Good and cheap eats. Very friendly and efficient service. I've been to other locations before but this location's chicken seems a bit drier. I like that fact that you can go back and get more salsa. Overall, good choice if you want grilled chicken.

I ordered the 2 piece meal with brocolli, pinto beans, and corn tortillas. I had a side of the avocado hot sauce and the red hot sauce. The chicken was tender and moist, not dry, flavorful, and well marinated. The broccoli was not overcooked and soggy but steamed just right with a little bit of crisp to it. My pinto beans had a great flavor with a little bit of a spicy kick, which I love. The cashier was attentive and engaging. He was polite and had a smile when saying hi and bye. The speed of service was amazing, as they cut my chicken and got my meal to me quickly. Great experience at this location!

Chicken was good, but no hortchatas at this location. Kids wanted to go there specifically for that. Seats outside were not kept well, dirty, and lots of bird poops. Service was average or below. Went in and asked for more salsa because they only gave you a little at first, and we ran out. Gave me an attitude and said I already gave you some salsa before. Really? We ordered a big meal for 5 people and they only gave 2 mild salsa originally for 5 people. Is there a maximum 2 salsa limit?

We ordered thru Grubhub. We were missing the Original Pollo Bowl and the ranch dressing ordered for a Tostada. But what was unacceptable was that the Grande Avocado Chicken Bowl had raw chicken. We know the difference between white and dark meat and this was raw. Several pieces had so much red that we didn't dare eat it. Very disappointing. The quesadilla was the only good thing.

This place used to be really crowded but when I came in tonight it was pretty empty. Atmosphere was so so. I was disappointed with the food especially the chicken because it tasted bland. There was no salsa bar or limes. I cannot recommend this place to eat.

Came in today around lunch time (4/8/25). I ordered 3 burritos and a large mac. I was eating my burrito and almost dang near swallowed a chicken bone. Scared the crap out of me. Luckily I got the bone and not my kids. Pollo loco you guys gotta do better. This could of gone very wrong.

I have no idea what is going on this is the fourth time in a row I've gotten a chicken it is so overcooked and crunchy super dry no moisture Apollo Loco used to be so good used to have the best chicken now everything is so small the pieces are tiny pigeon pieces that are so overcooked super dry I am sick of it four times in a row and it's not cheap I've had enough no more disgusted

This has got to be The dumbest establishment I’ve ever tried to eat at. I called to place a to go order because I’m on my 30 minute break and they said that they don’t accept Phone orders except for catering. What about the people that have work but want lunch real quick I don’t get it. I just never went. I’ll take my service elsewhere.

Don't online order or order at all from this place. My order has been wrong every time. They forget to put something in every time. Last time it was a large side. This time it was napkins and salsa. Went in to tell the manager that my order has been wrong everytime and he didn't care. Didn't try to make it right. Should not be a manager.

I dont eat at any el pollo locos anymore. Not since they changed the broth in the CHICKEN tortilla soup...from CHICKEN BROTH to some beef broth. It totally ruined it completely. As for the chicken...well that can be bought cooked and marinated and prepared better for less at many other real Mexican food establishments. I'm sure their prices have jumped considerably now too, like most other places
