Love the grass-fed burgers here and especially the keto burger bowl. Was my fist visit and we loved it. Come during happy hour, 3-5p if you can since burgers are half off! Great ample seating indoors or out.

Love coming here! The workers are so nice, and even more attentive then some sit down fancy restaurants. I had the "Son of a butcher" which was sooo good. We also tried the "Truffle burger" and that one was even better! (It's the one the arrow is pointing towards) It's only for a limited time so get it now. Last note, get the cold brew milkshake! I wasn't to sure about it but I loved it!

I’ve lost count how many times I’ve been here because I cannot get enough of this place. The food, 5 stars. The quality, 5 stars. The service, 5 stars. The options, 5 stars. Everything is exceptional. Their gluten free bread is amazing. Their vegan options are great. My girls love this place and it is always our go to. Don’t think twice about coming here you will not be disappointed. I love this place. Their customer service is consistently amazing. Thsnk you Burger Lounge staff!!

Great place for a perfectly seasoned turkey burger, which is hard to find. The patty was juicy, cooked perfect, just the right amount of seasoning to be good, not bland and not over powering or too salty, and the crisp edges are a delight. Restaurant is counter style yet the employees still come to your table after to check on you and also to help clear away plates. Restaurant was very clean, including the restroom. Staff was very friendly and professional.

I ordered the Lounge Burger with grilled onions and French fries. Let me start by saying the fries are some of the best I have ever tasted in my life. Crisp yet fluffy, and perfectly seasoned. They left nothing else to be desired, especially paired with the Burger Lounge's especially sweet ketchup. I never eat all the fries, but I couldn't help myself this time. The burger was also a pleasant surprise. The Lounge Burger comes with shredded lettuce, tomato, grilled or raw onions, American cheese, thick-cut pickles, and 1000 island dressing. I loved all the toppings but wished for a couple things. I wish they had been seasoned separately (a little salt on the tomatoes and pickles would have been 💯). And I wish the grilled onions we're chopped, more plentiful, and a little bit more caramelized. Left in ring form, they were just stringy and a little undercooked, so I missed that sweet grilled flavor. When I hear "grass-fed beef", which Burger Lounge boasts, I worry about dryness due to less fat content. I needn't have worried -- the meat was still super juicy. The patty was griddle fried and had a sumptuous crust to prove it. It was about an inch thick, and cooked to a medium or medium well. I wish there were more pink, but what can you do with fast casual. The patty wasn't seasoned well. I found myself wishing they seasoned the meat as well as they seasoned their fries. That, to me, was the biggest disappointment, which in a world with readily available salt packets, wasn't that bad. And the bun also gets a shout out for its freshness and structural integrity, which sopped up all those juices without falling apart in my hands.

His knowledge of the menu and genuinely welcoming demeanor made a strong impression—especially since this was our first time here and we stumbled upon the restaurant by chance.He elevated the experience and left a great first impression. What will keep us coming back is continued service like Rafael’s, along with the restaurant’s commitment to plant-based menu options, which is especially meaningful to us as vegetarians.For reference: our meal (an Impossible Burger, half fries/half onion rings, and two drinks) totaled a little over $20—roughly $5 more than comparable spots in the area.

I love this place because I am gluten and dairy free. Their menu has items I can eat and it's delicious. Plus my family loves their burgers. Dairy free milkshakes, oh yeah!

I found this little hidden gem around the corner from my work . So glad I did ! I’m really happy with the service I get here and the people here working are friendly . Very quick and efficient but most importantly the food is tasty. I love a good burger joint . So this spot hits me right where I need it. So happy to have this right around the bend from work. A very good burger right here. I had the double patty. It was perfectly juicy. Easy to eat. Not crazy messy. The patty had a rich meat taste. Fries were okay. I would say above average. But the fries were cut very short so I had to use a fork to eat it. The salad was actually very good. Lots of greens. Not soaked in dressing. I would get that everytime. The place has a good vibe, nice outdoor seating, pretty quick service

They got quite a bit of specialities: Grass-fed beef burger is the best, onion ring is crispy but not oily, and they got special cod sandwich! Picked up lunch here today, trying something new. This could very well be my new favorite burger place! The burgers are clearly hand pressed and cooked perfectly. The fries are sprinkled with some kind of garlic salt crack that is just delicious even when the fries get cold! Their onion rings are even better. We got their lounge burgers, mine with a lettuce wrap. The Half and Half gives you a choice between fries and onion rings. They have agua fresca available in Lavender Mint Lemonade and a Hibiscus Lemonade. We got one of each, both were delicious. I will definitely be back! They don't have too much in the way of outdoor dining due to their location. They do have a couple of tables on the sidewalk. Your best bet would be to order online and then pick it up. I was able to do mine through my mobile and it was available for pickup 10 minutes later.

We love Burger Lounge. The crispy edge’s on the burger are supremely good. We’ve visited several locations throughout California and truly this is our top place for a good burger. The BBQ sauce is excellent for dipping fries or onion rings. Wish I had the recipe to duplicate at home.

If you want real freshly made burger with quality grass fed beef, you will be happy here. The price is equivalent to its quality. Buns is freshly baked daily. There is a real difference comparing with other burger joints.

