Tried this pizza place for the first time. The pepperoni pizza was decent—good crust, flavorful sauce, and a nice amount of toppings. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it was still enjoyable. It's worth trying if you’re in the area!

Joe's Pizza and Pasta is a low-key place that serves consistently great Italian food, not just pizza, but all sorts of Italian dishes, for good prices. In particular, they have an excellent Lobster Ravioli, served with delicious salad and bread. I recommend this place and will definitely be coming back for more.

New lunch spot . Tried the 2 PC pizza 🍕 salad 🥗 and drink combo. No sweet tea, but they had strawberry lemonade that was great! The salad dressing was like a homemade Italian that was zesty. Perfect for me. The pizza was good and had some bite. I will be back.

It’s good to have New York style pizza in the DFW area. I stopped in for 2 slices and a soda for $10. I was left in the oven a minute or two too long but was happy to get it just before they closed.

As someone that grew up in New York and loves pizza I was told to check this place out. The customer service is excellent. I got the lunch special which was 2 slices and a drink. The slices were smaller than I expected but perhaps this is due to it being the lunch special. The under carriage was nicely cooked as it had a nice crisp when you bit into it and didn't flop when you held it. Overall the pizza wasn't bad and 8. Again my standards are high but 8 is a decent score. I also got the black forest cheesecake which again was a bit smaller then I anticipated but to be honest the price was really cheap so I can definitely understand the portion size. It was very good.

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza in this place and what they give it to was more like a cheese pizza. I try better pizza and better tomatoes sauce in other places. But, this place has a really good prices option for lunch. La pizza que pedi le falto pepperoni parecía mas de solo queso, tienen buenas opciones para comer en el almuerzo.

Neighborhood favorite with decent pizza and sandwiches. They also have reasonable lunch specials, which sadly do not include the hot subs. I had the Super Sub and it was huge in a 12" hoagie. Lots of meat and much more lettuce, tomato and onions. The house dressing is super delicious just looks oily which may scare off the health conscious.

I don’t quite get their pricing. They seem to tack on a service fee no matter whether you order on line or call in for pick up and they have been doing this for years! I call BS; their pizza is not that great and in no way is their fee justified. Go to Palio’s instead. The waitstaff and kitchen are super nice, the pizzas are great and they are not petty by charging service fees.

Placed an order for pickup here for 2 pizzas, 5 breadsticks and a cannoli today, I picked up the order and at home we took out the breadsticks and noticed that they were very hard to the point where we could snap it in half. We thought they were just overcooked but we decided to flip them over and to our surprise there was mold on the bottom of one of the breadsticks. We stopped eating and decided to call for a refund and we told them about the situation and they told us we were correct as even the lady on the phone admitted they had given us the breadsticks from the DISPLAY CASE. Who knows how long they were sitting there for and we didint even want to eat anything else because of that. DO NOT EAT HERE how would they not notice it was from the display case and if we had eaten it who knows what it would have done. 1/10

If I could put 0 stars I would do it, today December 20, 2025, at that 6:40 pm I went to pick up an order and a white man with tattoos attended me very badly, he was very rude, he yelled at me without doing anything to him. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I have no doubt that it is a good place to order something to eat, but as long as they have people like those hired, they will continue to lose customers, one goes back to where they treat you well, not badly.

This is the worst joes pizza location I’ve been too. It’s not welcoming. We did not beg greeted as soon as you walk in. Instead they just give you looks. I placed an order through their website. It asked to pay with chow or slice I have no idea what either is I just chose the chow option. They call me back telling me their pricing there is incorrect as that is not through them. They did try to advise I can cancel through chow or leave order and pay extra. I didn’t feel I should pay extra for something that was not my error. I still did as I love joes pizza but this location just provided me a horrible experience. Instead of greeting me and my child, instead of providing empathy and apologizing for the error they just stared and played the quiet game. A previous experience here i ordered a Cesar salad. I wanted Cesar dressing and did not see the option online to add extra dressing. So I added a comment to my order to PLEASE add extra dressing and when I picked up salad one of the lady employees rudley advised instead of commenting for extra dressing thag I needed to order it on the app. If they were educated on how the site works and what options are available then maybe they’d be nicer and understanding. Don’t waste your time at this location. I haven’t been to any other location as this is closest to me but will go elsewhere.

We ordered the XL meat pizza.& a Joe's salad. The salad tasted off like the salami &/or cheese was bad. The pizza was not cooked completely. We had to cook it again once we got home. I have moved to San Antonio & use to eat at Joe's Pizza ofter previously but i will not be coming back to this location 😢 food was no where close to being good, unfortunately

I’ve been a customer here since they opened but after today no more. They post the price of a slice of 1 topping pizza $3.75 I asked for cheese nothing extra and I’m charged an extra.50? Why? I didn’t ask for extra cheese or any topping! It’s like you guys are up charging for nothing! Watch out if you get items for up charges! Not coming back!
