It was a great experience just jumping back into Minnesota life and seeing and being home in my home state is just right looking forward to my next trip in!!!!

Soooooooo tasty. The meals are giant and really well priced for being that large. Service is wonderful, it’s clean and quiet, it has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Spectacular.

Had a wonderful meal and great service with Liam. Crab cakes were good. Champagne chicken was very good, and my husband enjoyed his steak tips. Yummy old fashioned and a butter cake martini.

Server asked if we wanted a booth and we looked to one side and she says you can keep looking but you won't get that side. Wow!!! Huge plates, too many spices on the pork. Atmosphere was just ok. For the prices the food should have been over the top! Won't recommend to anyone.

Was there for a birthday party i got the ribs which were amazing. My boyfriend however got the walleye filet. The entire filet was filled with bones. Very disappointing for a $25 meal.

First I would like to say, I'm not trying to bash this restaurant, I'm just trying to send a message to who's running this place. So many restaurants have gone downhill since 2020 and it's a pity. I gave one star for our excellent waitress. She was sweet and accommodating but unfortunately, she like the hostess, knew nothing much about the food except what was the most popular. The second star was for an ICE COLD, glass and beer!!! My husband was happy. We started out with the soy/whiskey wings. When they came out they were very very dark and shiny, which is not particularly a bad thing and they were piping hot! The unfortunate thing is that they were so SALTY you could not eat them. They literally tasted like someone dunked them in salt. We actually "left" wings on the plate! Who does that? Secondly, we had the bacon wrapped shrimp, which were again unfortunately pretty salty. The bacon was really really smoky. The third appetizer was the best and it was the tenderloin tips with the béarnaise sauce, which were tender and quite excellent. Now we go on to the Caesar salad which wasn't really a Caesar at all. It was big and loaded but it had that smoky smoky bacon and tons of shave parmesan which made the salad very SALTY!!!! The last course was the prime rib, which we both had, one a queen cut and one a king cut. Unfortunately, the queen cut was overdone and sent back. Both cuts were dry and flavorless and the au jus was super SALTY. The au gratin potatoes were also loaded with that smoky bacon and they were SALTY. So my message to this establishment is cut the salt!!!! By the way, I like salt.....My other observation is kind of strange but when you entered the restaurant, you couldn't smell the food cooking. All in all, I think the theme of my review is known now, so make your own decision.

Gave a 2 on review. Ordered a New York Strip. The chef cooked it as ordered so kudos for that but the steak itself was dry and totally lacking any flavor. I know it's not the best cut but wow that was pretty bad

Worst steaks I’ve ever had. Waited about an hour for our steaks. Tables that came in after us got their meals and a few even finished before we even got our meals. My wife’s comes out well done when she ordered medium rare, my steak came out nearly well done. My steak literally tasted like salt water. I think dennys probably has better steaks.

Stood in the front waiting for any acknowledgment from anyone for 10min. To be completely ignored. Not even a hello. Server walked by 3 times and management looked at us and said nothing at all. And they were not busy, maybe 5 tables scattered throughout the mostly empty restaurant. They have a sign saying please wait to be seated yet won’t even say hi or acknowledge you’re there. Sign also says reservations recommended NOT required. If you do not require reservations then your staff should be at least saying hi and we will be with you in the moment. Not just ignoring customers. 10/10 don’t recommend, not worth your time. Security guard was very kind though

I went to this steakhouse 2 weeks ago with my friend. Not only was the food subpar but the service was lack luster. This was my first visit to this casino and I was excited to try this restaurant. First we were barely greeted when we arrived. It was approximately 5:30pm and the restaurant was nearly empty and there were multiple booths available. We asked for a booth and the host stated their booths were reserved. We were seated at a table and ordered our food. We sat there for a while waiting on our waitress to take our drink order or even just to bring us the complimentary bread that we saw the other patrons eating. We had to flag the waitress down to request the bread and to order our cocktails. When our entree came we asked for another basket of bread and the waitress stated that they were running low on bread and could not give us anymore. We saw them bring a different table an additional basket of bread. This place did not feel welcoming. I understand that waiting tables is one of the hardest jobs in the world however customer service should not be sacrificed in lieu of laziness. I don't know what the issue was. I hope this place gives their staff training.

Couldn't be less impressed. They literally cut open the most tender part of the steak to check it! My uncle spent a lot of COMP POINTS and is very very unhappy about the management of the Kitchen. They overcooked 2 rare steaks. I wouldn't reccomend visiting.

I’d love to give them 5 stars as the food is delicious and the wait staff is always spectacular but when I recently tried to have lunch there the host failed miserably. She was typing on a tablet when I entered at 12:45 PM on a weekday, one other party in the restaurant. She said “sorry, I’m messaging a guest” and continued typing for 2-3 more minutes while we waited to be seated. She said sorry twice more during that time but kept typing and making us wait so I turned around and walked out. I worked for 25+ years in customer service and one of the first principles I learned is that the customer in font of you is ALWAYS the priority over a customer on the phone (or in this case online). I won’t be back.

The food was absolute garbage. Order a Medium rare steak came burnt. You would think the cook would know how to cook a steak. Waitress knew when she delivered the food that it was overcooked and hide. Then was just nasty after that when I sent it back. The second one the cook over salted on Purpose because he pissed I sent It back. The the head of the place made a weird comment as we was leaving. So thank you for ruining my birthday. If you want horrible food and serves this is your place

The first booth we were seated at the seat was broken and was sinking near to the floor. When brought to the attention of the staff I was told that "yeah they refuse to fix it" I asked to be moved to another table and the staff seemed very frustrated to move my date and I. The bread starter was dry and bland. We both ordered the ribeye steak, medium rare and recieved a well done approximately half inch thick steak. The Ceasar salad tasted nothing of anchovies and was loaded with bacon for some reason. The vegetables were Blue broccoli, yes I did say BLUE, and some carrot slices. The steak fries I ordered were straight from Sam's Club. The only positive was my date ordered the au gratin potatoes. Those were tasty. The restaurant smelled of cleaning rags and solution. Overall a terrible experience. I can not recommend nor say I would return. The Seven Fires is way to expensive for what it is.

My dad and I ordered the wagyu burger med-well and it was the stupidest burger i've ever had, and my dad said it was "really bad". Dry, tasteless, uninspired, overcooked, sauceless (expect for the weird bacon gravy it comes with thankfully on the side). Very disappointing. I haven't had a bad restaurant burger in a long long time.

My husband and I drove two hours to celebrate an early Valentine’s dinner. The wait led to a 10-minute wait to get seated. After we finally got seated, our server never came to our table with water. We sat for 15 minutes and decided to just walk out. It was such a terrible experience that we will never go back.
