Very welcoming staff. Professional. That's what I like most. I grew a habit, or addiction. Been here almost 2 weeks straight. Either way, I have a full stomach. I taught my daughters, to notice how Food gets wrapped. It's says a lot about the Staff. Nice folds, and creases. Origami Style. I'd take pictures, but I enjoy the moment too much. Try It. You might put your phone down longer than you thought. Enjoy The Kings Company.

It is a burger king. This one was wonderfully exactly the same as the other Burger kings. Very consistent. I don't eat fast food very often, but when I do I try to eat a number one without cheese. My guilty pleasure :-)

Nice and large restrooms with exceptional lighting to shoot up or a quick smoke and get a quick whopper jr while your done so they don't kick you out! Highly recommend

I went to the drive-through at around 10:30 PM and my food was cold. I went back to the next day and there was no problem to replace it. I was furious initially, however pleased with the professionalism and fixing what happened. I’ll definitely maybe go back I’m working on quitting eating junk food.lol

Not the best BK to go to. The staff was really nice, but they took long (mind you I pre-ordered it on the app) to hand me my food and the drinks were extremely limited compared to other BKs I've gone to. My burger was quite messy and my mozzarella sticks were cold. I like BK, but I wasn't very happy with this one.

I was the only person in the restaurant, nobody acknowledged me. I waited about 10 minutes to be helped, everyone gave me their back, they all were taking care of drive thru orders. The guy behind me probably took 20 minutes to get helped and his food. That's my only complaint.

Super busy, their ice cream machine was broken, and they were out of several things. It took 15 minutes to get our food-- we could've received it faster from other fast food restaurants nearby... however, I'd never tried a whopper before and I enjoyed it

I ordered fresh fries and they were not fresh, I ordered it with no pickles and I got pickles, I asked for ketchup on my hamburger and got none. I went through the drive-through and discovered this when I got back onto the freeway so I couldn’t even go back. I’ll never go to that Burger King again.

Very rude staff; he didn’t even bother looking at me or saying that the coffee he put at the edge of the counter on his side is mine and I can take it. Unbelievable. I give a two star for the clean toilet.

The staff was rude we had to wait for somebody in there to finish telling a story while my food set right in front of the window getting cold. And when I had an attitude about it the girl at the window told me I needed to calm down!! REALLY? I worked fast food for many years and one of the first things I learned is you don't conversate with your co-workers when there are orders to expedite.

DISGUSTING!! As I pulled up to the drive thru I noticed two employees and one regular female citizen making a scene. As I got closer to order I noticed the employee poking at a almost dead MOUSE right outside the business back door with a broom! Very bad for business! As there were other customers noticing this too! Would not recommend eating here! Unsanitary!

Seriously on a Saturday how can you not have Whopper meat? Obviously someone doesn't know how to place an order. Food is cold cheese wasn't melted on burger. Soda machine wasn't restocked soda area filthy.

Just use their drive thru live in salinas was passing by . Got home and find out that I had no straw no ketchup, ok I could use my own then start eating fries taste like FISH, I don't eat fish the chicken patty was so dry I'm pretty sure it was old and reheated many times. Que asco!!! Won't be going there ever again

Seems like every time I come to this Burger King there's a problem album if it's not staff with attitude with that attitude it's them closing this place too early every time never fails so here I am again with another review just for you Burger King in Castroville Waited over 5 minutes to have my order taken just to be dealt with in a rude way I don't think so.. And the heads up to the owner and the regional manager when you pay peanuts you can expect a circus

Free Wifi but no outlets. there was one outside but when i used it they told me to leave and the next time i went there they had locked the outlet. make sure your laptop battery is full before you go to this burger king

Just went through drive thru and ordered four meals. Arrived home and only had three. Charged for four of course. Tried calling and no one answered. Not going their again. What a disappointment.

Poor service and poor management, every time I'd go for lunch they would mess up my order. So now I just stay away. Not worth the stop. Go to marina or prunedale for better service

Dropped by here with my gal for a quick drive thru grab. While waiting in line, she told me about how many horror stories she had heard about this location. She then checked Google reviews and sure enough, those stories were corroborated. By that time, we were hostages in the drive thru line so there was no backing out. True to the rumors, service was slow. The employee at the drive thru could’ve only been less enthusiastic if they were actually eating the food that was eventually served to us. The chicken sandwiches looked like they’d been tenderized with the chef’s size thirteen. Did I mention they not o it messed up our order, but initially only gave us of one two meals? No apology from the drive thru cashier, just an irritated expression. To be clear, ten minutes away in Prunedale, the service is really good and the food at least resembles the menu. Avoid this location, the king is dead.

As always, prior to eating I always wash my hands, especially when eating hand food. The restaurant was just plain filthy, and the restroom more so. I felt dirtier walking out than I did walking in. I'm certain it is someone's responsibility to clean up the place hourly, not here. I guess this is why the place is disgustingly filthy. Due to the lack of cleanliness, I couldn't eat at one of my favorite restaurants.

Honestly this place is full of a bunch of rude employees. My friends and I had went to get some ice cream, we specifically said ONE ice cream cone and then a separate order for another. The guy at the cashier charged two ice cream cones for one order when we clearly said to split them. He rolls his eyes and says “are u serious ?” In the rudest tone ever. He slams the window as well. I recommend if u don’t like ur job to simply leave and give it to someone who actually needs it.

Worst burger king you can go to. I came through the drive through and ordered. As I paid and was handed off my order, not one person said that I was good to go. So I said if that was everything, and the woman named Christine said yes. I made the error of not checking the bag. I came home and saw that I was missing 2 of the original chicken sandwiches. I went back with my receipt. I had my brother go inside to ask for the other sandwiches that were not made. He came back to me saying the manager refused. I went in and it turns out Christine, the manager, was the one that packed my order. Keep in mind her name tag did not say "manager". She argued with me saying that she packed the sandwiches when in fact they were not in the bag. She asked to see the bag but I did not bring it with me. She smirked and said I would have to bring the bag with me if we want our sandwiches made. I then went home and decided to call BK to speak with the manager again. Once I got through I asked to speak with the manager and the employee on the phone said he was the manager. I then let him know the situation and he was very professional and polite and said all we needed was the receipt and they would have gladly made the sandwiches. I let him know the manager who helped, might have been the assistant manager, that even though I had the receipt she refused to do anything. He apologized for her erroneous error and said I can come back to receive a refund. I went back for the refund and at first Christine was at the register but once she recognized me she went to drive through to hide. As I received my refund I asked the employee if it was so difficult for Christine to do this in the first place. The employee responded " She was busy, I'm sorry". What an excuse. The manager, assistant manager, or whatever job title Christine has, she is the most unprofessional person working there and I hope no one gets treated the way I was today.
