The cashier took my order promptly and was very courteous and expedient as I was leaving the drive-thru area to proceed to the customer pickup order area another vehicle cut me off and I fear that my order might be mistakenly switched by accident. However once at the pickup order window the cashier repeated back my order correctly and the meal was excellent thank you.
The wait time was spectacular. Didn't take more than 5mins and there were about 6 to 7 cars ahead of me. Also once I got to the first window the customer service was great and the 2nd window person who gave the food was great as well! All of them were all smiles and it left me with one as well!
This is a very nice McDonald's. Never have been here before and it was better than most. The young lady was trying and did a very good job. I'll definitely go back to this one.
The service was amazing! One of the employees Shelly was super kind and she work really hard to give us a good time.
Wonderful customer service, the nightshift manager allowed my wife to enter into the dining room to order us and our kids food after 9 PM, we had been hauling a 24 trailer headed to Arizona. And we couldn't fit in the drive through. 5 stars all the way
I enjoy always having my favorite food especially French fries 🍟 so much.
I had an emergency and needed to order for 80 people at 7 AM. The staff produced 80 sandwiches efficiently. All the sandwiches were made well and prepared quickly. Everyone was satisfied. Shout out to the AM shift here. They did a great job
Shelley is one of the best employees you'll ever have. She's always gives out an welcome and hello. She's concern over everyone order. Serves service excellence. All other staff are great to. Overall a good experience. I would say 4.8 for the drive-thru. I'm not sure why when there was no one in the dining room and only 1 car ahead of us it took way longer than when they had several cars and a dining room full of guests but they were at least nice. The food was as expected and tasted good. Unfortunately, prices have gone up which that's pretty much everywhere. They have a current special of 2 Big Macs, 2 fries, nuggets, and drinks for $22. Don't pass it up if you're looking for a good amount of food for a lower price.

Look, if you are judging this fast food to a nice restaurant, of course it is not 5 star. They got my order correct, gave it to me timely, and with a smile. Plus their fries are my daughters favorite; and let's be real...their toys in happy meals beat all others!
Brought my grandkids here for breakfast and Joselyn (not spelled correctly) took our order and was so very nice, patient and helped me use the app. While having breakfast here, the entire staff was very attentive to us and I really appreciated that. Keep up the good work.

First McDonald's I've ever been to that got my (well done muffins) Sausage McMuffins right! If the service had been better (20 minutes in drive-thru line with only 3 cars ahead of me - and no apology for the wait), I'd have given them 5 stars. I would go back though and give them a second chance.
Update: I go here regularly and I can tell they are really trying to provide better service, I added a star. They usually don't have the special pies every time I go there. The line moves fairly quickly. I ordered sugar free iced coffee today and kept tasting chunks and then I looked on the bottom and found a bunch of coffee grounds. Yuck.

25mins to get through the drive-Thru is rediculous
This McDonald's is like gambling. You're really rolling the dice when you come here. You're either going to get really fast and friendly service with all the food being hot and fresh and spot on or some of the slowest service and lots of mistakes. We've been coming here for over two years and our visits are never the same whether we go through the drive thru or go inside. Sometimes a 5 star experience - 15 cars in the drive thru and we get through it in 5 to 10 minutes with hot food. Sometimes a 1 star experience - 5 or 6 cars in the drive thru and it takes 25 minutes and food has to get fixed. I give them 3 stars because your chances are 50/50 here. Good luck!
Slow service period. Ordered with the app while seating inside and got my order 21 minutes later. Other times, i order with the app while waiting in my car and still the same long *%$ wait, plus i have to go ask for my food. The good thing the food was warm. Fast food?! More like slow food 😅
The food here is usually pretty good and fresh tasting. I recommend drive through over eating in. The drive through is usually pretty quick. Eating in is not recommended, most employees are posted at the drive through so you'll have to wait for someone to come to take your order. Employees are friendly though. The soda machine in the eating area is frequently out of ice or some drink or another and the cleanliness of the eating area and especially the restroom is very poor.
