accordingly!
It seems to be just about every fast food chain. In general, I visit lately. It takes 20 to 30 minutes to get through the drive trough lane, people take forever at this D.Q, there's no exception I was sitting in the drive through for twenty minutes when I placed a mobile order online and still sat in line and waited twenty five minutes for my order, plus at the same time upon getting to the register find out they dont have hot dogs to complete my order, so I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes for them to change out the hot dog for a burger, why do we even have apps to use for faster service when it still takes a freaking hour for food at a fast food restaurant!! And then on top of that they can't do a refund, because there's no manager on duty
The blizzards have gotten expensive but there was a deal in the app for $0.85 for a small blizzard with a purchase. I placed an order on the app at 8:05pm and the app said the order should be completed by 8:21. It is now 8:40 and there is no sign of my blizzards. I have no clue how it could take so long (no line to checkout) but I would NOT recommend coming here unless you plan to wait!
Worst DQ experience ever! Waited over 35 min for a mobile order!! Walked in and didn't even get acknowledged. Then told us they didn't have the blizzard we ordered. Maybe don't put it on the menu then? People kept coming in to order after us and then receiving their food over and over again while we were just standing there. Watched employee's chit chatting and standing around gossiping. Watched one employee stuff his mouth with chicken strips in fries and lick his finger then package our food without washing hands or gloves. DISCUSTING! We are incredibly disappointed in our experience and weren't even offended reimbursement.
Waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledged, as staff were more interested in chatting amongst themselves. Then, waited a full 25 minutes for 3 simple ice cream orders. Multiple customers were complaining about the excessive wait times and poor service. The counter staff was completely inattentive. This level of service is unacceptable.

I had high hopes for a nostalgic treat, but instead, I left feeling utterly betrayed by this once-beloved chain. Atmosphere: 1/5 Upon entering, the first thing that hit me was the overwhelming smell of stale grease. The dining area was a chaotic mess—tables covered in crumbs, sticky floors, and a general sense of neglect. It felt more like a fast-food wasteland than a place to enjoy a meal. The decor looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1980s, which would be fine if it were clean, but alas, it was anything but. Service: 1/5 The service was painfully slow and disorganized. I stood at the counter for what felt like an eternity while the staff members chatted among themselves, seemingly oblivious to the growing line of frustrated customers. When I finally placed my order, the cashier barely acknowledged me, and I was left feeling like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. Food Quality: 1/5 When my food finally arrived, I was horrified. The cheeseburger was lukewarm and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The bun was stale, the patty overcooked, and the toppings were wilted. It was almost inedible. The fries were soggy and lifeless, resembling something you’d find at the bottom of a trash can. Then came the Blizzard—my last hope for redemption. What I received was a melted mess that tasted more like sugar than anything else. The supposed “chunks” of Oreo were few and far between, and the whole thing had the consistency of a smoothie left out in the sun. I was genuinely shocked at how bad it was. Cleanliness: 1/5 The restroom situation was even worse. I walked in to find a disaster zone: overflowing trash cans, no soap, and a lack of basic cleanliness. It was appalling, to say the least. If this is how they treat the dining area, I can only imagine how they handle food safety. Final Thoughts: This visit was an absolute train wreck from start to finish. Dairy Queen has let its standards plummet, and I’m not sure how they can recover from this. If you’re looking for a satisfying meal and a pleasant experience, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this location. It’s a shame to see such a once-great establishment fall so low. I left feeling angry and disappointed, and I doubt I’ll ever return. Avoid Dairy Queen at all costs—your taste buds will thank you. Feel free to adjust any details as needed!
I just got home after being out shopping. So I was near Dairy Queen so I called my husband and he suggested that I stop and get him something to eat. I asked questions while ordering And I asked for a bacon cheeseburger Double patty without No Onions and No Ketchup No Mayo and instead I got Double Cheeseburger with everything on it. I tried calling and no answer. Really I paid for a burger that I didn’t want plus No Bacon that’s what is even worse. Oh wait no receipt 🧾 that’s insane. At least I got kid’s chicken strips meal and my husband what he wanted. Oh what’s sad is the kid who took order repeated my order 😠
