Autumn was very professional and was able to take my order without any problem. The restaurant was clean the bathroom was clean and most importantly the food was delicious.
They had free Wi-Fi and the service was great. I used a coupon and they were ok with it. The soda was good. It was relatively clean, there wasn’t any cockroaches! This was my first time at a Carl’s Jr and I will definitely be coming back. Your friend, Sam

Pulled up to order took my time, wasn't rushed. Added extra cheese and Sauce was surprised with the shredded lettuce. Nice change of pace. Everything was great next time extra grilled onions, sauce, cheese and pickles. "IF IT DOESN'T GET ALL OVER THE PLACE IT DOESN'T BELONG IN YOUR FACE"

Had a late lunch here today. The Beyond Famous Star was char broiled and delightful. I opted to get the waffle fries which were pretty good. One of them had a fishy taste to it and I ended up discarding it. Otherwise, I had a great visit. Before I went vegan I used to visit Carl's Jr all the time. After trying Carl's beyond burger I'm definitely going to be back.
I've been eating here for years. The hamburgers are very good. The onion rings are not (mostly breading and salt) They have AI now for the drive thru which is very aggravating. They ask you over and over and over again if you want to order more food. It gets to me bc I've already said no 4 or 5 times. Just wanted a burger! Nothing more. The rest of the food they serve is very unhealthy... and I don't want it..
The computer taking the order has to go!!! Since the employees can't hear the order being taken they cannot start the food until the computer tells them what to make, and when I was there it took the computer 3 minutes AFTER we pulled up to the second window to finally spit out our order. The computer not only got half the order wrong, but it slowed the entire process down by at least 5 minutes. I've been coming to this location since it opened, and never had a less that 5 star experience until they started using a computer to take the place of an actual human. The only reason I scored my experience as high as I did, is because every team member stepped it up to compensate for how messed up an experience the computer made things from the very beginning. To the owners: if you don't go back to an entirely human staff, you are going to drive away every one of your customers. And we won't come back

Hit and miss when it comes to food coming out right and timely , regardless yesterday was the first time I experienced a rude employee over having to use the restroom , I DoorDash frequently and used to buy snacks there easy to grab and go continue on with deliveries I understand company policies as it's restrooms for customers only , I would have been fine purchasing a drink to use restroom but the lady was so rude just made it unpleasant (my apologies for asking) this was around 6:40 yesterday and I was waiting on an order to be done to be delivered for Doordash the lady did not have a name tag on but was Latin/Hispanic , I will not be asking to use restroom again nor purchasing my food to go , they are being paid for customer service not to be rude , I have always been polite at the store even when food is running late for delivery for Doordash which by way interrupts my pay as I get paid per delivery not hr. 3 stars are for the other employees there and hopefully she's work nicer with them .

Lastly, management decided that the ($4.50) onion rings should be cooked in oil that had previously cooked fish. I have noticed that as prices have skyrocketed, staffing has been drastically reduced. And as a result of that, quality has plummeted. This experience is not limited to this store. It evident in every Carl's store I've visited post-Covid. I've kept returning, hoping that each experience would bring back the original delight in the Bacon Western Cheeseburger experience. I give up.

Sad to see CJs succumb to inflated prices due to corporate greed. I got a famous star with cheese today but it didn’t quite taste like it used to. Maybe because of the lack of ingredients.

food tasted bland and fries cold, i didnt wanna use this ai thing they got people sounded like they had an aditude doing there job taking orders , sat in the drive through line for way to long with only one person infront of me who been here so long they shut off there car waiting . this place is just horrible and needs news staff that actually do there job
I went to the Carl's Jr's in yucaipa California and the shift leader was VERY RUDE

After dealing with a stupid AI assistant (your order isn't taken by a human), I'm finally able to order an El Diablo with NO SAUCE. I get to the window and ask for BBQ sauce. They say "got it!" And confirm no sauce on the burger. They confirm a second time I want BBQ after ringing me up and giving me my card. I get home. No BBQ. Extra sauce on burger. I try again next week, SAME EXACT THING. I got no BBQ on the side and Extra sauce on the burger. SMH
This Carl's sucks. Sad the dining area is practically just for looks. There's only one person taking orders for drive thru. Rude and slow. Back in the day Carl's would hire special needs employees and they were friendly and would take the food to your table and clear the table after eating.
My experience here for the most part has been good until on Thursday 1-22. I came here at lunch time and ordered a burger and a drink. When I pulled up to pay, the guy there was not at all friendly. No hi how are you... nothing. I handed him my money and he took it, came back and handed me a receipt. I had to ask for my $4.78 change back and he then he asked me for the receipt back so he could get it. Then he came and handed out my drink and burger which i said "thank you" and he mumbled "no problem". Come to find out there was no straw for the drink and no napkins. Burger looked like someone had a death grip on it when putting it together. To top it all off I did call the restaurant to speak to the manager about my experience and had to leave a voicemail. No call back. I figure no call back = no return to this location for me.
first of all, the AI is the absolute worst and got our order wrong. We know that wasn’t the workers fault so when we got to the window we politely explained to them that the AI got the order wrong. The boy working at 3 o’clock December 25th 2025 (Erandhi H. was the name on the receipt, not sure if that was his name or the other lady that talked to us afterwards) at the window SLAMMED the window on us while we were trying to explain the situation. Then we told the lady who came to help us after the other worker rudely stormed off and she ignored us. Overall rude staff and AI ruins your orders.