Tables were dirty and the lobby smells. Had to order at the kiosk and didn't get a receipt. This location is definitely affected by the increase in wages by having less staff on hand.
Paid $21 for 3 small fish sandwiches. Not worth it!

I haven't been to this McD in years. Same as usual, good service, nice people and NO SHAKES! This has been going on for 10 years. 10 years ago my family new HS workers here and they said they would tell customers that they ice cream machine was broken because it would slow down the line. Now they have a sign up saying that! Ugh. Last time I'll go to my local McD.
Never have enough people per shift. One lady is always on the run when we are there handling everything. We had fries missing but it was handled quickly. Another time we had ordered ahead of time and it took longer than going inside.
Went through the drive thru, got our order then remembered we didn't get ketchup so we asked for it and the gal barked back at us "your gonna have to give me a second" almost shouting. It was very rude.
They totally got the order wrong the first time. They replaced the meal and the second time it was correct. But the reason I used the drive thru was because I really didn't have to go inside and sit down to eat, and I had to wait until they could remake everything and bring it to my car.
Drive through person took my order than began talking to another employee. I had to interrupt just to see if she got my order. I pulled around and no one was at window 1 so pulled behind car at window 2. That car took awhile to get their order. Fast food is no longer fast these days
Calimesa McDonald's is awful fries are always cold and taste old. They don't wrap their food very well the sandwiches are unwrapped in the bag. I ask for my food made to order so fries are fresh but when I get home their cold and stale as usual so they lied. Worst McDonald's around!
Nice people but not staffed for a Saturday am. Started in drive thru and it didn’t move an inch for 5 minutes. Then moved inside. Machine to order/pay not working. Waited a long time for my order.
Way too much time in the drive-thru. Probably like 20 minutes. Again no ice cream and you don't know it until you're already in line. No wonder you guys are losing business
The food wasn't too bad but the actual service was HORRIBLE. The staff was completely calm and just casually walking around the kitchen like they didn't have like ten orders going. We sat there for ten minutes and everyone came in and out of the drive thru and two people came in, one to get the rest of her food and two to FIX his food. A manager came in to tell them to hurry it along and one of the girls rolled her eyes and SLOWED DOWN. It's ridiculous how much we've been in this specific store and it's always the same.

Honestly, since they added that fancy second window, it takes much longer to get your food!! Tired of having to pull over and wait in the parking lot (this has happened alot lately)for them to bring a hamburger and a coke. I'm not even getting fries. The last time my hubby and I went, they asked us along with two other cars to pull over to the side and wait. They lost our order as well as the other customers waiting. They brought us the wrong food 3 times. In the process they lost our receipts, so they weren't sure what we had even ordered. They ended up leaving us all out there for 26 minutes and never came back out. We all had to go inside to see what happened. They looked at us like they didn't know what we were talking about. One of the guys was really mad and asked for a refund. They wanted our receipts, but we didn't have them because they had taken them to fix the order. I understand we are human and mess up, but they acted like they didnt even care. The manager was unfriendly. She told them to make us a new order. We said, thanks went to our car and couldn't believe it. They had given us the wrong hamburger AGAIN..... we were over it and left. More than a few times in the last two months they have been out of certain food items. We have been going there for 20 some years. I've never seen it like this. Either the updated drive through has caused havoc or the manager isn't paying attention. If you ask her a question or tell her that something is incorrect She isn't nice. Whatever happened to the good old days when you were treated kindly because they appreciated your business. Customer service needs to come back!!!!!!

Waited over 30 minutes in a drive through line for 3 quarter pounders. They ran out of medium fry containers so they forced you to order a large for everything. I get the food. Fries are stale and Luke warm at best. I asked for 2 out of the 3 quarter pounders to be without cheese cause my kids are allergic. And sure enough there’s cheese. Than I figure. It’s ok I’ll get him something else and let my wife take the burger. She takes two bites and the inside of the burger is practically raw and still pink.?! Spent easily over $40 bucks and at this point never going back. Disappointed.

