Id rate 5 guys as a tad better than In-N-Out, its just unfortunate that they're so much more expensive. For 2 customized burgers, 2 shakes and 1 order of fries we blew close to 60 bucks. Shakes have a bit more variety and are better quality- in addition to the usual vanilla chocolate and strawberry, you can get bacon, banana, PB, salted caramel and lotus biscoff. Some have said their burgers are bigger but IMO they look to be the same size.

The burgers are expensive but you get what you pay for. Just straight up delicious, the shakes are also great. Don’t forget the peanuts!

As with most things, I believe you get what you pay for though. For some people, anything that says it's a burger is acceptable as long as it's starch protein and some sweet toppings. A Five Guys cheeseburger is different in so many other ways. I couldn't afford to eat at Five Guys for lunch or dinner all the time, but eating out used to be considered a treat of sorts (to most of us) not a standard meal substitute. As such, I think it's worth the money for this kind of quality and taste. IMO of course. I like the food. The service is great. They specialize in preparing a few select items and they do it extremely well and get the process done relatively quickly. Pricy? Maybe. Worth it? Most definitely! The manager of this location, Josh, rocks!

Their fully loaded cheeseburger will leave you set up for the day. A standard portion of fries is good for two! Try it, enjoy.

Boss gave me a gift card .never tried before so I decided to stop in. We got strawberry and a banana milk shake and an order of their Lil fries.they were hardly little they were good sized fries and they were Delicious. Great totally different flavor. The milk shakes were so amazing thick real fruit inside. And they were quick and friendly and affordable. The restaurant has these boxes with peanuts in them for the taking...those were great too.

They still give you a LOT of fries. A large fry was more than the two of us could eat! The burgers are still great! Their outside speakers don't work, so if you sit outside on their patio to wait for your order, you won't know when your order is ready.

When you need a cheeseburger...Five Guys is it. Just like you would make if you wanted to stand over a hot grill, but let's face it, you don't and you always burn your burgers while managing to leave the inside rare...and obviously you also need a mountain of French fries which can only be achieved in a deep fat fryer...which let's be honest... no one is trusting you not to burn the house down....so Five Guys it is. They make it fresh, so expect to wait at least 10 minutes and there's no drive thru, and often the milkshake machine is down but it's worth getting out of your car and worth the wait. You need greasy, cheesy burger goodness in your life. Treat yourself...just don't sit down in your good pants, you might get greasy. The tables aren't always clean.

Love the food, but at this particular Five Guys, at least during lunchtime on weekdays, there are a couple problems. The first isn't necessarily their fault, but the parking situation here is awful. If you're hitting this place up mid-week, get there before 11:30, or park over at Lowe's and walk. The second is that they are a bit slow; at least compared to other 5guys I've been to. It could be they get a lot of mobile orders, but regardless, it generally takes longer to get my food here. Again, this is based only on mid-week lunchtime hours. In the end, though, the burgers and fries are fantastic.

I have to say, I am not usually a fast food Burger kind of guy, but I do enjoy Five Guys bacon cheese Burgers. They make it exactly how you want it, with your favorite toppings, fresh buns, and awesome fries. Can't ask for more really. My current fave is triple bacon cheese burger with grilled onions, grilled jalapenos, relish, and BBQ sauce.

One of the few places open late July 4th, 2019 (thank you 'guys'). Yes, their burgers are expensive, but arguably worth it since they're big and can be packed with many price-included trimmings. Good for when you're really hungry. Would return.

So yeah, great food, but it shouldn’t cost me twenty-five bucks just to walk away full and mildly resentful. If they knocked 25% off the price, this would be an easy five-star. Until then… my taste buds are happy, but my bank account is filing for emotional damages.

Very good burger, had mine 'all the way', fries are great. But 'sticker shock' prices for a regular burger, small fries and soda with tax was $20. Ouch.

I have heard alot of hype about 5 Guys everywhere I go. This is the second restaurant I have visited and the second time I have been underwhelmed. The price point of the restaurant is high enough to demand better quality, better tasting food. Hitting you at about 15 dollars a person for a burger and fries what I ended up with was a greasy burger and Cajun fries that were limp and more cool than warm when I received them. Perhaps the chain is better elsewhere I have failed as of yet to see why this chain is so celebrated. So expect 10+ dollars per person, I had no other customers in line and waited 18 minutes to receive my order.

This location is hit or miss, but usually pretty decent. The burger they whip up isn't as good as what I've had from Five Guys on the east coast, so it's not worth the price IMO. The fries are awesome when they get them right, so I don't mind paying extra for that, but last time they were underdone. I'll ask them to leave them in the fryer a little longer next time.

The burgers are better than average and you pay for that upgrade. The fries are the real stars of this chain. A "little" cheese burger (single), small fries and a regular drink will run you nearly fifteen bucks. For me, the value for quality doesn't quite make the cut for more than once or twice a year treat.

$20 for a hamburger and fries! No drink. Management at Five Guys appears to have decided that corporate greed is how they will run their business. In response I'm not going back. There are better quality options for less money. Now I know why Five Guys was so quiet at lunch time.

I love 5 Guys, but 43 bucks for single patty burger, a hot dog, 1 regular fries, and 2 drinks is out of control. Maybe it's just California, but in upstate NY, these are sit-down restaurant prices for my family of 4 at many local restaurants.

