I go here as often as I can...I don't live close. But every time I go they r always friendly, my order has never been wrong...even when they have been super busy, and I love that it's like the old time car hops!!! Wish they would open one in Mountain Home already! 😭

The menu is evtensive and I always offers spedcials. The soft pretzel with cheese sauce is outstanding as is the frito chili pie. The servers are polite and friendly. My favorite fast food.

Love sonic in general, and as far as service goes this one is probably my favorite. My car broke down in the drive thru once and they helped me move it out of the way and let me leave it there in a stall until I could get it later that day. And they're always super fast, extra bonus.

I really love Sonics breakfast burritos. I eat them for lunch often. I also really like their ched r peppers. Not many places put cheddar cheese in their jalapenos poppers. It's a nice change. I wish there was a text message feature to tell me when the deals were happening.

The order ahead app is extremely user friendly and very convenient. Figure out what kids want ahead of time, order, drive there, enter stall number, food arrives. So great! Also, there are often perks for using the app like food or drink discounts. Best ice too.

Make sure to send a direct tip to their cooks !! Ask for Adam he’s the best! He will make sure your order is right! They are the ones who does all the really hard/rush work to get all the food ready/prepared! So they deserve the tips more than the person that just carry the food out!

We were new to Sonic when we stopped by while on vacation, and we had a couple of great experiences. For what it is trying to be, Sonic does a really nice job. We visited a couple of times over a week. In our opinion, the burgers and fries were solid step up from the typical fast food burger chains. We do crave some ice cream from time to time, so their sundaes and "Blasts", which are like a think shake with extra flavors like M&Ms or cookie dough, scratch that ice cream fix itch when you have one. The drive-in setup is very Covid friendly and the service was fast and efficient. Overall, we had really good experiences there and we'll continue to visit them when we need something quick while on the road.

The double cheeseburger was delicious and the shakes were good and weren't watered down like the Ustick location. The only complaint is the cherry didn't taste good. Service was fast and friendly. I love the atmosphere. They have a lot nicer tables than the ones that I've seen at Ustick and Glenwood locations. One of the tables and part of the ground was dirty and bathrooms were dirty that's why only a 4 star instead of a 5 star.

Decent drive in with decent food, multiple things were wrong with my last order (who puts m&ms on a Reese's cookie dough blast?) but nothing seriously wrong, everything tasted great still, and generally everything goes pretty smooth here

My drinks sometimes aren't mixed enough at this location. I ordered a cherry limeade slush, and got a cup with the bottom full of syrup and the top full of shaved ice. Have you ever tasted straight lime/cherry syrup mixed with an actual lime? Not the best! They did replace the drink and provide me a coupon for free ice cream, however the coupon only works at one location and was denied at others.

I have always had good luck at this sonic. They are pretty quick, and have never messed up any of my orders. They sometimes can rush you through the ordering process, and have gotten the wrong size on my drink before, but that was more of a miscommunication. The strawberry Limeade is my favorite thing ever, and I love that they give you fry sauce without even having to ask usually!

Look, the owner is a very good guy. The concept is solidand the food is basic fast food fare. I know the concept has struggled and the food quality has changed. I miss the good old days when I chose mustard or not. When Sonic gets back to basics they will reinvent themselves and be fabulous again

It's a typical Sonic Drive In with the usual offerings. The service does not stand out from other places and the food is decent. One benefit is the lack of customer traffic in the evening hours after 7PM or so. It's fairly dead, so easy to navigate and quick to receive food. Beware, however, if you're a Sonic Fry Sauce lover, it's $.05 per container. I've never been charged for fry dance before until I visited this location.

Sonic isn't my favorite fast-food place, but the staff are always friendly, even during peak hours. The grounds seem to be in decent shape too. Biking distance from campus and half price shakes in the summer!

We LOVE Sonic. This one was a bit different in that it was drive thru only ... they had the drive in stalls roped off. I assume it has something to do with the Corona virus, but we have been at others in the area that allowed u to park and eat. Anyway, hamburger was as awesome as always but the tots were kinda cold. Drinks were great. Service was great. Line moved pretty fast.

What was good just got better. There is obviously some new employees at this location. My orders have not only been correct multiple times in a row, but the positive attitude of the employees makes my day. A shout out to Cooper who delivered my order and gave me a heads up on how I could order my custom burger more easily. Keep it up!