Just a big mac and 2 kids happy meals both with cheese burgers. I was asked to pull to the side and after 20 minutes I walked in and was treated like I was an Inconvenience. Our food was good but it would have been better if they remembered all of it.
Took forever to get a lunch order and it wasn't that busy but they might be given priority to the drive-thru. One lady waited 10 minutes for Shake and we waited almost a half an hour for a couple Happy Meals and a couple of regular meals
Awful counter service. We used self service booth. (Two of three didn’t have credit card readers) so we had to wait in line anyway to pay. Felt like almost 20 minutes with no one even standing at register. They forgot our orange juice. Overall disappointing.
I would give this zero if I could. Went inside because drive thru was a very long line. Spoon going inside you can see how poorly manege the staff is. Management should be ashamed of the service that it is providing to the customers coming thru their doors. Many people just walked out. The only helpful person was poor Shelly who got zero support dealing with everyone. Numbers were skipped, door dash was prioritized. I highly recommend any of the other fast food joints in the area over this McDonald's. Other places provide better service and at least appear better managed

I waited for ten minutes for anyone to acknowledge that I was standing at the window to order with at least four employees seeing me but no acknowledgement. Once I finally got my order in the food came quick but this place needs some serious training. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED AT THIS LOCATION.
Wow. Waited in line for 13 minutes got to the window and was told it'd be an additional 5 minutes for the deluxe chicken sandwich, said nevermind I'll just take chicken nuggets. Waited for refund and the 6 piece nuggets, finally got them, got home to find only 5 nuggets in the box. For a good example of how not to run a store this is the place to visit.
Terrible service!!! Don't go to this McDonald's. Where it's upper management, where are the owners that should be following up on these bad reviews? We ordered 3 Big Macs, chicken tenders, large fries. We were told we would have to wait for the the 3 Big Mac's and chicken tenders. If we could pull up to the curb and they'd bring it out..ok not a problem.We waited 10 minutes, never heard from anyone. My husband went inside the store to be told that they were out of lettuce on the big macs. Guess they were going to leave us out there till they got some lettuce??? We will never know. Got our money back and left and never going back!!! .
This particular location has now become the absolute worst...McDonald's corporate should be ashamed. Filthy parking lot, trash cans overflowing, lobby smells funny and looks like it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in months. Most of the time one of the two drive thru lanes are blocked off which causes extremely slow and lengthy wait times. Staffing isn't trained properly nor do they seem to care about anything other than cracking jokes and goofing around with one another. I walked in the lobby a few days ago and two staffers were throwing drink cups at each other behind the counter. They never stopped long enough to see me standing at the register waiting to order...after 10 minutes I walked out and went to another location. It makes me so sad and disheartened to see an iconic and highly respected piece of Americana such as McDonald's turn into a disgrace. I remember back to a time, not so long ago, where McDonald's stood for quality food, cleanliness of their facilities, and outstanding customer service. My review is not based on a single one time visit but rather multiple visits over an extended period of time.
Well first of all this place, when I place my order on the kiosk, getting ready to paid the card, but notice it there is no card machine transaction. So I had to stand in line to pay my order by the cashier. I told the cashier there is no paper to get my receipt from the machine to Hand to the clerk. The clerk trying to find the my orders on their cash register. There's no hand sanitizer is out. They need to be refill . When I pick up my order I notice I'm missing one chicken nuggets all I have is three pieces instead of four pieces. I will never go back in that restaurant, very poor service.
