Hot, Fresh Pizzas Made to Order.

Mobile order app is the way to go, then pick up your pizza at the Pizza Portal machine inside ...that's my 2 cents. My go-to is Thin Crust Pepperoni; extra indulgent treat is Italian Cheese Bread. This location is convenient, plenty/easy parking in small shopping center, lobby area is spacious.

My son loves it. When you order extra sauce they put it on a lot too thick. It works be nice to have text instructions to clarify order. With extra sauce whole top slides off pizza. I'll make sure to check at portal next time to see if it's before or after I get it out. Also partially sliced.

Only reason why I'm giving them this rating is becauase they don't always live up to the hot and ready. The whole point of going here is to not have to order or wait. Now you have to do both... but on the flip side... that whole warmer box like the amazon locker for pizzas is pretty awesome. For you guys to get a better rating, I should do that next time.

The pizza is always great! But why, oh why, do they refuse to be prepared for a Friday evening rush!? Seriously every Friday night you're going to be behind on orders? That is just not acceptable when you know you need to staff more for Friday evenings.

They didn't make my pizzas the way I ordered. It was a mistake to check until I got home, but they're supposed to be professionals.

They dont take phone orders while busy (I've never seen them not busy) so don't plan on this location if you cannot use the app. Also, the employee making the pizzas had no gloves and was using her personal phone in one hand while spreading pepperoni..

Disappointed! Ordered online cause I thought it was fast. But NO. Not coming here ever. 30 minutes I waited. People were there working so I don’t know why it took so long. While I was here waiting 2 people left. I don’t blame them! I would’ve too but I paid and was already there. If there were staff of 6 then why do people have to wait? Disappointed cause I love the menu. And that’s why I rate 2 stars. You can go here if you don’t mind waiting.

Didn't seem like whoever made it cared too much either way since they still threw it in the box and served it. They also accidentally charged someone else's card for my order while I was there and had to correct it. One of the workers also had some strange thick yellow liquid on their hand which makes me concerned for my health. They don't even give red pepper flakes anymore which is ridiculous. The only reason I give it two stars instead of one is because the pizza still tasted mostly okay. Definitely doughier and needs more sauce and cheese than other locations, but the general taste is there.

Look its Little Caesars. The bar is low. And they missed it. My deep dish was raw in the middle. As in uncooked. The manager did not care. Ordered well done, did not help. showed her the raw dough ball. Explained about food safety. Dead silence. Dear in headlights.

This place is slooooow, I've gone a handful of times and EVERY time there's a long line and a girl who is preparing the online orders instead of helping the long customer line. I know it's probably difficult to multitask but even if she goes back and forth it would be ok. They rarely have any hot and ready items which I doubt is due to the plethora of patrons they have ordering online. This would be a place to go to if you don't mind waiting 15-20 minutes to just place an order.

They are suppose to to be open until 11pm. Online ordering closes earlier, they NEVER answer the phone & the store is closed March 9, 2019-- 9:30 PM Nice going!! Also, don't order extra toppings, they give you 1/16 of a cup of mushrooms + other toppings.

Walked in and they told me its online order only, okay. I ordered three pizzas and go home to eat, I find a hair in my pizza baked into the crust. I go back to see if I can get refunded for my entire order and they can only refund the pizza that had the hair in it because they claimed no one at the store has dark hair. As other reviews have said, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

This place is horrible, they always try to give me old cold pizza which has been sitting in the warmer for awhile. A couple of time I would tell them I want a freshly baked one, this time I ordered two pizzas, and he tried to put an old dry one below the fresh one. so I open both of the pizza boxes and of course the one below was dry and cold Pizza! So when I confronted him about it he went back to the back and came back with this Indian lady who has been doing this to me in the past. So I told her she just lost a costumer for life. I asked for refund and walked out with dignity. I will never go back to that horrible store again. Then went to Round Table Pizza. Buyer be aware

Don't order online!! Better yet don't even come here. This placed used to be really good. Now the service is really bad. They closed random hours and you can still order online but the store is closed. That makes no sense. They need to update their website. Waited for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. I just left. Even though I had pay for the food

Went there at 10:40 pm. Door says they close at 11:00 pm. Saw no pizzas in any of the warming ovens, no cashiers, no employees, actually, I think I was the only human being in there. I had to double check the closing time on the door. After a few minutes of waiting I left. What morons. If you are open till 11:00 then you should be staffed and stocked with hot and ready pizzas until 11:00!!!! This is also the one place I remember that has NO paper plates, NO hot peppers or cheese. Rude foreign owners that run this place. DON'T GO HERE!

How can you refuse being paid in rolled quarters? You turned a customer away who had tangible, legit money… just because they were quarters. 1 roll of quarters. PETTY!

Man, this place has gone downhill since my last review lol Just to avoid the customer service, I order online now. Even then, you could have problems, and the employees there will not acknowledge you. Sucks because this is the closest location to my home, but I should just head to another location from here on out.

