SO WRONG AND SO MANY LEVELS . So doesn't need to be working the cash register at all . This is the second time that the girl at the register on Friday took my order and she chose to double charge me for an order of a combination platter I normally always order from them at least four to five times a week I called the manager he said he was going to take care of it and I talked to my bank on Saturday and I talked to my bank this morning Monday and they're telling me that the payment has gone through twice . I'm like wth . And normally the food is really good but my rice was really sticky and clumpy for being fried rice and my chicken was all gummy and chewy I don't understand I've been coming there for years and it seems the girl working the register decided she was going to double charge me a second time I will not be ordering from here again trust that. They just lost my business I really like them they have really good food but lately it's just been like crap and I don't appreciate being taken advantage of and being charged $43 for comanation platter for one person I mean if the girl needed extra money and needed to make quota why didn't she borrow the money from somebody. But rather take advantage of customers this won't happen again because I will not order there again I tried calling back today and apparently they recognize my phone number so they're not answering their calls to me imagine that 😢. So done It's the point of the matter not the $$$$ I'd be checking your credit card or checking info make sure your not being double charged as well js update been calling them all day and they won't answer called several times ridiculous they know and won't answer pretty shady I'd say. So it's 4:00 finally answer the phone and the girl that took my order answer the phone and then she's going to get really shity and cocky and very rude and threatened to hang up on me and I said really so she hung up on me what kind of business do they run there anymore I swear it's not anything like it used to be she's just rude as hell I will never trust them ever again because it would probably spit or put bugs in my food

I know for a fact that the chef can make it right, but the location and the people that will support his business, he does it for them..and that is okay with me because I understand. Go try it for yourself if you are in the area and see for yourself. Just because it didn't fit my bill doesn't mean it won't fit yours. We ordered: - House special fried rice 4/10 Baby Shrimp was still cold. Rice was a bit mushy. The flavor wasn't right. And for it being the house special, it looked good, but it just wasn't right. - House special lo-mein 7/10 This was probably the best dish that day Flavor had a bit more salt. Noodles were soft, and the sauce was pretty good, even for being a bit salty. It's very similar to Great Moon Buffet Lo- mein. - kung pow Shrimp 4/10 Came with 6 big shrimp, a LOT of sauce, and a ton of veggies. I don't know why it was sour and not spicy. I felt the sauce wasn't cooked, and it seemed like the sauce was added after. - Beef with scallion 4/10 It uses the same sauce as kungpow shrimp. I'm not sure if that is right, but it's very similar to kung power shrimp. Ton of veggies, not much meat, and the sauce looked like it was added after.

Worse wonton soup I've ever had. Beef tasting broth with huge wontons with a small amount of filling. They were doughy too.

I’ve tried this food twice now, and regretted it both times. Spent 50$ on a dinner tonight and one meal had enough salt to maybe give me a heart attack, and the other dinner tasted like nothing. The dirty atmosphere inside the restaurant tells the story.

This place used to be my favorite place for Chinese food. Used to recommend it every time to my friends and family. I have eaten here several times over the past 6 months and every single time, my food has been gross. Each time I’ve gotten the same thing. Just a few of the issues I’ve had: One time it was so bad it tasted lit cigarette ashes One time it was so over cooked it was hard to chew. Today the breading was under cooked. (Doughy) The food is not the same as it used to be when I was growing up. I just can’t give this place any more chances. Which sucks.

We ordered the special fried rice for pickup. I don't know what's going on these days but there is an extreme lack of any substance to any dish vegetable or meat. We ordered the house special fried rice and the meat was diced up so fine it was almost the size of the rice. I am so tired of paying higher prices for take out food that has next to nothing to it.

What used too be a 5 and my favorite Chinese place in duluth has quickly declined to a one star. There must be new owners and the name is not what it used to be. Atmosphere is rude at best. Food is not anywhere near the quality it was just a year or two ago. Seems they have a shortage of help as noone was cooking when I ordered and Noone started my order. 3 people in the lobby waiting on food and the kitchen was cold and empty. Gave it 5 more trys in the last year as I just want it to be good as it once was but it unfortunately disappointed every time. I think its time to cross this off my list of places to eat.

Ordered multiple items, each dish was overpowered by a ridiculous amount of onions (like, more onions than noodles in the dish). The cantonese chow mein wasn't crispy at all, the noodles were chewy and gross. Wontons were very small with minimal filling. Overall disappointing experience for what we paid, we won't be returning.

I have gotten sick 2/2 times eating here. It is by far the worst Asian food I ever had. I am calling the health department. No1 can answer any questions. Im not even kidding. I have gotten sick every single time. I have novendetta. I am calling FDA.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but my experience with delivery was shockingly bad. I did an order for deliver and it said it would delivered within the hour. It wasn’t delivered within the hour so I called, they said they were very busy and my order is on its way. Another 30 mins passed and still no delivery. I called again and the phone was busy. I called several more times and still it was busy. So another 15mins went by and they finally answered but still didn’t know how long it’d be for my food. I asked for a refund, and he took my card info over the phone to initiate a refund since it had been 2 hours at this point. My food was never delivered and I’m not confident that I will *actually* get the refund cause the guy was so quick and hung up.

This place is a scam on 6-8-25 I ordered the chicken wings and shrimp fried rice for $26.00 total the chicken wings say 8 pieces on the menu I get home open up my food and I have 6 wings. So I call the restaurant back and asked them what happened to my other 2 wings and he said ohh it goes by weight I was like what but your menu says 8 pieces not by weight. He was rude and this is very misleading. This is something you should tell a person or put it in writing because now that’s false advertising… I wouldn’t spend another dollar in the place… So be careful when ordering something they might decide to change their minds and just give you what they want and not what they advertise… Not cool very horrible people for that ..

Food was pretty good. But got delivered and no rice. I ordered 5 different. Quart!!! No rice also ordered sweat and sour chicken. No sweet and sour!! Only chicken. Had to make my own rice and luckily I had some sweet and sour in frig. Spent a pretty penny and left a very large tip. Called and they were not very understanding. Then hung up. Tried to call back and now have no answer!! From now on only order from Beijing. Just thought I would try a place closer to home, But not worth it!!!

I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!! I took one look at my Szechuan chicken and was like where the chicken at? Where anything at except onions and bamboo shoots. There were 3 pea pods and 4 pieces of carrot, that's it. I took one bite and spit it out and dumped it in the garbage. Cuz it was straight TRASH!!! The fried rice was flavorless and under cooked and it had nothing but rice in it. This place has gone downhill and should be shut down cuz it's horrible.