Twice I've tried to go through the drive through. Once at dinner time and once off peak. BOTH times I gave up after 10 minutes WITHOUT MOVING AN INCH. Probably Governor Neusome's fault, but this place is UNDER STAFFED. Do something about destructive California labor laws, McDonald's: you're more powerful than an idiot Democrat governor
This place takes forever to complete the simplest order. Even using the app 20 minutes ahead there is still a 15 min wait. Go to a different location and save your self the head ache
I have come to this location a couple times. Each time I do the food is not made right and it's cold and get old fries and then the employees are really rude to the customers. Today I went in and was going to order, when it was my turn to order I had asked if breakfast was still available and the employee looks at me rude and said " uhh no! Next person in line". Didn't even give me a chance to order anything else. So I walked out since it was made clear my business was not wanted and took my money and business elsewhere. I am highly disappointed in the way I have been treated the few times I had gone. Today was obvious my business is not wanted or valued there. So for those reasons I do not recommend this McDonald's location. It's a shame too considering everytime I order we spend at least $50 if not more.
The place is understaffed and filthy. Management could care less. Their only priority is drive thru and Uber eats. Very sad. If your running through to get a quick bite to eat because your hungry just know your 20-30 min away from your meal after ordering. If you’re reading this it’s probably too late.
Waited at menu after my order was taken line didn’t move for 20 min at that point I called the restaurant and asked if there was a problem ahead of yes the manager proceeded to yea there is we only have 2 people in here I explained well maybe you should have let you customers know this and they can choose for themselves if they want to wait or just close the dt blows my mind how manager wouldn’t make some kind of executive decision so customers are not waiting 20 min in a line without moving with 7 cars in front of them- far from fast food
Is been I while tha I wanna post this, every time I go there someting is going to make mad, I place my order online 30 minutes later still waiting, the soda machine is always broke not working, and when you guys are full tha is mostly all the time, the food is not cooking good you guys have to do something about it . I live in town and that’s my place to go, and is never a good experience
The store number is 10825. I was using the app for a daily discount. The drive thru has 2 lanes. I was in the right lane. The left lane was run by a lady who seemed prompt and pleasant. My lane was a boy with zero customer service skills. The last lane took two orders of drivers who arrived after me while I waited. Finally ready to take my order I tried to use my code. He told me it was invalid. He did not offer any way to refresh the code or fix the issue. I told him without the coupon and having waited for others behind me to be served first I would just leave. No hesitation he said "Have a nice day". Purely sarcastic. No attempt to fix the problem. This is the second time I have left this McDonald's without any food. I have never left any other drive thru like this.
We went in at non peak time, took over 5 min to get our order place with associate, only ordered 3 cheese burgers and med fry. Took 17 min to get out eat in order. Fries were cold from sitting so long and the burgers were not even close to warm. I asked for new fries and they did give me fresh up as I originally ordered. Been going to Mc Donald's for 50 yrs at least and this was the worst everything service/food experience I have ever had. The drive thru order I counted going out the window in the 17 minute wait for cold food was 9 to one inside....they were very disorganized, need some new training skills!

40 min wait and the old lady in the front counter was slow as hell handing out orders and taking orders. Oh but grub hub and Doordash gets to be #1 priority for fast service. By the time I told her how long we were waiting and got our food 5 min more waiting. My happy meal burger, fries, and other burgers and mc nuggets were cold as hell! But the 2 order of fries were fresh, but couldn't remake my other cold food?? So what the hell was the hold up if the food was already ready?? Fresh fries did not make a difference. Waste of $25 bucks, time, and horrible customer service!

I went on Easter around 7:30 pm and it was probably the worse McDonald's I have ever been in (and I have lived all around the country). First the women's bathroom was clogged and disgusting, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. When ordering the cashier was rude, I had to clearly repeat my order multiple times because he wouldn't pay attention (obviously dozed off). I politely asked for "no whip" on one drink and the entire staff started laughing mocking "no whip". I'm all for a joke but this came off more as making fun. Later, the drink area had gross used cups and lids all over it. Everything was sticky, I didn't even want to use anything there. I would of understood if they were busy but I was the only customer I saw them have the entire time I was there! I won't be going back, which sucks because I get a lot of drinks over there for large group outings. I'll be finding somewhere new. I would not suggest taking your family and friends here. Very rude and unsanitary.
