Food is amazing! The potato soup & broccoli cheddar soup is very hearty!
I ordered online and there was a mistake and they handled it so well! It was so nice to have clear communication and no obstacles to clearing everything up. Super grateful because their sandwiches are bomb and the Mac n cheese is the best. Thanks so much!
Panera Bread on Carrollton has an extremely large indoor seating area. Though several of the table tops had crumbs. The pastries and breads are gorgeous! I had the orange scone. The scone was good as it wasn't too sweet. definitely house-made, which was great. This was my first time consuming coffee via Panera. I am super excited to see that they offer light roast as it is my favorite brew and RARE to get at most coffee shops. The light roast was very citrus (as described) but the chocolate notes (as described) offset the bitterness that citrus in coffee can delivery. So it was very flavorful. The young woman at the register rushed each customer whom came in, though no line. I witnessed this as I slowly browsed the pastry and bread area next to the register. She did greet and thank everyone, but the rush and cutting all of us off at some point during our sentences wasn't good. Other than that, I do recommend Panera Bread on Carrollton and will return.
I have the Sip Club so I usually only get one of the teas and pastry and both are always good.
I don't really care for the food. But the service was nice and fast just not my cup of tea.
This is my “go to” for a quick meal. I have “Sip Club” and it comes with delivery too. In the morning great pastries and hot coffee. For lunch I love the “Pick Two” selection of sandwich and soup. Get the chicken salad and creamy chicken rice soup. If you don’t finish the soup it saves well for the next day. I only give atmosphere 3 stars because I order to-go or delivery and don’t sit in often.
Good sized Panera Bread. The service was good, we were greeted as we entered. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the food tasted great as usual. However, the floors were dirty, 2 of the women's bathroom doors didn't close. Besides that, they didn't have nutmeg for the coffee. Other than that, everything was great.
I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. The cashier was rude and impolite, acting as if she didn’t want to be there. When I went to the pickup counter, the employees ignored the customers standing there and continued talking amongst themselves, making snobbish comments. I placed a rapid pickup order for a baguette, and two of the employees made negative comments about the rapid pickup orders—without realizing I was standing right there waiting for the order I had just placed with the cashier. This behavior was unprofessional and made me feel very disrespected as a customer
Meet a friend for lunch there weekly. Most always order a bowl of soup. Wish they would give a piece of bread the appropriate size for the size soup you order. Same small (and I mean, really small) piece of bread regardless of you ordering a cup or a bowl of soup. When I asked for another piece, I was told no. Also, the photo online of the soup that I ordered has tortilla chips on top. Never have I seen a tortilla chip on my soup.
So I ordered curbside pickup due to the fact that it's pouring down raining out and there is a Covid 19 pandemic. Being this is my first time ordering from this location, I get there to find out that curbside means you park your car in a crowded parking lot and walk in the rain to pick up your food on a shelf by the front door exposed to everyone coming in and out. I ordered a drink with my pickup, which they did NOT put out. I had to then wait by the register to tell the girl behind the counter I needed a drink. She then stated maybe I forgot to order it. So I showed her on their receipt where I had. She hands me a cup, not telling me where the drinks were. I now have to walk to the back of the store pass several people to fix the drink and then come back in the rain to my car. Get in the car and my bread and utensils (no spoon since I ordered soup) is laying in the bag not wrapped in anything. One may say, well it's a fresh bag, that's ok. Not!!!! In order to put the soup and salad in the bag, a persons hand and part of their arm must go in that bag, now exposing my bread and utensils to whatever may be on their arm. My salad looks like it had a fight. I ordered a southwest soup which they gave no chips for. I gave a 2 star only because the soup is hot. I will NEVER return to this location again.
Won't be back. The floor and microwave were filthy (see photos), and the coffee was merely warm. The cashier was polite, but the store workflow is inefficient, so my small order took way too long to fulfill. Very disappointing, as I had high hopes this would become a new regular stop. Reminds me why I should avoid chains and shop local with merchants who care about their customers and reputation in the community.
They always seem to mess up something with my order. I asked for no arugula and green goddess dressing—I get arugula and the dressing on my food. I asked for romaine lettuce and caramelized onions—I don’t get either of those. They also never called out my order and only asked what I was waiting on after I had been standing there for ten minutes. I received the text notification that my order was ready but no one called it out and it wasn’t sitting on the counter.
The attitude of the employee there was unacceptable. I asked for a metal spoon for my soup, and he is like, what’s wrong with the plastic spoon. I said I don’t want to put plastic to a hot soup. He lied to me and said they didn’t have any. Had to speak to the manager to get the metal spoon that they had plenty of. Then he lied to the manager and said I didn’t hear him.
There's a lady delivering orders who desperately needs a customer service course (they should invest in that). The customer is never to blame for her personal problems; she needs to learn to treat people properly, with respect and a smile. Besides, I pay for quality food and I get something miserable, and it's missing cheese.
The customer service is absolutely terrible I was an employee sit an eat lunch while every else order was made. Once she finished then came and made my order.
Did a rapid pickup order in early morning and i get there and my food isnt out. I wait another 10 mins before anyone helps me and im told someone forgot to put my order out. The food is now cold. To add insult to injury these breakfast sandwiches are literally 3 inches. Its the same size as the bread you get on the side when you order a cafe sandwich or you pick 2. Dont waste the money for a shitty experience and meager food.
I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. I discovered a hair in my soup after eating part of my meal. I immediately returned both the untouched soup and the sandwich, expecting a full refund. However, I was only refunded for half of the order. Finding a hair in food is a serious issue, and I feel the situation should have been handled with more care. A full refund would have been the appropriate resolution.
Felt under the weather and decided to stop by for some sustenance. Everything was fine until I went to retrieve my beverage from the girl operating the blender. She was rude, extremely unprofessional and very unpleasant. I’ve worked in service for decades and have never experienced anything like this. She doesn’t need a job. She has short hair and is a younger girl.
As a Google guide I take reviews serious so to give a place one star says a lot. You guys seriously need rehab because you are all messed up. The manager just lazily laying on the counter top. The staff just wondering around or in the back talking Loudly and not paying attention to customers. More concerned about what “he said” then doing your job! And the store is a mess floors and tables. You have one guy who was stocking the floor and half a dozen people in the sandwich area just talking. Not caring about the customers time or orders. You guys lost my order because thought you had already done it because I had two separate orders. Really?! I hope someone in upper management is reading these reviews because I’m not the only one.