I ordered a smashburger with tater tots and a drink. The burger was just okay and the tater tots were too salty. I wish places would just let us salt our own tots and fries. The food came quickly. I was not able to pay on the order board because the screen stayed blank. I mentioned this to the person who brought my food and he said that they needed to repair the board. If the franchise owner of the property is aware of the problem why hasn't the board been repaired? I sat on the patio to eat my food. the table was clean.

The tea in Meridian and on Ustick is terrible... bought 4 route 44's 3 times and had to throw all of them away. Sonic on Overland and the one on Emerald St. has good tea most of the time.

Disappointed. I was just at the Sonic on Garrity and Franklin. I ordered a 5-piece chicken tenders and got 4. Next thing, I ordered onion rings and received cold fries, which I don't care for. It will be sometime before I go back, and I think that they have the best onion rings in town.

Ordered 2 milkshakes. The person taking the order acted like English was her second language. It clearly was not. She couldn't understand a chocolate/peanut butter shake and a cookie dough shake. Had to repeat it several times.

Severely understaffed. There was one person taking orders and running them to cars. Obviously stressful for them and everything took a little longer. They were working as hard as they could; management needs to learn how to properly schedule staff and/or hire more people.

I want so badly to love this Sonic. Today was the final straw. Whenever I order on their app, my food is consistently not correct! I find it odd that the app gives the option to customize your order, but those customizations don't seem to be acknowledged by the cook of the day! Do better!

Was told they are closed because the managers have not showed up yet to open!! Then was told to have a good day as I'm driving away hungry to work! Went thru the drive thru. Carter was very rude. We ordered an item that was priced at $1.50ish, but were charged $5+. We tried to point out the discrepancy, and Carter told us "that's what my computer says" and closed the window before we were able to finish speaking. The reason the price was wrong is because the order was wrong. If Carter hadn't been so rude, he would have been able to fix the problem. Instead we got the wrong food. Had to turn around and show a reciept. Manager fixed it, no worries. Hey Carter, how bout' some people skills bud?

Honestly, I've eaten at Sonic twice. And in all my 47 years, I have two places I now swear I will NEVER eat at again. SONIC is one of them. The fries were cold, the popcorn chicken was so hard I couldn't even bite through them. The onion rings were "ok" but for almost 4 bucks, they shoulda been better . The milkshakes were even sub-par. Tasted so fake!

Everytime I go to this location I am late getting back to work. They are slower than the average slow Sonic service. Food is good but not worth losing a good job for. Only go if you have all day for their A team to get your order done or correct.

The time is 8pm. We ordered online. When we arrived we waited about 7-10 minutes only for a young man to come out with just 2 drinks and a receipt that clearly had our food on it. He went back in and got it however, we ordered the Garlic Butter Bacon Burger (only available in the app) but what we received was a patty with cheese, garlic butter, and bacon, on TOAST. Not on a bun, and with no grilled onions. They were made incorrectly but we were at that stage of being hungry we just ate it. Just be wary that if you order something special, they may not make it correctly. And after reading previous reviews it seems like after 8pm this store really starts lacking. Like really lacking.

Was disappointed. Never had this problem at any other Sonic. Burgers were overcooked, dry and crunchy. Burgers are not supposed to crunch! Asked to hold tomatoes on one and no cheese on the other. Both burgers had everything. Also the tots were disgusting. They were hard and soggy.

Joseline was so terrible. Pretty sure that was her name. Very impatient and condescending. Didn’t do any of the normal pleasantries like “hi is this for Isaac?” or any other kind of introduction. Just heavy sighs with each item she handed me followed by some weird comment to the tune of “don’t park here again. See that great big sign that says mobile orders park here? "If there is half a star do that." This has by far been the worst fast food experience of my recent memory. My homie and I went to sonic to partake in their $.50 corn dog Thursday. We were beyond excited about this. I got the flyer on my previous sonic visit early this week. Once again, we were super stoked. We ended up ordering 8 corn dogs, 1 buffalo chicken dunkin' sandwich, 1 watermelon orange frozen limeade with poppin' candies, 2 honey mustard and 2 barbeque sauces. Still super pumped up at this point. So we end up waiting what felt like 38 minutes but more realistically 23 minutes. We received: 8 soggy ass, sorry ass, worthless excuses for corn dogs of probably all time, 1 PARMESAN chicken dunkin', which first, being the wrong sandwich and second, every portion of the sandwich was soggy, the bun has a weird gummy soggyness to it, the chicken patty thing was as if "you took it out of the freezer and soaked it in water then squirted Italian salad dressing on it". 1 watermelon frozen limeade with poppin', they forgot the orange flavor, but it was still good. They also forgot the honey mustard and barbeque sauce. I mean what the eff. We get home and proceeded to eat the said, gross ass corn dogs. We made the executive decision to put the corn dogs in the toaster over. This supremely enhanced the experience of the corn dogs. So, thank you sonic for giving us the most underwhelming fast food outing of my generation. P.S. I'll be back for them slushies.