I'm rating this a 1 star compared to other McDonald's. This one is closer to me but it's consistently awful. They're beyond slow and nearly every time they make me pull into a stall to bring me my order. 25 minutes for a couple mcmuffins is just not reasonable. Add to that that the english muffins are toasted only half the time and I think I'm done with this one.
Absolutely atrocious service. I sat at the order speaker on the right for several minutes even tho I was the only one in line. Then another car pulls up on the left and gets their order taken immediately. That happened twice. I said hello a few times with no response before finally getting my order taken. Then, I ordered Dr. Pepper and got diet coke instead and they didn't put a single napkin in the bag. I also got asked to park even though there weren't any other cars in the drive thru which isn't that big of a deal but on top of everything else was pretty frustrating. This happens way too often at this location. Need to stop wasting my money here.
Was asked to move out of the drive through line after I paid, and was told “it would be just a minute,” my hot chocolate wasn’t ready. I waited in the reserved area number one and watched car after car getting their food and drink carriers full of coffees while I waited and waited for my single hot chocolate. I was so happy to finally receive the hot chocolate, I tore the top off I carefully sipped in the anticipation, only to find that it was cold. Seriously, the staff needs to get their act together especially if these same employees are demanding more than minimum wage. If they are making more than minimum wage than they should put forth more than the minimum effort.
This location deserves zero stars. They are always so confused. Bad experience. Bad customer service. I went through the drive through. They gave me the drinks for my order and advised me to wait in a designated area for my sandwiches. I waited a total of 50 minutes. Saw numerous cars come and go. At the thirty minute mark I called the location... a gentleman advised that my order would be out ASAP. Waited another 20 minutes and realized that this location just played me like a fool. They are very inconsiderate, and lack basic good business practices. This McDonald’s location really sucks! Took advantage of my patience. I had to get out of my car and go inside to get a refund and finally left... with nothing. Wast of a drive through. I recommend taking your business elsewhere so that you don’t needlessly suffer. Ps. They are repeat offenders! Steer clear!
These teenagers are so incompetent it blows my mind never-ending the 40 minute wait like always at this spot but all I order was a cheese Danish something I literally thought they can't mess this up it's pre-made they just gotta heat it up and package it well... the packaging part seems to be the hard part I guess they put the Danish upside down like how hard is it to put something right side up
Very frustrating experience. I came to this McDonald’s because the website clearly says it closes at 11:00 PM. I got there 10:20 PM , and it was already closed—with cones blocking the drive-thru. If you’re going to close early, at least update your hours online. It’s really inconvenient and unprofessional.
There's always a older woman at drive thru in the morning with a accent she looks mad very unfriendly just not happy look I go there for my morning coffee and today I was asking for my receipt and she just slammed window in my face she looks so miserable unfortunately taking it at on customers lady you need a different job. Every time we come here our order has somehow wrong, or missing. We have contacted them several times to let them know, and have never gotten a response. We understand being short staffed, but not including a 20 piece nugget, all sauces, as well as several cheeseburgers is frustrating.

By far the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to! Nearly every morning I've tried to get a large coffee they tell me that there's no cups but the gentleman in front of me got a large coke? The employees are consistently rude and unaware of their surroundings in a kitchen or public setting. I've been sworn at for simply asking for a straw. ONLY this location immediately requires you to pull forward to drive thru stalls and tells you to park in them even though they're full. The older Hispanic lady who mainly does the breakfast during the week is the most incompetent fast food employee I've met. The order is wrong about 70% of the time. I will order a vanilla and carmel coffee and only get either black coffee or just one of the 2 flavors I ordered. I feel like I can go on and on about this location because I've had so many problems with them. While I'm writing this I've been waiting over 10m almost 15m for 2 chicken mcgriddles. There was maybe 2 other cars in the drive. I'm not sure how long it takes to make a mcgriddle but it ain't no 15 minutes. This location makes me never want to come to mcdonalds. They just misinformed their food runner of which order is going where. They have no idea what they're doing. After 17 minutes I received my food and it's COLD
Worst McDonald's location I've ever been to on a consistent basis. I've been here a handful of times because it's so close to home. If you're not waiting forever in line with only a few cars in front of you, there's a good chance your order will come out either not right or not even warm.