Eh. Honestly, this is just another burger place. I like In and Out's far better. I really don't know what the big deal is about this place. I think I make better burgers around home, and I am really not much of a cook. Also, their fries are cooked in peanut oil. They could increase sales by using a different oil, since so many people have peanut allergies or sensitivities.

We hadn't been in a couple years but were blown away by how expensive it was. Family of 4 - 4 little burgers, one little fry, and two drinks - over $50. Yikes. Our oldest son wasn't even with us or it would have been more than $65 for fast food. Food is delicious for sure but so is In n Out for about $20 cheaper.

Great burgers, but super expensive. You get all the toppings that you want but there is no low cost option, and no kids meals. As expensive as going to a sit down restaurant to eat. Free peanuts in shell to munch on while in the restaurant. They have a coke machine with all the different options you can choose. Bathroom was clean. This is a good place to take a date for some "fancy" comfort food.

Way too expensive. They don’t have combos so everything “a la carte”. Double burger was over $10.91 (it definitely was not Angus beef) large fries $7 Everything very expensive Burger patties were small Cajun fries very good flavor Burger Good flavor though (but not even half as good as the Angus burgers at Joes Crab Shack) Also at Joes burger patties are about 2.5 times the thickness and diameter so a double at Joes almost always fills me up I got a triple at 5 guys ($2 for the extra, small patty) I was only 50% as full as Joes Even a triple western bacon cheeseburger at Carls jr I usually struggle to finish and there the combo is about $12 with fries and drink 5 Guys ran me about $23 and I only got 50% full Won’t go to 5 guys again, Carls jr is better and equal or slightly better flavor if I want gourmet I’m only going to Joes Crab Shack

Been a big fan of Five Guys for a few years. Food at this location was good, service was slow. What bothered me were the high prices. ~$15 for a burger, fries, and a soda is a big turn-away for me. Will not come back.

The PRICES were so high! A cheeseburger is $11.50. It's not a meal just the cheeseburger! And it was a good cheeseburger, like an In-N-Out cheeseburger except I could have bought an In-N-Out cheeseburger for $4 bucks. Two cheeseburgers, two small Cokes and one small fry, $37.49.

Uninspired and Vastly Overpriced -- First time trying it and I really can't understand why a place like this exists when I can easily think of a handful of establishments with better burgers at significantly lower prices. $15 for a fast-food burger and fries? The food isn't out of this world, but the prices certainly are! I enjoyed the fries, but $4 for a "Small"? I'd rather pay $2 for half that size. Overall if they charged 1/3 of what they do I might return, but as it is see no reason to.

I eat there so rarely, I forget that their standard burgers are a double. I’m also not that thrilled with how their meat tastes so I’d prefer there was less of it on the burger. I would have been better off eating anywhere else (except maybe Carl’s Jr or mckdonalds)

While the food is okay the prices are kind of ridiculous. I had a cheeseburger with little Cajon fries and a large drink and the total was $15.81 Quality does not reflect the pricing as you can get a better burger at Outback Steakhouse for about $1 more.

Great burgers and awesome fries! You cannot go wrong. Try the Hot Dog. Update 4/2022: wow the prices basically doubled. Not cool when other places are surviving just fine without charging you your hourly salary for a burger, no fries. Will return when the prices have come down from the stratosphere.

Absolutely disgusting!! First of all they're not professional behind the counter,second of all the food is disgusting..cheeseburger With cold slices of cheese on it the burger itself was halfway warm the bun was completely cold And it was a disaster to look at!!!!! Way over priced for what you get for sure.... This is the first time i've been here and i'm never coming back!!! I will Stay with in and out burger.. $75 for 4 people to eat a burger. It’s actually cheaper to eat at a nice restaurant with full service waiter. No combos and overpriced to a level that makes me wonder how in the world they are even open. Good burgers? Sure. But there are good burgers everywhere in town.

Could not believe the price. I still don't. $30 for a burger fries and a drink. No wonder they have no customers. Do they understand people could feed a family for the price of 1 person meal.

I ordered ahead, guy messed up, order, when I arrive he tells me what I ordered, I hear lettuce and tomato and I reply “hold up don’t want lettuce.” He goes over to the burger sees it’s already made, comes back, I also add “I didn’t want tomato either” he tells me what’s on it a mile a min. I reply, ok these are the condiments I wanted, and tell him, he replies, I need to know what you don’t want on the burger. And I reply, I can’t understand what you’re listing off because you’re saying it too fast. He then proceeds to tell me, that he needs to take apart the burger and take off what’s needed to put it back together again. At this point I say, ya know what forget it. I walk away and I hear “WOW!” I turn around and say, I’m not going to want the food when you’re being rude….obviously if I list off the condiments I ordered, and there’s more condiments on the order, those condiments I wouldn’t want, now he could have listened and deduced and asked “so you don’t want lettuce or tomato but you do want relish etc. but that didn’t happen…you see when you order a meal for $25 I don’t think making a scene in front of 10 other customers is very appropriate. Perhaps you need more staff they seem a bit stressed. Or lower your prices if they are going to be rude and mess up orders.

I also feel like the napkins look like they're from the fair rather than a decent restaurant. I would recommend saving your money and going to In-N-Out instead any day over Five Guys.

I know i could grill up a way better burger at home and im no chef Ramsey! I ended up here because i missed the lst fastfood place. This is overpriced fastfood.