When I heard about Burger Lounge, I kinda thought that the atmosphere would look nicer and have long sofas based on the title. Guess that it’s just an ordinary restaurant when I came in haha This restaurant serves power planted burgers and dairy free milkshakes. It’s quite unusual to see an establishment that serves this kinda food. I’m quite shocked that they would fill fries and onion rings all the way to the top. It’s a large and it’s not really bad for $6.95 considering that it’s halves of two sides. The burger also tastes good too. I’m also disappointed that their ice machine I think it’s broken and one of the sodas is out of service. Also they don’t seem to fill the drinks from the containers, which they’re all empty. I don’t know exactly why they’re still sitting there. Other than that, it’s still a good restaurant to go to. Hopefully they fix the ice machine

Filling, well cooked, seasoned proportionally, great flavors. Walked away happy. A little too much sauce (aioli) if I'm being honest, could go light and only have it on one bun and not both. The sesame seed bun as you can see looks... Well... Not sesame enough? I mean.. Sparsely would be legitimate to call that. Fries were good, could use a touch more salt, and the craft sodas were excellent. All on all, a great lunch burger. Better than 5 guys for sure for a similar price point. If you only eat $10 and under burgers, you will be better off just going to in n out, but if you like a solid pub-style burger fast and well executed this place will absolutely satisfy. Great staff too, attentive, good people, well run. Came in at 12:15. Out by 1235. Dine in.

Walked around the Pruneyard shopping center, and this place looked the best choice so decided to have lunch here. There was a small line to order, nothing crazy. I was tempted to get their special holiday milkshake (some kind of peppermint flavor), but unfortunately they don't make these with non-dairy option so that's out. That's fine... saves me a few hundred calories. Decided to get their lounge burger with a small side of fries. Food came fairly quickly, and it was pretty yummy. I don't eat burgers enough to be able to say if the grass-fed beef tasted better, but it was tasty nonetheless. The fries were fresh, I personally prefer McDonald's crispy fries, but these weren't bad. May visit again if I'm in this area!

Service can be a bit slow but food and customer service is solid. Very helpful staff and great food. Onion rings are nice and crispy - not greasy. I ordered the Paleo (not pictured) but omg amazing. Also recommend the side salad - not small and fresh.

I gotta say this was a great tasting burger! The bun was nicely toasted, the beef patty was juicy, the bacon was crispy and the avocado added a nice flavor! Staff was polite and helpful!

The burger was okay, nothing spectacular, a bit greasier than what I like. Onion rings were soggy, in a cup and all separated. Minimum 18% tip option on the screen, which would be okay if we didn't have to wait 25ish minutes after ordering. They do serve beer which is a good thing, but the food and service isn't for me.

The fries and onion rings were good. They were crispy and tasty. But, the burger was dry, dry. It was cooked to well done. I should have listened to the counter, when he said to ask for it medium, but he said medium well was how they cook it, so I ordered it how they make it, how bad could it be? Not juicy at all, very dry, very firm, bottom bun was soggy, It is up there with some of the worst burgers I've had, but I was hungry so I ate it anyway. I spent $16 on a fries/onion rings 50/50 pretty good, $10 on a forgettable burger. Will I go back, maybe to try their milkshakes, not for a burger though.

This place has good burgers. But ordering for delivery isn’t great because they don’t pay attention to the details. Sauce requests are important and they forgot ours. We called to notify and the person on the phone said ‘thanks for letting us know, is there anything else we can do for you’. No offer to correct the situation. We live in Campbell and likely won’t choose this again. I’d expect great service all around. In store and delivery packaging. Ordered on 4/30 around 6pm.

This is specifically for the manager. I have always had a grilled cod sandwich here and today was served a pan fried breaded sandwich. Having ordered by Doordash and in person several times, this was the first time I received it fried. The server told me it's always fried, then the manager argued unapologetically and aggressively saying it's never changed but then adjusted to saying that I have to ask for grilled specifically and know that the default is always fried. No offer to make another grilled - just disdain and turning his back on me. I returned the sandwich and they never cared but I mentioned to them that if they feel like serving me a grilled sandwich that I will be here for a few more minutes finishing up my work. Then just before I had to leave, the guy who took my order came by with the fried sandwich and asked if there was something wrong with it...and I explained to him again the reason...then a few minutes later when I had to leave, he brought me a grilled cod sandwich; but given that I had no time to eat anymore and the likelihood of one of the staff may have adultered the meal based on their lack of consideration, I left it on the table and left. It's too bad because my kids love it here. But I won’t come back myself. PS. I had even added a tip of 18% when I paid for the meal. Shocking what's happened to service nowadays.

I ordered The Huskey double burger and fries, and I was waiting for it for 30 minutes. When I finally got it food was cold. Terrible experience for $25 (price 2024). Better go somewhere else.

Too expensive ordered a medium fries which seemed like a size you'd find in a kids meal food here is beyond over priced a burger and puny fries these days shouldn't cost. U near 22$ I could easily make myself ans still have left overs for that price

Be warned for those who order non meat pattys. I used to come to this location 2 times a week for a year and had multiple issue with staff including managers and chefs not getting my order correct yes I complained did not help. I just had hope. all I asked for is a Proper temperature serving and no dairy cheese and no thousands island dressing to my order. This place will not ever get it right don’t waste your energy. I visited again after long months hoping they would shift staff around. Issues I had, my ancient grain patty was on the cold warm side and added thousands island dressing to my party very lightly on my bun did not notice unit the Ancient grain patty fell apart . Plus they put a side of it when I asked for None, “ TIP” Tipping don’t help get your order right, hoping they would get it right for money that did not help. the really weird part was they asked me what is my allergy to thousand island. I feel things should not be around providing services like this place does That’s why iam leaving this review If this place can’t get that right what else are they doing wrong that we can’t see.