Usually dont have an issue with this location. But tonight it took a good 5-10 min for anyone to answer the red button, then we waited another 20 minutes after the screen said Alexa was on her way, then a manager comes and asks what on the order was wrong that the girls we're saying something was wrong on it, we hadn't seen anyone. We get our food after about 45 minutes it was luke warm and the shakes were runny from sitting. THEN they forget 2 of our drinks and that takes another 15 minutes. We were in a slight hurry after having a softball game and needing to drive back to mountain home so this was very upsetting.

Stopped in to get a quick milkshake. There were only 3 cars in front of me, and I still waited 25 minutes to get my order. The milkshake was only 3/4 full. The last time I went they got my order wrong and gave me the wrong burger.

I’ve been ordering sonic since middle school. I’m very pregnant and thought sonic would be good cause I wanted some tots. I ordered a cheeseburger with extra cheese, which came out burnt with no extra cheese. The tots I ordered were EXTREMELY salty and I asked the lady for fry sauce and even though I ordered tator tots and a corn dog, she said I had to pay 5 cents per fry sauce. Like I just have change laying around for that. I told her I have never been charged for frysauce and she was like “well it’s always been that way” which is false. I have been to sonic so many times since middle school and I’m not even mad about the change costing I’m mad because I ordered stuff that people use sauce with and she copped an attitude with me. I’m about done sonic.

I order from here all the time and today I received a slushie that smelled and tasted like chlorine. I normally world shrug it off but I am 9 months pregnant. The lady said she would look into it but I honestly don't believe her. She honestly sounded like she did not care . I love sonic but will not be using this one again. Imagine paying money to have your food and drinks taste like chemicals 🤮 and god forbid anything happens to this baby because it will not be the last they hear from me.

Normally we love Sonic. Last night our experience was disappointing. Our gal at the window never put her mask on until she came to the window, even though she was handling our food. She even handled our money and then didn't wash her hands. We also saw another gal back in the kitchen handling our food without gloves on AND had her mask looped around one ear. We will probably keep coming to Sonic in general, just not this one specifically.

It’s always something at this location. Poor attitudes, no sauces when asked, paying for extra add ons and not given. Then when nicely addressing the issue it’s the end of the world for them, eye rolling, and dreading responses from employees. Hopefully management cleans this place up.

Came thru the drive thru, asked a couple of questions about the drinks and was told to refer to the board. She was very rude and acted snippy and put out that we had questions. So we told her never mind and told her she didn't have to be so rude. So then called to talk to management and tell them about her and she didn't have much to say and after I asked her a question about it, she hung up on me.

Slow, crazy slow. Over 15 minutes waiting for a simple order. This is fast food? Update: was 2 stars, now 1 star. No fork with the chili dog, asked to get one but had to leave before the car hop could amble out with it. Never seen a hop move so slow. Sonic is usually ok - avoid this one.

Horribly slow service. The managers are always outside smoking in front of the store. Gross. The GM, Jocie, is one of the worst GM's I've ever met. She has horrible customer service. And she is very rude to the customers. And yes Jocie I heard your horrible comments about me when you thought I was out of hearing range. Very unprofessional.

When I showed up the cashier didn’t know how to ring up my order and then just confirmed without asking if it was good. So we wait for the runner to run it out and tell him about the mistake because there was an up charge over $3 and he had an attitude and told us that we would have to wait for around 20 more minutes because he made mediums instead of smalls and would have to re ring our order. Then when he re rung it there was still an up charge and he only remade one and gave us of the old melted shakes. Which was all sticky and dripping everywhere.

