So what the Karen beneath this post didn’t tell you, is that she sat down and ate the entire plate before she started to complain to one of the new employees. The young man was very kind as she told him that the food was terrible. I absolutely love this place and some ppl just want to complain. Next time lady just go someplace different like you mentioned to the employee.

It was a nice and friendly experience. I loved the free ice cream. The only downside is that you have to wait every 4-5 minutes for it to cool down but other than that it was delicious

The service was excellent at this location! After I ordered online for a different Dickey's & had HORRIBLE service, THIS location was EXTREMELY helpful! They had my food ready to go when I walked in & were very nice. Food was good, too! Thank you!

It's the most amazing place ever, if you love BBQ like I do then it's the place for you.

The food is so delicious and the staff is very friendly and courteous. If you love bbq you will love this place.

Only one that I know of I had to drive all the way from Longmont. But one of my favorite barbecues so worth the ride.

I put in an online order last night and it was missing two side but we did receive the main entree's. I called and they ensured they'd make things right. I came in the next day and the Manager was very nice and assured that kind of thing never happens. Gave me the two sides as well as a complimentary pulled pork sandwich. While it was unfortunate I was missing the two sides, the food was delicious, and the service was great

I usually love the food here but the last couple of times I've come here the brisket has been dry. Everything else is good. But the brisket used to be so juicy and cooked perfectly.

Taste👍 Service👍👍 Frito pie was soggy and almost seeping thru the bottom of my plate. If it wasn't for the two fellas in the drive-thru having such great customer service skills, I would have only given 3 stars; they were kind, knowledgeable, and funny🤪🤣 Thanks guys!

Pulled pork sandwiches are great! Need a new soft serve ice cream machine.

They need to seriously update their building and do some cleaning and figure out ventilation because it is always so full of smoke and every time I eat here I walk away reeking like smoke. I really like this place but they need to do some serious work to update, clean, and exhaust the smoke.

Hadn't been to Dickie's in a long time and thought we would try this location. Such a disappointment. Staff behind the counter seemed agitated. My sandwich was cold, but my wife said hers was warm. On a positive note, the sandwiches did taste good. We both got french fries that were undercooked. How do they even do that? The ice cream machine in the corner appeared to not be working. It had a sign on it that was very old and illegible. Didn't try it. Just a blah experience. Would not recommend and will not be back to this location. You pay a premium for BBQ and a better experience is not too much to ask.

We ordered delivery and the brisket was all fat couldn’t eat any of it. We asked for bbq sauce didn’t get that either. Definitely not worth the money. Won’t order from them anymore.

Was excited to try this place, I knew when I got my bag light as a feather I was going to be bummed when I opened it. There’s no way these 2 bites are 1/2 pound of burnt ends lol. Great taste, but will never be paying $16 for 2 bites of takeout. Average sized hand for scale

I ordered food and half of the order was missing. No Manager on duty to speak to us. The only option was to either go get the food ourselves, which defeats the whole purpose of Uber eats. The other option you can call and talk to manager in 3 days. The packaging was also opened… don’t order here.

Food was gross and had no flavor. Pork was not cooked it was very pink/bloody. Cold. People on duty keep hanging up phone when trying to call.

No hello or welcome, just a shout in my direction. Ill gladly take my business elsewhere for an ounce of customer service. Plus some actually wings - not quite sure what you call these.

Well we came up to order, staff off the bat was pretty unfriendly. After telling them our orders they began making it only to say it was cash only? They had no signs posted about it and I feel like that's something you should say immediately when someone comes up to order because most people don't pay with cash these days. Oh well, saved me $40 on an overpriced BBQ chain meal.

Gross dirty fan non a table beside salt and pepper facing very ancient ice cream machine that dies not worked for over a year also the road and outdoor ordering kiosk havent worked in 2 years . Nothing gets repaired and now filthy dirt blowing off the fan . But a new ice cream maker as is a fire hazard when it has to shut itself off all the time and apparently is overheating this the fan??? Dry Brisket for over 20.00?