McDonald's has fallen in the toilet. Shrinkflation on the meal is horrible. Service is next to non existent. Forced to order from kiosk. Food was not fresh. I will not return
Ordered 4 meals and went to open the fillet of fish sandwich and it had either hair or fuzz from dropping the bun on the floor and still served it. Called to let them know and they didn’t apologize about that happening, just told me to come get another sandwich, like it wasn’t a big deal. That is awful that they serve food like that.
Sat in the drive-through for 25 minutes. Unfortunately could not get out of the drive-through once in and placed order. One ordering menu was down and vehicles were parked in the line trying to place order, but no one was taking orders.The server at the Window said there was only two people working today. One for the register and one performing service. Clearly this location is missing the mark and I would not purchase food from here.
Been to this location a few times now, drive thru is a miss for the most part, waited roughly 25 mins last visit from the moment the order was placed to receiving food. It seems to be the norm at this location. The employees seem to be either overworked or short staffed, last visit no greeting at all, bad attitudes. Giving food with command tone “take it”, no eye contact and no reply to a thank you. Customer service is non existent for a customer service based profession. I would steer clear of this location. (Fries were cold, this was right after receiving food)
The drive-through person is very incompetent, rude and nasty customer service is so sad she has this attitude front of minors screaming at me when she was taking the order and I request to speaks to the manager something the lead very sarcastic I ask for the name of the other person she reject to provided the names I ask to speak the manger ERICK and she said it’s busy y follow the next window the next representative same think I ask for dip for my nuggets and she get mad because the fist one PUT NO DIP (never ask) I hope you guys can do something with this matter 6/18/25 2:49PM order# 27 KS#13
So online order says ready 20 mins later get my food while many customers are upset cause all of the coke machines are down with no signs up and they still fill up drinks give them out like really not just coke all of the flavors this is at 11am so $20 hr? People lined up at counter coming back in to try get good coke idk who manager is but they failed
Currently waiting in line… don’t know how long we’ve been waiting in drive thru… not the first time they’ve been this slow. Why did i come back this ???? Smh
If I could give them a zero star review i would give them a 0. Their service is terrible.They never opened their doors on time There's not enough staff to help the customers in the lobby or the drive through and the manager is extremely rude. She is lazy and refuses to work and instead of working the counter.And the cash register, she decides to close the lobby down and close the doors.And lock them and say that she's waiting for someone to come in.
Let’s have a little pride in our work. The dining room is disgusting. The crew is unaware of the customers’ needs. They are embroiled in what sounds like very funny conversation. Shocking, they got our order wrong but at least their personal plans together are all worked out.
Waited for 45 mins for our food. Once we got our food, it was wrong. They forgot 1 meal. Waited another 15 mins only to get a half cooked meal. I was left in disgust and couldn't eat my meal. Worse experience ever. Last time we come here.
They are consistently screwing up orders. I ordered two burgers, one plain meat and bread only, the second a double cheeseburger no pickles no onions. All f'd up yet again. Burger One had cheese and pickles, the second was a single w/ pickles and onions no cheese. These ppl deserve less than min wage until they get better.