I ordered the chicken tenders and he asked if I wanted tots and I said yes he said oh they don't come with anything just the chicken so then I ordered a small order of tots and I asked for ranch dressing and ketchup and I got the meal and there were tots and an onion ring and bread and chicken tenders so I wasted money on an extra order of tots that I didn't need or want and he didn't give me ranch dressing he gave me marinara. A little disappointing to say the least

I've ordered from this Sonic about 120 times over the past year. Unfortunately, I have to say that they've somehow managed to mess up my order almost 90% of the time I make one. It's gotten to the point for me where I have to seriously consider whether or not I want to order from them or from somewhere else where I feel like I'll have someone actually putting in the effort to make sure I get what I'm paying for. I don't usually leave poor reviews for places, but after having my order messed up for the 100th time, it feels like I've given this Sonic my money for free and never gotten anything back for it far too much. I don't even order complicated stuff, and none of the other Sonic locations in the valley make this many mistakes. Please fix your customer service.

Food was good but service and speed were terrible. First of all they weren't serving the stalls, but there were no signs saying that, and it wasn't roped off. After a while of sitting there waiting, somebody finally told us we had to go through the drive thru. Once we got to the drive thru we had to repeat the order at least 5 times. The girl taking the order wasn't understanding what we were trying to order so she finally handed it off to someone else. The guy she handed it off to was only gearing the second half of the order so then he got confused. Once we finally got the order straightened out we pulled up to the window and it took FOREVER to get our order. we finally got it we tried to ask which drink was which, and the guy didn't even know.

When my battery died in the stall i asked if anyone in the store could help me jump my car. I have jumper cables on hand and the guy who came out 10 minutes after ignoring me said "sorry we are too busy. You'll have to call someone to come get your car." I had my daughter in the seat and it was 27°. Even while the parking lot was empty they continued to ignore me. I would absolutely rate a zero star if i could. That is just bad business and bad attitude

I am an Uber driver. I accepted an order to pick up food for one of their customers and was treated like a second class citizen. When I pulled up to the drive-through to pick up the food I was told to go wait in one the stalls and they would bring out the food to me. I had to ask the person which stall do you want me to go to? After 20 minutes I’m not getting our food I push the buzzer a bit confounded as to why we were not getting our food when the restaurant was not even busy. I was told rather abruptly that we would get the food out to you as soon as we can. I saw a car hop Coming out of the store thinking that she was going to bring me the food so I can deliver it to to their customer. She was bringing food to someone else. I was about 25 yards away from her so I shouted out to her saying, where is our food we need our food? She said don’t shout at me. Being 25 yards from her I certainly couldn’t have whispered it to her. The manager came out with our food and said don’t shout at my employees. I told him that the service was terrible and that I had to get her attention to get my food. Here’s the bottom line? He said my customers are priority one not Uber. this explains why we were invisible for 20 minutes out there in stall number 26.

Went to go get some "late night" drinks and mozzarella sticks at 10:45. They had already closed. Signs and lights were all off and cleaning had obviously already been started. Made eye contact with the guy in the drive through and then called to ask how late they were open, but there was no answer. I totally get closing >5 minutes early, but 15??

We were not thrilled with customer service tonight as we went through. The girl running the drive through when we asked her for a discount, she immediately had a attitude and was rude. I simple asked her a question of how come this is the only sonic that didn’t do the discount and she said she doesn’t know she just wasn’t going to honor it. Made me very sad how we were treated.

This afternoon I pulled up to the drive through and ordered some chicken strips and a large soda. When I pulled up to the window the guy began giving me the soda but noticed I was paying with a card. He asked if I had cash because their "system was resetting". I told him I didn't and he just pulled the soda back, shrugged his shoulders, said sorry and closed the door. I was dumbstruck. I understand that this happens but to make somebody wait in line and then disclose that you are out of luck unless you have cash is incredibly rude.

Unfortunately this location will be the reason I never eat at Sonic again. At least 3 times I have been here when they were supposed to be open, for them to only be closed or only working for door dash. Last night I went at 8pm (not an unusual time for dinner) and they turned me away for DoorDash even though I was ready to order with money in my pocket. Absolutely ridiculous.

Dont really know what the food is like. Waited 20+ minutes and never even got acknowledged that we were there. Even tried the drive thur and ended up driving off. They weren't even close to busy.

