Absolutely fantastic place. From the moment I called I felt like we were being taken care of like family. We were playing in the area for a basketball tournament and had a large team ordered delivered after our game. Jessika and her staff are amazing. Our food was hot, labeled, and most importantly delicious. Our team enjoyed every different meal they ordered from pasta and pizza to salads and wings. I can’t recommend this place enough. I was in town for my job and needed to take my break so I grabbed two cheese slices and a soda here. I don’t think I’ve ever been more happy to spend less than at a gas station for two excellent slices, great customer service, and a wonderful little restaurant. If I find myself out in Canton again and craving pizza, I know where to go from here on out.

The service was outstanding! Made me soup from scratch on a day they didn’t have soup already made simply because I was sick. Little Italy is the bomb! Penne alla vodka is consistently delicious. The sweet and sassy sauce is a fun and tasty addition to anything, especially chicken pizza. Vodka sauce is amazing, one of the best i’ve had and makes for a good “chic parm” sandwhich as well. If you’re trying to decide you can’t go wrong with lil italy!

Best pizza in the area. I'm a downstate native and the pizza reminds me of what pizza is like back home NYC style, super thin and your able to fold it. Excellent combination of cheese and sauce you can not find anywhere in this area. The crust isn't doughy like Sergi's which takes a definite second in this category. Great atmosphere and very friendly owners and staff.

This place was nice. My sister and her friend had lunch here after her graduation. The food took quite a while, but that may have been because of graduation day. I ordered a pasta with marinara sauce and meatballs and a side of fries. The pasta was homey, nothing too special, but it was filling. Even though we waited long for the food, the waitress was really sweet and apologetic and overall we had a good experience.

Update: After a mediocre first experience we have gotten delivery from Little Italy several times and have generally enjoyed the food. The pizza has been decent (Sergi’s quality) and the calzones and garlic knots are both recommended. The wings have been a major bust, however. They never put enough sauce on them, and once we ordered extra sauce on the side just to make sure they were saucy. The wings still came dry and they forgot the sauce on the side too! —- We started with the pesto bread which was fine but a little underwhelming. Delicious dough, feels genuine...calzone filling sometimes is undercooked. I highly recommend the mozzarella sticks, make sure you get the parm on top! Clean space, nice and friendly service. Canton Little Italy: My best friend hired this business to cater their wedding in August 2025. They began planning in December 2024 with this venue. The deposit required was 50%, but they paid 90% upfront to finalize plans. A month before the wedding, they reached out to confirm details and received no response. When the owner finally replied, she stated she was “busy” and later added unexpected charges for delivery and setup — costs that were not disclosed in the original quote. Understandably, this caused stress for the couple, who had already budgeted based on the original agreement. When they asked for a breakdown of what had already been paid for, the owner responded rudely, saying it would take her “hours” to prepare and refused to provide clear answers. When the groom attempted to resolve the matter in person, the owner raised her voice, used inappropriate language, and refused to offer either a compromise or refund. She also told them it was “on them” to figure out how to get the food on their wedding day if they did not want to pay the additional fees. On the day of the wedding, my husband volunteered to pick up the food so the couple wouldn’t have to worry. Despite paying the remaining balance plus gratuity, he was left to load 10 pizzas and 12 trays of food by himself, without assistance — as the owner and staff would not even have the decency to hold the door open. The food was delivered and had to be warmed up before it was even served at the venue. Thankfully, the wedding crew pulled this off for the newlyweds! This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and deeply disappointing, especially for such an important occasion. I cannot recommend this business for catering, events, or even casual dining. Transparency, professionalism, and basic courtesy should be the standard, especially in hospitality — unfortunately, this establishment showed none of these qualities. While I love to support local, choose yourself a business that is professional and has the compassion to work with you, one that is respectful and honest!

With sergis- They delivered it hot and delicious- people raved about their meatballs. Whenever I visit sergis now, I’m greeted so kindly despite how insanely busy they are. Sergis understands customer service where little Italy clearly doesn’t understand how they treat customers, will come back to them AND people will hear about it and not want to go. I was even told by the owner I “ruined their whole family vacation” because the weekend of my wedding was the weekend that they usually go. It was a horrible experience to the point I was scared to ever walk into their restaurant again

It's a complete crapshoot when they're open, don't go by anything online. Everyone has an attitude, don't waste your time.

I have no stars for this one tonight. On at least 3 or 4 times of getting takeout from this establishment, which includes this last visit, each experience has been sadly the worst. I now blame this on management as it is their responsibility to ensure that their service and quality is top notch. I can no longer waste my money on bad food and workers with no experience nor the ability to have some proper courtesy. If the owners know that they are understaff, it's their place to step up and follow through to make the meals complete and right. I had to pay for meat not put in my pasta dish. I wanted bread and since it came with the meal, I opted to not get extra. I got none at all. Extra sauce was ordered for a pizza roll but sadly missing. I heard from someone that the staff was worried this evening about seating the local College students for eating inside then to have a worker up front to assist with the food for takeout. Others were inside standing and waiting for their food beyond their expected picked up time. I have worked food service in the past, you don't always have to be fast but you should at least be right. We won't be back. In the ball game, three strikes your out and I gave your place an extra chance and you guys blew it again😠
