Great family story! We had sicilian pepperoni with jalapeno peppers and it was huge... 16 pieces. Pizza and garlic bread were fantastic, service was fast and friendly.

I came in Friday night with my husband. Waitress and environment was great. All the food was great except my side salad. I got a plate with lettuce two tomatoes and a hand full of red onions. There was no cheese no curtons. It was a very poor side salad and bland. Which is sad when they have such great food.

Great atmosphere. As Stefano says, "A little bit of Italy in your own backyard." Menu is fantastic with reasonable prices. I only wish they had more square footage. Expand the dining room.

The food was very good. I just hope our waitress was having a bad day as the service left something to be desired. She was slow, did not smile, never checked on us after we received our food, did not refill our drinks and didn't introduce herself.

Kids Take Away

In the small town of Carthage we stumbled across Stefano’s. It’s a NY style pizzeria with spot on pizza, basic salads, and good sized portions. Pizza tasted great and enjoyable all around. We sat in a booth by the window, which gave a nice view of the main street. Service was kind a they patiently answered all of our questions. If you enjoying upstate NY, we recommend stopping by!

Ordered 2 Large hot subs each about $14. The size portion of the subs is baffling! There’s ONE tiny buffalo tender on this half of my sub. The quality of food is fine for a sub shop, just ridiculously tiny portions for the price point. Ordered an appetizer combo as well, which was disappointing, marinara sauce was ice cold. Customer service was great, people were nice, the portion size is just underwhelming/small!

Supposedly open until 10, but door locked before our 8:30 arrival, sigh

My family and I came in on a Monday night, we stood at the host stand for a while and no one greeted us which should have been the first red flag. We finally got a server, we sat down and ordered drinks we asked for just an extra minute, we did however order my child food. It took the server about 20 minutes if not more to come back to the table and ask what the 2 adults wanted. At this point we were annoyed from waiting while there was one other family in the restaurant. The waitress were sitting behind the desk talking not even looking over at us. We tried to get their attention many times we left with nothing. Absolutely will not go back.

We've been loyal customers for calamari at this restaurant, but our recent experience was disappointing. The portion size of their $15 takeout has decreased significantly, as shown in the attached photos comparing our April takeout to today's.

When you think of Italian food you think of hefty portions. I come from an Italian family who will not stop feeding you until you are full. This restaurant is not that. They are successful here because their only competition is Olive Garden. Order two entrees if you want to feel even remotely full otherwise don’t bother. It is overpriced for the quantity that you pay for. Don’t waste money ordering the appetizer combo because they only give you three of everything (no sauce is given either). I’ll let my pictures speak for themselves. Everything is mediocre in taste yet expensive in price.