This was the WORST sonic experience I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I came through the drive through and were met by arguably the worst customer service ever. The lady who helped us started out with a simple “can I help you” in a rude tone which I was willing to shrug off as a hard day at work and was doing my best to be nice as possible. I put in my order and came up to the window where we paid and went on our way. As we were driving home I went to drink what’s was supposed to be a cranberry limeade slush, but instead it was a cherry sprite. So automatically I was a bit disappointed because cherry isn’t a flavor I usually pick for a reason. Then my boyfriend went to take a sip of his Powerade slush that was supposed to have cherry in it… no cherry. But either way we were already on the freeway home so we just kept going. When we got home to unpack our food we realized that my BBQ wrap (which was supposed to have NO Bbq, add mayo and mustard) in fact had extra bbq, mayo and pickles. My boyfriend had the wrap with xtra bbq, mayo and pickles so we unwrapped the second one assuming we opened the wrong ones… nope, we got two of his. So I didn’t get to eat my wrap because I don’t like bbq sauce, hence the reason I didn’t get it. Not only that but as my boyfriend was eating his wrap, he felt something weird in his mouth and spit out a piece of plastic (picture attached). I have never had a worse experience at sonic and am really saddened that this happened.

So my neighbor her 2 kids and I decided we wanted Sonic, mostly for the tator-tot and decided to order dinner. We ordered close to $50 in food to take home and eat. When we got home the burgers were completely smashed, the kids burgers looked and tasted like they had been under a heat lamp for a good 5 or 6 hrs. The kids wouldnt even eat them they tasted so bad. The tator-tots tasted like they were cooked and let them sit in salty old oil. All you could taste was salt and oil. When we called about the order employee gave us a lot of lip, like it was our fault. When we took the food back for a refund the guy was straight up rude and condescending.

there was a very disrespectful girl working the drive through, she used the nastiest tone and could not offer us what we wanted. hire some more mature people that’s ridiculous. nobody wants to deal with a snob.

Very disappointing experience. There was no one in front of us in the drive-thru, but it took almost 20 minutes to get our food after we ordered (& it was only a few items). The boy who took our order was rude & had no customer service skills, whatsoever. Our tots & onion rings were placed in the bag upside down. Food was not worth the wait.

The past 3 times we've been here. They've refused to take our order and said they're doing doordash orders only. Makes zero sense to not prioritize people taking time out of there day to drive over in person. Pretty sure they're just standing there playing phone games.

The staff taking orders at the drive through was rude and couldn't take a simple order and wasn't knowledgeable about offering a smoothy ice drink for a low sugar diet and didn't know about a strawberry banana shake. Just a bad experience all together. They're usually good, not tonight though.

Mobile ordered was allowed to put that we were into a drive up spot where you can order, they then told us to move. After that we waited for our food and we were missing two corn dogs, and all of our sauces after I then went up to the speaker and told them outside That they forgot our items and then they said we didn’t order it. The person taking our order was very rude. They had lots of facial piercings. I was not able to get their name. Just overall not a very nice person or experience would not recommend.

I used to get a slush from here everyday. But for the past couple of days, they have had the most awful mildew taste that I feel is a result from the lack of them cleaning the machine. I will not be ordering from here again. Its disgusting.

I ordered a drink and they sent me the wrong one which is no big deal so I called them. Just try to clear it up and be like hey like this is what I ordered. The worker on the phone was extremely rude towards me and would not accept that she made a mistake, even though I told her like the receipt was said that I had ordered that drink and she just kept denying it saying she hadn’t made one of those all day or had one of those sent in so just overall extremely bad customer service.

Don’t waste your money here. Been to this location 3 times now and will not be coming back. I never leave reviews but this location doesn’t deserve anyone’s business. They have the same tools and machines as every other Sonic but still fail to make the food right. I wish I could get my money back but now I know not to go back.

Waited 20+ minutes for 3 shakes (2 medium 1 small) and an order of chicken bites. There's was only 1 other car in the stalls and 1 car every 5-8 mins in the drive thru. Crazy

Ordered at the drive through. Had to repeat order 3 times because they kept leaving something out when reviewing. Got to the window and they lost the order. So I repeated it 2 more times to 2 different people. I only ordered 2 drinks and 2 sides. Finally got my food and they forgot my fries. In all I waited for nearly 20 minutes. Sorry but I won't be back.

Pictured are our desserts, a Reese's blast and a Snickers blast, in that order. The Reese's blast had just the hint of a flavor of peanut butter but no chunks of candy, and the Snickers had a few sprinkled on top but the rest is just vanilla ice cream. Absolutely false advertising especially when compared to the pictures of what the blasts look like online. Will not be getting dessert from sonic again. If all you want is vanilla ice cream, then this is the place for you.
