Love Quickly and this place can be hit or miss but it's not the end of world. I have walked in before and there is no one working lol... or at least they are hanging out in the back and eating with friends at one of the tables haha. Or, I have been a few times and asked for an item on the menu and it is always out. I figured they probably just do not actually serve it at the location. There is something interesting about their quirks, and I do like their popcorn chicken/ puffs/ juice enough to grab something when I am in the area.

Everytime I went here I was welcomed. There was always some K-Pop show on the tv when I came; it felt like I was invited into someone’s home. The food was fresh and the drinks were great. The only thing that I could say is that I never got to get the durian shake because it was “out of season” or “not available” every time I ordered it. ✌🏽🙂

Love them but they always run outta big boba at night time. Little ones don't compare at all. Anyhow they make popcorn chicken that my son loves also. Love the chubby size, and best boba snows are green apple and passion fruit if you ask me!

The last time I came the OPEN light was on at 11:05am like it should be since they open at 11, but when I opened the door the lady yelled "Not ready!!!" and then turned off all the lights. Then when she gave me my drink the lid was not sealed all the way. Other than that I can't complain though. Food and drink are delicious. Worth the price.

Ever since the Quickly in Hayward closed, I've been looking for another Quickly to satisfy my craving. I ordered a drink and popcorn chicken. If you order sweet potato fries be careful they pour sugar on them, not accidentally but I had to ask them do over with salt. The calamari come with no sauce, I had to start a fit just to get vinegar. Pretty dumb staff. The topper is the no refunds policy so buyer beware!

Just order a drink here through door dash. There's a sandy substance in my drink. They are not trying to refund me my money. I ordered the same exact drink from a different location and it was great! I hate restaurants that like to get over on their customers through door dash

I got a mini fryer octopus and it was less than half way fill like 5 pieces showed the young lady and she said they come like that. I showed her the other bag cause I bought 2 and she straight lied to my face said it's just like that. She's a liar.

My husband ordered popcorn chicken ,there was hair in multiple pieces of chicken like their hair is falling in the. Fryer .We were so disgusted that I don’t think we can ever go to any quickly again.

Went there to order they never said or any signs that say they don’t take cash at all so I’m trying to order but they were being very rude not trying to communicate with me to let me know.. anyways I had a friend end up purchasing for me with their card as I’m waiting I realized they had my items ready and off the side while they were giving other customers their orders which I thought was very rude so I ended up saying something to get my items which is ridiculous and I have never had to experience this type of customer service especially when I work in it myself I just though it was very rude and to mention they didn’t cook the food well done enough for me. Hate to mention this but I did not like their customer service for that.
