I want to start by saying this type of good customer service does not exist anymore. I had a simple issue with my order and the GM Hefziba made it right and fixed the issue right away. I am 52 years and in all my years I haven’t seen a true boss handle something like Hefziba did. She is fantastic. She truly values the customers and is a great asset to Wing Stop. She was a joy to speak to as well. Thank you for making it right.
Just wanted to share my wonderful experience! Hefziba is such a patient, great person, they have outstanding customer service. the food was excellent got my whole order right. best experience overall! Hefziba and her team are outstanding i'll definitely be coming back.
Everything was great. I hadn't had in a while. Hot, a little too salty but overall good. 1st time eating all the fries as they are usually soggy.

I want to take a moment to recognize Mario at Wingstop for his outstanding service. From the moment my husband and I interacted with him, he was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well, but also makes you feel seen and valued as a customer. Mario carried himself with professionalism and a positive attitude, even during what seemed like a busy time. He was attentive, respectful, and took the time to make sure everything was correct, which truly made a difference in our experience. His warmth and dedication did not go unnoticed. The fries at this location are terrible. I love wingstop and this location is the nearest to where I live so I've eaten from there several times. Not once have I ever had a great batch of fries like they offer at the Irving, TX location. They are usually undercooked and if you chose the 'well done' option they are burnt. Also, they never add enough seasoning. So if you order fries here expect oily potato strips instead.
Well, about 3 months or so ago, the service and food were great! Finally, I'd found a location that took pride in both the food and the service. The manager (female, don't recall name) was tapped into the customers and was very personable. Fast forward to the past month. I have ordered at least 3 different times and each time, my order has had a problem. From the chicken being the wrong type (ordered bone-in, got boneless), to being charged extra for more than one sauce on the side and only getting one, to today, where I ordered and paid for 2 Hawaiian sauce and a Ranch and receiving some red spicy sauce that I can't identify. My order for just 10 wings, bone-in was $17 and change after she told me $12 and some change over the phone! I could have ordered a meal with fries and a drink and didn't even get the right sauce I paid and was charged extra for! I was already dismayed because lately when I call in the young man who is up there in the early evenings during the week seems bothered when you call and I damn sure don't want to bother an employee who is paid to take my order to...idk...TAKE MY ORDER. I use to feel welcomed and never had a problem with my order, but that has quickly stopped and I order regularly. Now, I have to rethink my chicken life. As it stands, I have to get a ride to the location, so going back for the correct sauce was not only impossible, but a real inconvenience. *sigh* I gave the food a 5/5 because the quality and taste of the food isn't the problem, it's the people taking the order and carrying out the request that are the problem.
An order was placed at 3:59 and we were told it would be a 10 minute wait. After 25 minutes we arrived to this wingstop and payed for the order and then continued to wait another 20 minutes. After this I decided to go in and see why it has been 45+ minutes. I noticed a white man walked in asking about his order which had not yet been prepared. But in the span of me standing there his order had been made and he was out the door. I continued to stand there waiting for my order and the “girl” continued to hand out orders to 5 more people. I saw the “girl” continuously check the bags and yet the bag she gave me I noticed had been sitting there for about 5 minutes. Not only did she fake smile in my face, she for some odd reason withheld the food. There was no apology for the wait or thank you for coming. Customer service was horrible, but at least she tried her best🫶
Well - the food tasted amazing, was done on time, and fresh. I had a craving so I made it a point to eat nothing else yesterday. 4:30pm was around the time i ordered and got my food shortly after. 6:30 the following morning (today) I'm in the emergency room with food poising. Now I wouldn't unknowingly point the finger...it is the only thing i ate...so take that for what it is...be careful
The only good thing I have to say about this place was the hot lemon pepper wings. Everything else is 0/5. The front counter guy rushes you to order, but can't even answer questions about their own menu. Asked him to ring me up for just wings and fries, no combo, and he says "it's gonna come out to be more expensive." Which is a lie, but I tell him then charge me for the combo if it's cheaper. This dude rings me up for JUST the wings, no combo, and guess what... It comes to be obviously cheaper than the combo! Dude clearly has no idea what he's doing, trying to charge this lady for ranch that is supposed to be included in her meal, and then tells me "your won't come with ranch or no nothing." Dude, did I ask you for ranch? I just asked for wings and fries, how hard is that? P.S. order took 35 minutes for 15 wings & medium fries, not joking
Worst ever service experience. I put an order online and paid. As i got there, it was pouring rain and i requested someone over the phone to just drop in to me in the car to which they “rudely” said NO and used hand gestures for me to come inside - very inconsiderate
Whenever I place my online order, I call the store directly and reiterate that I want my wings dropped an extra 6-8 mins extra well done. After receiving my order my wings were undercooked so I asked for them to be cooked longer. I had 10 wings, corn and fries. When the fellow gave me my wings back he only gave me 5-6 wings. He was the one who gave me my order and took it back to be cooked longer. Not sure what happened there. Once I received my wings for the third time they were undercooked. I then asked for a refund. The two customers before me had issues and the lady after me was missing her fries. I asked for the manager and Dav (Hispanic male) came up front to give me a refund and was very rude, unfriendly and not one apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. He acted as if I did something wrong. Once I told him how he made me feel I then asked for his district manager contact. He refused to give it. I looked over and saw another gentleman that looked as if he was in charge and asked could I explain to him what had transpired. His name was also David and I told him that the other guy gave me the same name. After clarifying that he was very much interested in the problem and resolving it. He made the mistake better by showing concern and getting my order correct even thou I had to wait longer. It’s not what you say or do, it’s how you make person feel. I want be returning until Dav is longer at this location.
Wanted to order the fired corn and a seasoned fries. $7? All I had was a $100 and the gentleman told me he wouldn't do it due to it ONLY BEING $7? Can you really refuse a customer (after lunch, time was 345pm) because they only have a $100 bill? There goes my lunch break...
Just picked up an order from this place. Ordered 10 traditional wings. Wings are horrible like rock.. i ordered 4 garlic parmesan and 6 mild. They gave me wrong order for the start. Wings had no sauce.. zero amount of sauce!! They were over fried and seem like they were made long time ago. Came home and threw them in the trash and had a piece of bread instead.. even after spending 20 bucks. Please respect customer’s money. This is horrible way to do business
Wingstop in general the wings are good, but not great. What brings me into the store is the hand cut fries. The combination of the wings and those fries gives them the advantage over other wing chains. That was until I ordered DoorDash today. My mouth was watering for those hand cut fries. I take one out of the bag immediately to get that first taste and Oh man... What a disappointment!! Instead of the wonder that is the hand cut fries, was just a run of the mill frozen french fry. Nothing about it was the same as the hand cut. Texture - BAD, Taste - BAD. Not sure if this was just this store, or if Wingstop just made a business decision to go to Frozen Fries for the entire franchise. If you are like me, Fries mean to me as much as the main entree does. Fries can make or break a meal. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from this store, if their hand cut fries are important to you. I ended up throwing the fries in the trash and didn't even finish the wings. I've reached out to Corporate to find out if this is across the franchise or just this store. If this is across the franchise... Bad decision. You just lost your advantage. They have lost me as a VERY long time customer.