We got delivery from their ghost kitchen, wing boss, last night. It was a huge mistake I won't be making again. Not only did they only put about half the food in the delivery, the stuff they did put in was either wrong (instead of garlic parmesan it was basically straight up hot sauce), broken pieces of bones, or had more feathers than if the chickens were still alive. I genuinely can't believe this was anything other than on purpose. You can't mess food up that bad without it being on purpose.

First of all the place is filthy, including the equipment they cook on. The brisket and chicken breast at best were a couple of days old. The menu said fried string beans as a side., not fried, boiled and most likely out of a very large can. Ordered cornbread paid for the up sell, not in the bag. The place needs a visit from the board of health.

I ordered a kids meal off doordash, they forgot the barbecue sauce. Then as the meal was being consumed, there were hard shards in the pulled pork (which was colder than anything else in the meal). Within 4 hours of consumption, we got sick 🤢🤮

My husband's chicken stuffed potato was missing the chicken. It was a gross-looking baked potato cut in half with green onions sprinkled on it. The green beans with bacon look disgusting. They didn't get out order right last time either. Lesson learned.

First time ordering, thought I would give a franchise a try. Ordered delivery 100+. The pulled pork and all the sides were good. I always order bbque without the sauce to really gage the smokiness and quality of the meat. Very disappointed in the sliced brisket very dried out not juicy at all and I specifically asked for the sauce on the side which was not included. Cannot recommend. Will be going back to small family owned bbque. And the delivery I asked for at 4:45 was too early at 4:10.

Was told misleading information about promotion they had plasted all over the Westminster restaurant. Seems like they just want 5 stars and don't actually care about people. Seems very predatory on the businesses part!!!

Apparently I made a previous post on this place & I thought it was the other location on Colfax & Wadsworth, which I had good things to say about it. This place specifically, is actually disgusting. You go in there & it's like the family from TX chainsaw massacre...if you go, or you have been there, you will instantly know what I mean by that. 🤣 But all jokes aside. It really is the worst place to get BBQ. I stopped the other day because I was in the area, so I stopped to eat something quick before going to the gym and the food was a very low tier: The pulled pork sandwich was okay...I guess...and by me saying It was okay, What I mean by that is it was edible. That's a very very low bar. Definitely NOT worth $15+ dollars. The fries were not cooked all the way. The drinks from the fountain Didn't taste right. The high fructose corn syrup/carbonated water mixture wasnt "tuned" correctly; or maybe the syrups were just empty. I had tried multiple different flavors to see if it was just the 1, but they were all like that. Something I saw there though really, really disturbed me is the containers they have the BBQ sauces in; it's like 3 separate vats, with a ladle in each of the three different compartments/sections and you Just scoop it up and put it in the little plastic cup. IDK why but Just the fact that it's all open like that; It's like yeah, sure, It has a lid so it's not completely exposed, But I'm sure that they get contaminated with stuff all the time. Dropping something in there, hair falling in, or when serving the sauce with the label and in the process end up missing the cup & getting some sauce on your hand / fingers, at which point some of that sauce drips back into the vat. 🤮 Yuuuuckkkk. I would never ever go back to this place; nor should anyone who reads this. If you're going to pay almost $20 a person, I would say go to GQue on Alameda & pierce. THAT is actually GOOD BBQ. Dickies on 88th & Sheridan is TRASH!!

Went in with only one person in the store. Took forever to get served, then got told they aren't taking cards with no signage or communication from the staff. Flabbergasted that they were incredulous like I didn't know. Awful place, bad vibes, stabdoffish staff

I love dickies’s BBQ and I drove 30 minutes. Out of my way to get a pound of chicken today. They gave me shredded chicken? I’ve never had shredded chicken from any dickies I’ve ever been to. It’s always been sliced. I can’t even taste the smoke flavor on this chicken

I am an Uber Eats delivery driver. When working, the only opportunity for a restroom is when picking up orders. When I was at this restaurant, I asked to use the restroom and was told I had to buy something. By definition, I was there for my customer who spent $60, so by extension I DID buy something. I can't believe the management is THAT petty!!! I will never bring my own business to this place!!! Insanity!!