Came here on a Tuesday night and the drive thru staff was so unreasonably rude, one of the most disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I pray they get through whatever caused them to treat customers this way
absolute worst mcdonalds ever not only did they mess up our order 4 times but gave me hella attitude because i got out of the car and wasn't okay with cheese on my double quarter pounder that i asked no cheese and then they gave me bread with one patty with nothing like bruh thats not what i ordered not too mention the manager on duty gave me attitude and made it known that im a inconvenience to her and all the workers there i just returned the food and want a refund for the food i did not eat the workers were also making fun of me this isn't the first time they have done this to customers this place needs to be shut down
CHECK YOUR FRIES!!!! The last two times we have gone here we have left with oily potatoes, not French fries. The last time we were even told they were “waiting on fries.” When they brought them, they were not even hot. So what were they really waiting for? I’ll be going elsewhere for properly cooked fries.
Every time I come to this McDonals there’s an issue, there’s always a long wait in the drive thru and when you go inside and the workers move really slow and are overworked, customer service is horrible and they need more workers with better attitudes, but they obviously don’t want to be at work….the morale is very low in this place and that falls on management…..all the self service machines are disappointing….smh!!
My family and I have been driving for a long time yesterday and we decided to try the grinch. Happy meal we were very excited for it. We walked in first. We didn't get a hello or welcome. It was around 845, maybe 830, so we started ordering. Everybody was choosing what they wanted because everybody was excited to eat. McDonald's, because we were together as a family. So once we put the order for here a few minutes later, the manager in charge comes out and says, you cannot eat in here because we are closed already. It was at 9:03. I used to work in the restaurant. Restaurant, I used to manage a restaurant, and every time someone came in before we closed, we let them eat inside, we did let them know ahead of time that we will be closing at a certain time that we still give them the courtesy of letting them eat inside. Because they came in before closing time, no After we were done ordering regard our food. We checked it, we noticed the fries were cold. The chicken nuggets were cold. The chicken burger that we ordered looked burnt. Everything was just done like, oh not in a good way. And then I had ordered a ton of piece chicken. Chicken nuggets and a different order. And when I went to ask for it, she gave me an attitude and I told her the reason why you see it in the first order is because I order it separately. So she gave me the twinny piece. Chicken leggets also cold, my grandson. Who's 2 years old? Got excited or is happy meal. He sat on the table and started opening his happy meal to eat. She saw that and she came out again. Say remember, you guys cannot eat in here. You guys have to go, it's to go. It's a two-year-old we knew we had to go as soon as we walked out. She went to the door. And locked it very loudly, by the way, that was not a good experience. She was rude from the beginning. The manager in charge. She was not happy to see us there, not a good experience.
The employees are unsanitary. Picking this up off of floor then immediately picking up ice cream cone without washing hands. It took over 40 minutes to receive our order. Would have left but already paid. It was a small order. No more calimesa
Would give fewer stars if we could. We waited 20+ minutes for 2 black coffees. The team is chaotic and very unorganized. Management doesn’t seem to care either; the manager wouldn’t even make time to speak with us when we asked for a refund. Avoid this McDonald’s!
The worst in customer service experience. I always order the same thing at every McDonald’s always polite but here I they gave me my order wrong the first time, I reordered and it was still wrong young short guy was very rude I asked for a refund. When I asked to talk to a manger he said he was the a manager. He has no accountability and should not be a manager at all! Horrible place
VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE TONIGHT! a young girl with blonde hair and tall was very rude to me and MESSED UP MY ORDER! no help whatsoever giving attitude for what horrible service and messed up order👎
We waited 30 minutes for two regular meals and two kids meals. Ordered no pickles and specified again and still received pickles. Food was not fresh. Fries were raw and we ordered a large but only got a small size amount in the large container. Everyone waiting was frustrated and wondering why it was taking so long. A couple next to us ordered an iced coffee and got a sweet tea but with all of the cream and sweetener that the coffee should have gotten.
We ordered two large fries and had to take them back because they were very chewy but at the same time crunchy like burnt. Greasy and tasted like the oil needed to be changed. These are the new ones we got and as you can tell they are greasy and nothing like Mc Donald’s fries should be. They tasted the same just hotter which makes me think they probably just reheated them 🤮. I’m glad we are just passing by and won’t be coming back again anytime soon. Beware!
