We arrived a group of 3 people and no one answered to sit us down, after 15 minutes we tried to sit at a table and a waiter came to tell us no, to wait in front quite rude, after a girl attended us letting us sit at the bar, they asked us for our IDs, when delivering my permanent residence the bartender told me that she could not receive it, and I told her "she has my date of birth" and she said you need a California ID which does not make sense if you come from another state, I told her and she said "no, I can't attend them" when my Residence is an official ID. Terrible service.

Came on a Saturday and restaurant wasn’t even operating at half capacity with the waiting area full. My husband asked if they were short-staffed and they replied that servers were just taking their break? At the same time apparently. We waited for over 30 minutes and there was no sense of urgency for the issue.

B- Dubs quality has fallen tremendously. The wings just taste okay ish. What got me is the carrots don’t even taste right. The service is just so slow. The bartender on 9/13/25 around 6:30 pm. Destiny is awesome, even though she was busy and trying to serve her customers she kept a great Attitude. For take out, the guy just was ready to just be off. I get it everything is getting expensive but corporate needs to know that they need quality food and staff. I rather make wings at home.

Had to wait over an hour for a small takeout order. Asked the bartender if we could have a drink while we watch the game and wait and she said no the bar is full. Will never come back to this location.

Why have a to go section if nobody is going to be there ready to assist ? 10 minutes waiting no interaction whatsoever . The line started to build in the lobby . Let me add there was no host either . I seen a lady dressed nicer assumed she was management didn't greet or ask for a second I understand being understaffed but being completely ignored is absurd where is the customer service ? On top of that they missed 2 things in my order ! And my ranch was flipped upside down and spilled !!! The manager didn't seem to care much not even an apology ! So I run back to get my food fries ate cold as heck !! Save your money and time go to Wingstop if you want wings and chilis for everything else !!!

It's been a while since last time my family and I came here, now I remember why.. service definitely sucks. They take for ever to sit you, another 15 min or more to take the order for your drinks. This time nobody even came once we were seated, so we ended up leaving. Never coming back.

Went to eat after our child's game. He did so good and he was rewarded with food of his choice. Unfortunately, the food he ordered I couldn't have bc I was allergic to it. So I decided to go to BWW. We got there and we were informed that we couldn't have outside food. Understandable!! So we ordered to go. He ate his food quietly on the side. He was done way before our to go order was complete. I tried looking for someone in the front to ask if we could switch to dine in. Unfortunately, it seems no one is in the front to ask anything. When the lady finally came with our food and I informed her that we were waiting to ask if we could switch to dine in. She said it was too late, that we had already had our take out food. All I wanted to do was watch the game and order more drinks and food. But hey thanks for understand

The place was pretty much empty we had to wait for about 10 min for a table which was fine. But the girl that sat us which seemed like a manager had the worst attitude. The server was great, but her attitude killed it all.

I'm not sure why i keep going to different buffalo wild wings expecting something different. My wife placed an order online, and about 10 minutes after the pick-up time the lady said there were 5 more orders in front of mine. After 25 minutes they brought out the order, I left because I didn't know what all my wife ordered and I didn't expect this level of incompetence, but we were missing both fries, the sauces, and the food was cold. The only thing wild here is that this location is still open I remember this chain used to be awesome, now they all seem suck.

Order a double shot the manager came over and said here's your shot when I said I ordered a double she looked at the glass and said yea it's a double set it down and told my server I was pissed about my drink . Ordered a burger and in the picture you will see what they sent me just like my drink lacking. What a disappointment bdubs what's going on here.

Ordered mango habanero, super dry barely any sauce covering the wings. The fries were so cold and stale. The wait was insane! 40 minutes when it appeared 90% tables were empty and plenty of staff members just standing around congregating to talk.