I was very disappointed, the wait was 30 minutes, and their lobby was crowded thus the long wait. My pizza looked really bad, hardly any pepperoni, it wasn't cooked well very doughy and just a dab of pizza sauce on it... Never had such a poorly made pizza from there... Not sure if I will go back after this last fiasco!!! Need to get it together, looked like a whole new crew, didn't see the usually people that worked there??

The worst pizza location ever. If you don't say anything you won't be helped. Workers just having the most important conversations with each other while one person works. It's Always a 20 minute wait, even when you're the only one there.

This lil cesear has the rudest employees. Employees never greet you, they dont even say can I help you they just look at you and expect you to start ordering. And today when my food was ready the employee handed my food and said here.

Do not order delivery from this location! I ordered from the app and received a notification from DoorDash that it had been delivered but it never was! I even checked with neighbors just in case it was dropped off in their front door accidentally and nothing! I called the customer support number and had to leave a voicemail but I doubt I’ll hear back about a refund… Also tried calling the store phone number but no answer either!

Is one the worst pizza that I got it one in Davis St in San Leandro and now In Castro Valley. Arrived to pick around the 9:25 pm and then front person asked me yes may help you and I said I come to pick up for my pizza and the excuse that give me say me oh I was waiting arrive the order, and around pick up a drive around at 10 minutes to my home I put in bag for protection and was cold they don’t cook the pizza fresh was cold, very disappointing, and don’t put pepperoni

Recently ordered here a couple times in the past few weeks. Prices are great. But I noticed the last time I went in the workers don’t wear gloves while handling food right in front of the customers. I got really sick. has to be some type of health violation or something, def not cool.

The staff is very rude. They can watch you come in and let you stand until you try to get their attention. They are slow and mess up orders. They charge for extra cheese and put it on your crazy bread. The wings are under cooked and when asked to make them well done they give attitudes 🙄 😒 😑 😤. They rarely answer the phone for orders. Just bad customer service period 😒 not to mention it looks like they haven't moped the floor in months.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT GO HERE! I had ordered a deep dish pizza last night on a walk in along with some crazy bread, and when the order came to pick up they gave me ordinary Italian cheese bread. When I told the cashier that I had ordered a Deep Dish Pizza, he flat out lies and tries to gaslight me by going "Yes, you ordered a deep dish, and here are your deep dish cheese sticks" - WHICH DOESN'T EXIST! Guess attitude and arrogance gets you far in this shack. I had to point it out to them, and even then they refused they were wrong and told me they can refund to do the pizza. So when I had them refund it to redo that order, and instead of refunding that one item, they had to refund the whole entire order in order to then recharge it all AGAIN. WASTE OF MONEY! Utter disappointment, sham of a pizza place - better to go to the one in Dublin, CA where they actually care about their pizzas and do it right 👍

Why are they still advertising their hot & ready motto when that’s clearly not what’s going on here. Came here on multiple occasions and had to wait for their pepperoni pizza. I walked in tonight at 9:30pm and got told by their employee that they’re not taking anymore walk in orders. Uhm, what? The store doesn’t close until 10pm and they’re not only not making anymore pizza but they’re not even taking customers orders. What kind of business is this?? This place is a joke.

Order on the phone. Said my order was going to be done 5:59. It's 645 pizza still being made. Workers are slow and poor management. Also apparently they don't have coins to give back the customer their full amount waiting here for 46min was enough for me to say No too Caesars. 5 customers had to ask for a refund because they don't have their orders ready. If you plan on buying from here. Order your pizza 2hrs early. Hopefully your pizza will be ready by then.

I ordered the cheese puffs for my 2 year old and they were poorly packed and overcooked.

I order two extreme most pepperoni and one was over cooked too toast for my kids so I ask the girl if she could change it please and she just grab it and didn't say nothing she got my grandson and I waiting for over 10 minutes she give me a regular pepperoni pizza not happy but hungry hope they improve customer service

I make my way early to the store, and the pizza portal won't let me get the pizza, says I need an employee. I wait at the front desk and ask more than once for assistance, and all three employees who could see I was at desk are on e-devices and refuse to even acknowledge my presence until a minute or two later, when one of them finally puts his phone down and walks over to help me out. After that things went fine, the employee assisted me with the issue and I walked away with my food.

Finally someone took my order, had a terrible attitude and gave my pizza to another customer. I had to wait an additional 15 min. When I finally got my pizza it was undercooked and not even cut all the way.

Ordered online for total of 83$. Went in to pick up with 100 dollar bill. Was told don't accept 100s and go somewhere to get change. Nevertheless I let them keep the order. How as a customer dose a business expect me to work for them. Never made sense to me.

Also, my pizza and crazy bread were undercooked and very doughy. I called and they actually answered surprisingly. They said they can’t refund me, they don’t have a number to where I can get a refund. So I asked for the guys name & he told me he doesn’t have to give it to me. I will be going back, save your money and don’t order from this place ‼️‼️
